I pulled in on a very hot summer day for a refreshing drink. I pulled into a stall and ordered my blue raspberry lemonade. My order was taken quickly and my drink came out quickly. I had a simple enough order but it was done well. There is no drive thru here so I tipped the car hop well who had to enter the heat of the day and the heat of my car running. I visited this Siloam Springs AR 72761 (says "Silence Springs"on my receipt) location on 7/28/2026, ( has phone # 1-479-524-5800~ which is out of order) I had the worst experience in my life. I pulled in and immediately pressed the red button to order my Route 44 Sprite. I used the pay with card option. I tried to tip on the screen, and it would not receive my finger taps, so I finally got the custom tip option, I put in a $1.00~ I tip for service everywhere I go. there were only 2 other cars when I pulled up and quickly made my order of JUST the drink. The screen showed the placed order-paid-in the kitchen-being delivered stuff on the bottom of the Sonic menu board. Then it changed back to the ready to order menu. then other vehicles drove up, and they started having their orders delivered. so I waited 20 mins before pressing the red button again. The girl who answered to ask what I wanted to order (Jennifer~for the first order, and this time), I said I had already ordered and was still waiting on my Route 44 Sprite. She said she would check on it. then my Sonic Route 44 drink was brought out to me, and she said, "it had been made and then forgotten about"...I had been there for 30 mins. I drove off, put my straw in the cup , and took a sip, then another...It was watery with the ice mostly melted. I started crying with no tears coming out. I was extremely thirsty and dehydrated, having just come from my dr's office. I was devastated at this "service" I received. traumatized actually. I had to throw away the drink. I looked at the receipt and it showed my drink without the tip, and that I was owed $0.96 in change. I looked in my bank online app and it showed the total with tip was pending; which did go through the next day. this was crazy. The manager, Chris/Kris?, called me, and I explained my whole situation that day. and she said if my receipt showed I was owed $0.96 then I did not pay with a card.. I told her I did, and how it had already gone through my bank. she did not ask for my receipt (I still have it), and she should have been able to see what her system did~I do not work there. she said if I ran up there and asked for her that she would run me out my Route 44 Sprite. I told her that that trip was so traumatizing to me that I WOULD NEVER go back to the Siloam Springs, AR location. She then said, "Well I tried"... what is wrong with this location?? WTF is wrong with this location? Poor manager or just lazy??? They do not accept their free tokens for a free medium drink? On Hallowed, corn dogs were advertised as fifty cents. They gave us our food and both things were completely wrong so I sent it back and then after almost an hour of waiting they still hadn't brought the food out so we asked for our money back- figuring this out took another 10 minutes. So in total an hour and 10 minutes and no food- and we have to wait 7-10 business days for our money back. read more

Ordered 5 Chili Cheese Tots today July 31, 2022 at 3:56pm The quality of the food and the employee that was serving the customers was very disappointing. Beth made me feel unwelcomed, no smile, no greetings, nothing. And most importantly, the food quality. I only gave it one star to post. We wasted $47 at this sonic tonight. After forgetting part of our order they went back to make the forgotten items. When they brought those items out....with a hateful attitude.... they were wrong. We ordered a plain burger no cheese and a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger, they brought a cheeseburger and a patty with cheese and two small pieces of bacon on a regular bun smashed so badly the bun was coming apart. We also ordered 4 different kinds of shakes and all of them had a bad taste...we couldn't drink them. My children LOVE ice cream and refused to drink theirs saying it had a weird taste to them. Lost my service! Often times the sign has something this particular sonic doesn't carry any more. I asked about it and the "sign is corporate so it may or may not be correct". Today I wanted a frozen tea, but no flavor. Well it took 3 teas for them to explain its a mix that comes as with lemon flavor already. 3 teas they waisted because they couldn't explain it right. I don't care for this sonic any more... Today: Yet another bad review for sonic. Not sure why I go back. Ordering was a headache. Virginia (usually the lady I prefer talking to) got my order wrong this morning. She assured me what was showing on her screen. Well then I made sure to asks for marinara and the picante sauce for burritos. I leave to meet my wife somewhere. The kids were complaining about the eggs tasting bad. Then my wife bit into hers and said its true. The eggs were all burnt and had a weird (frost bite?) taste. This is the absolute worst Sonic ever!! I have given it multiple chances to improve and it never fails to disappoint me. I went in after work today to grab 3 drinks on my way home. The girl claimed she couldn't hear me so she walked to my car after 5 minutes of trying to get my order. I told her my order and she even wrote it down. she went back inside and keyed it wrong anyway. I asked for a manager and she ignored me. she continued trying to figure out her stupidity. When she couldn't, she finally got me a manager. The manager said she was new and she would get my order for me. The kid that delivered it had a crappy attitude. He handed me a pile of ones for my change, facing every direction possible. He dropped my change in my hand. I asked him if it was a strawberry lemonade because that's what I had ordered. he said the strawberry was on the bottom. so, I asked him to go inside and mix it. That pissed him off more. I'm pretty sure at that point, he probably spit in it. Either way, after probably about 20 minutes trying to get 3 drinks, I left Sonic with 3 cups- lids not on all the way and drink spilled down the sides of them all!! Their boards never work, the food is always cold, missing stuff, and the bread is dry every time. Yummy onion rings. A nostalgic and tasty meal. The cheeseburger was good. A solid effort. "Made to order" means with the fixings and toppings you want, not rare, medium, etc in this case, and that is fine. I like pulling up to the speaker and ordering and then having real live friendly smiling female (I think they were all female, hmmm????) walk your bag to your car and take your money. It's homey and personal, and you are handing your money to a person not a machine (cash register). Anyway, I was a little stunned at how good the onions rings were. Really delicious. A tangy buttermilk batter on some sweet sweet onions that were fresh and crisp. Thick meaty onion pieces and thick doughy batter too. Worth going just to try the delicious onion rings easily, not to mention the drive-up, but not through service. read more

I pulled into 6 different stalls before I found one that worked. I understand they probably don't have control over when they are fixed if they are broken. However, there's no way to tell if the stall you're pulling into is functioning or not because of the way the screens are positioned, so it would be helpful if there were some sort of indicator like a sticker or piece of tape. If you want fast food, I urge you to go elsewhere! This location is slow. Half their ordering screens don't work. I went to order and had to repeat my order 3 times, before finally asking for a manager to speak to. Rather than get me a manager, he finally got the order right. The card reader doesn't work so I have to wait for the carhop to go run my card inside. This location wasn't fast at all, nor efficient! My mother and I was traveling back home from visiting family the week before Christmas from OKC to Harrison. Stopped at this place to eat from a long drive and we both ordered the crispy chicken wrap. Started back on the road and I decide to start eating mine. It had absolutely no chicken in it. Only lettuce, tomotao, and ranch. My mother's had a very small chicken strip that MAYBE took up only half the wrap. Called to talk to a manager and just asked that the one chicken wrap be credited back as it was not an actual chicken wrap. He said that he would but we never was credited back our money. This place is always slow at night, you push the button and wait 10-15 minutes, then have to complain to get service. This happens all the time, I don't know why I keep coming. Whoever owns this establishment must be out of the country to never fix these issues. The carhops look frazzled and I feel sorry for them. Someone new need to buy and take over. read more

I hated to write this review This used to be the best Sonic in Northwest Arkansas but after several bad visits I finally have to post so maybe someone will fix it... I went to the sonic to get a few 50 cent corndogs.....I should have known when our order came out in less than one minute.Our corndogs were almost burned and the sides we got were almost undercooked and soggy with grease and they spilled the salt shaker...and I love a lot of salt... Siloam's sonic sucks...and they somehow deleted my drink that was on the screen but not my receipt when they brought it to me...The girl said oops sorry and asked if I needed anything else. I said I guess that's it then and she skipped off back to the building. I added an onion ring,4 cheese sticks and a tater tots and those 3 items were 9 dollars. My tater tots literally dripped grease when I bit into them and ruined my shirt...It seemed like cold tots were re-dipped in the oil and re-salted. read more

My visit to this Sonic was one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We pulled up to the drive up order menu and pressed the button to order and had a girl on roller skates come over to us and told us that their electronic menu's were broken and that someone would be over shortly to take our order. As we sat patiently for atleast 10 min, no one came to take our order. so we got out of the car and went to sit down at the tables they had placed outside.When we sat down the table was sticky and had food all over it from who ever ate their last. The was a giant spider under my side of the bench feeding on something that fell from the table. I am hoping it wasn't food because it was an ugly color green and really leafy. All the waiters and waitresses saw us sit down but ignored the fact that we were there. After we snagged some guy, just skating around and clearly not doing his job, and got him to take our order we sat for another few min and had our food brought out to us soggy and cold. My fries tasted like they had been recooked and the cheese in my mozzarella sticks tasted moldy and really milky. Not only was our food cold but the waiter also messed up our order and didn't bring some things out to us. Once we managed to get his attention again and bring up the problem to him, he denied us ever ordering it and said that he wouldn't be able to place another order because the kitchen was to busy. The soda's we ordered were so syrupy that it gave you a head ache. It was like drinking maple syrup right out of the bottle. As I looked at our waiter his uniform look as if it hadn't been washed in weeks, it was greasy and smelled like onions. After smelling that and fed up with the service we asked for our check, our order had been totaled wrong and we paid less than what we had to. I have always gone to Sonic in Siloam and loved it, especially for their drinks! However, yesterday, was HORRIBLE. I ordered a frozen lemonade and got one......it was SO BITTER I could NOT drink it and normally I love lemonade. So I called in for a REGULAR FROZEN TEA....NO FLAVORS!! However, once again , I received a blackberry flavored frozen tea!!!! When I called it back in the girl was a smart alek and called me a liar stating she made it herself and that she was NOT giving me another drink in place of it. I DID NOT ASK HER TO!! I would have gladly paid for a REGULAR TEA which was what I ordered but she wouldn't even allow me to say anything because she just kept saying ..."I replaced the lemonade and I am NOT REPLACING the tea because it is NOT Blackberry.......I had my husband taste it and he nearly gagged because he is like me and does not like blackberry......it definitely WAS blackberry flavored tea. I do NOT appreciate being called a liar nor do I appreciate her acting as if I was just wanting free drinks. I did NOT keep the lemonade so what would have been the purpose in getting new drinks?? We would have paid anyway......but she was so rude I threw the drink out of the car and drove off. I should have kept it and had it tested just to PROVE what it was.....whoever was on duty there making decisions needs FIRED till she can treat customers with decency and respect!!!! I would NOT have talked like that to anyone that was coming to my place of business!! I have heard several stories like mine just since yesterday.....you might want to check out how your employees are treating your customers. The car hop got tipped anyway because it was not her fault.....but this was ludicrous.
