I stopped by and placed my order through the app. Ordering was seamless and everything came out exactly how I ordered it. There were about 5 other cars in the stalls and I didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. I'd say I for about 7-8 minutes after I placed my order. A drink, a shake, a burger, and cheddar peppers all in less than 10 min. Once again, your local Sonic has failed to keep up with their standards. Oh wait, yes it did! The standard of poor quality food is on point! Is Sonic having a budget crisis or supply shortage? Sonic makes great smoothies and chicken sandwiches but I find their fries too salty. Their prices are also high. However, I find their product consistent. The chicken is always juicy and fresh. Zero stars! But yelp makes you put at least one. DoorDashed for lunch and my dasher waited in the parking lot over 30 minutes and my food still wasn't ready. Terrible! The cherry limeade was good, but it was so sweet that you couldn't possibly drink it. Food was mediocre and expensive. When they brought the food to me they didn't put any napkins or anything in there. I asked for some and they said they would come right back with it but they were no where to be found. The worse part of all is how they charge for all condiments even ones that you can get for free anywhere except for here. Ketchup, mustard, and all condiments with a cost. This location makes horrible lime aides- they have lost my business. we would only go occasionally. we ordered in the app and got there to pick up. my value menu double cheeseburger was cooked yesterday and sat in warming tray since, the patties were like leather. the lime aide was ordered easy ice and extra strawberries. not done right. the rt 44 strawberry lime aide is the best drink on the menu, but this location hasn't got recipe the other store have. Burger King over this location for burgers.. cheaper, faster, HOTTER, & friendly staff in my experience. Paid $4 and change for a plain cheeseburger that tasted just like a McDonald's burger. The wait time would have been fine if my food was fresh.. but the tots were nearly stale and my popcorn chicken wasn't hot.. which I had to go back for because they forgot to put it in the bag.. all of the food I got was cold.. I live close to this location so this hasn't happened to us before.. There was no communication between the staff. The young lady that took my payment stated she was just waiting for my food.. a couple of minutes later a young man came to the window and extended a giant milkshake to me asking if I was waiting for food or only got a shake.. I advised I was waiting for food and he left. Then the same young lady came back and asked me what else I was waiting for.. -____- to which I responded "all of my food.." she just gave me a blank stare.. They brought us smalls to replace our large, they brought us larges but cranberry and a limeade. After the third time we finally got our drinks they were horrible. I'm sure this place is good mainly if you've been drinking and need a greasy place to make it all better again. This location isn't the best, but isn't the worst. Came here maybe twice in a month and a half. The burgers have always been fantastic. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but that's fine. Their shakes are so weird. After being in the hospital for 10 days a milkshake sounded so good. My b/f went and got milkshakes for my mom and I. From what he told me that he had a hard time trying to place the order. He knows that I do not like whip cream and definitely not cherries, he always tells whomever not to put it on. I LOVE SONIC!!!!! The food here is always fresh and good quality. The service is fast and I've never had to ask them twice for anything. Well I had a horrible horrible experience at Sonic. I figured I would give them another chance. Two number ones with no pickles add bacon and strawberry lemonade the strawberry lemonade was the only thing that was good. The lettuce was sweaty and slimmy gross the Tomato was mush the bread was old you could tell the french fries were cold and reheated anybody who eats french fries knows that you cannot reheat fries. I have been trying to call all week. all throughout the day I try and call you guys no one answers not one flipping time. I remember when Sonic used to be good. And last 2 weeks I've spent at least $50 there for shit and now I can even get ahold of a manager to fix the problem because no one will answer the phone do not go to Sierra Vista Sonic they suck and they never fix anything you might as well just throw your money in the trash read more

They offer burgers, sandwiches, chicken strips, fries and hotdogs etc. but most importantly, slushees and ice cream! They have such a wide variety! Personally, I prefer the ice cream over the slushees, but note, the large is no joke! I hadn't realized how huge those cups are, so unless you're up for the challenge, a smaller size will work. It's Sonic! Good food for a grease fix.

I like the remodel. There is more room to park. The food is always consistently good. The real reason we go there is for the ice cream. Our boys favorite reward for a deed well done is a sonic blast. Many many flavors to choose from. Our family seems to reorder their favorites over and over again. Yummy Oreo cookie, Chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cup, and strawberry fresh fruit slushy! It is very hot here in AZ in the summer and those fresh fruit slushy's really cool you down. Brain Freeze ! They also have hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and burritos. Breakfast items are served all day. You can sit outside at tables, go through the drive thru or have your food brought to your car (even on roller skates- old car hop style). It is a fast food place so don't expect gourmet food but it rates 5 stars and holds its own next to any other fast food place! read more
