The food is consistently good. I have eaten at quite a few of the JJs. The Springdale location in the shopping center off of I49@412 is the one I have a small bone to pick. My wife and I were n there for lunch today. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with queso as the cheese instead of cheddar. I also ordered the homemade chips. The chips are wonderful and it is always a battle between them and the fries. My wife got the TexMex burger and French fries. First let me tell you, if you have never had the fries, they are homemade with the skin on. They are a 10, always. If you by chance get some cold, send them back! When hot they are the best. All the burgers are delicious and are well worth the money. So, I have two bones to pick and I hope the manager sees this and addresses it with the staff. If you read the menu, you can have any cheese including queso. I did not add queso in addition to another cheese, I had queso as my only cheese. So when I get the bill, she charged me for an order of queso. No! I should not have to pay for that, it was my cheese on the cheese burger! I did not get an order separately. If I have to pay for queso on my burger then give me credit for the cheddar cheese I did not get. Second irritant. They charge you to use a credit card. I understand that. I don't agree with it but is the way they do it. So, I paid my bill with my JJs Gift card and they charged me a surcharge for using their own card! That is straight out wrong. I would have straightened this out if she had ever come back. If JJ's does this as policy. There are way too many restaurants in town. You guys are too good and I'm sure this is a mistake you do not want to repeat. I don't mind paying higher prices but I don't like surcharges that are not justified. read more

I walked in today to try their advertised world famous burger, I sat down, and there were three servers at the station, and they just looked at me and kept talking to one another and after several minutes, I just got up and left. No-one came to take my drink order or food order. The girls just sat there and carried on their conversation, I guess they were going to wait until they had finished with whatever story they were telling each other. We have been to jj's a few times in the last year,it seems the menu has changed your turkey club use to have turkey on it, now it's ham not a big deal if you like ham I don't. The Mac and cheese that was ordered with it was cold and runny. Service was good one plus, the music would be nice if turned down a notch or two. My wife and I come in to have an Egg Burger. It was fenomenal. The food was great. The service was very good. I am not very fond of loud live music, but for those who like it, that's the perfect spot. We will definitely go back for more burgers. read more

Has potential, but food is not consistently good. I ordered fish & chips that were absolutely awful. The music also has potential, some decent local talent from time to time. The stage is way too small to accomodate a full size band, so that's a big negative. The service is generally pretty good. The ambiance is pretty good. The prices IMO are high. read more

They told us to seat ourselves but all the tables were dirty. These are the nachos. Shredded cheese melted to a plate and chips separate. Must use fork to pry the cheese off the plate. wasted an hour of my life waiting on one of the six waitresses to look up and take an order. I did receive a glass of water about ten minutes into the experience. this was at 9pm and there were three other tables with people and no one at the bar. The place was filthy on every table and I'm fairly certain a dude came in and transacted a meth deal.... perhaps that explains the vibe. 0/4 stars and I'd recommend generally avoiding the idea of ever setting foot in here. read more

I am very disappointed! I went to JJ's on Dickson St last week and had the best fish and chips I've ever had! I ordered fish and chips on line tonight at the Steamboat location and had the worst fish and chips ever! They were dry, rubbery and hardly battered at all. I ordered 2 regular tartar sauces and didn't receive any. I know there are different cooks at each location but I thought they would be more consistent. I have been to this location 6 times now in last 13 months as a third party delivery contractor. Each time there is an issue. Employees stand around gossiping and not attentive to customers and rude when they are asked to check in on an order. Mobile Orders are not keyed in a timely manner because the organizational processes are not followed. I have picked up deliveries from over 163 different businesses ( almost predominantly restaurants) across NW Arkansas. This JJs location is at the very bottom compared to all others. The absolute WORST! If you are a customer ordering takeout, I would highly suggest you rethink your decision and NOT order from this location. read more

We came to happy hour at JJ's in Springdale, we normally go to Rogers location. The building is bigger, so we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. We got immediate seating at the bar. Allison was our bartender and she was amazing. Our glass was never empty. I recommend you checking them out. Happy hour prices are amazing!! read more

FIRST of all the Chicken and Waffles IS AMAZING. The chicken was juicy, bacon crispy, waffles just sweet enough on their own and not dried out. We had a bumpy start that involved waiting for ANY service or acknowledgement for shortly over 20 minutes after sitting outside. This is after the host informed us we could walk ourselves out through the service entrance, and multiple servers walked by our table multiple times. After asking for menus, waiting then asking if we could actually be served things got much better! I didn't catch the name of the manager on duty, but he was very helpful with our waitress who's name I think was Grace. She was incredibly sweet to the children, and once she was in charged of our table she did fantastic. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My family and I came from Houston and stopped here to get a bite to eat because the food looked great! When we arrived we were greater with kindness and was informed that we could sit anywhere so that's what we did. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes without being greeted while several staff members continued to look at us and pass us up. Finally, I walked to the front to see if someone was serving in that area and was able to assist us. The young lady that I asked for assistance from did not even acknowledge me. Instead she turned around and began arguing amongst her co workers stating "It better not be me because I have already picked up like 2 or 3 tables and I'm not the only one here" and proceeded to walk off. I went back to my seat with the assumption that she was going to find someone to assist us. After 5 minutes went by a waitress by the name of Sonya came to the table with a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE! Didn't even introduce herself to us. Instead the first words to come out of her mouth was "What can I get yall to drink." She old have at least introduced herself. My wife, a nurse, placed a to go lunch order for her and her colleagues. When she arrived she was told she needed to go to the bar to pick up the order. While the bartender saw her, and there were only three other patrons sitting at the bar, she was never asked what she needed. She went to the other end of the bar and still could not get served. The hostess, who sent her to the bar and stood only three feet away from my wife, never asked if she could help. My wife stood there for over 5 minutes before she was served. While the food is typically good the service was so poor I cannot give this location better than 2 stars. read more

My wife and I were here to see the band on Saturday night. I had the grilled Salmon on Spanish rice and sweet potato fries. We have really loved visiting this bar/grill for many reasons. The food is really great and big portions! Favs are fried mushrooms appetizer and the ranch bacon clubhouse burger with fries. There's usually always a good crowd here. A lot of times on the weekends they have live music. The music can be very loud at times where it's difficult to talk to people at your table. It's very consistent with every other JJs. It's a good place to grab a burger and a beer read more

My family and I recently ate at JJs this Sunday, when we were driving through town on our way home to Nebraska. Our family had told us that this would be a great place to eat ,as kids ate free and we had quite a few hungry kiddos. We were instantly greeted by a young man at the door who sat us immediately. Our server Noah, almost immediately came to the table and greeted us with a smile. He was very kind and funny and very attentive to all our needs. Somehow he managed to stay patient with our very rowdy kids! Made the dining process a breeze.The atmosphere of the store was very nice. Not too upscale but a nice down home country vibe. All the NFL games everywhere made this a nice sports bar. The food was amazing, and the Edwin wings are server suggested were amazing. I would highly recommend them. Make sure you watch your bill- those waitresses will pocket the money and tell management they left without paying- my boyfriend was accused of leaving an unpaid bill of 140 dollars and he left a 40 dollar tip- he goes in today and they made him pay it again and said he never paid- three people at the same table were told they didn't pay - they paid in cash so my guess is that the waitress pocketed the money! These are good men that made a regular stop on Tuesdays and will never go there again ! Very bad management- very mad ! I am a huge fan of all of the JJs and so glad to have one so close to home! I have never had bad food from here. The salads are actually amazing. The appetizers are great as well. I want to preface this by saying that I have worked in the restaurant industry for 5+ years, so I'm very aware of how busy a restaurant can get, being in the weeds, taking care of your regulars, etc. We put our name on the "wait list" at the beginning of the Hogs basketball game and was immediately told "you are next." Two other tables got sat before us, within the 2 hours we were there. A 4 top was sat right behind us by two men, and we were informed by an employee there that those men "were regulars and did not have their name on the list." Before leaving, we spoke with Brady, the manager, who simple said "I'm not going to argue with you, sorry" and walked away. He seemed really worried about making sure that we were taking care of and ensuring our future business... NOT. In nearly every industry out there, the goal is customer satisfaction and taking responsibility for when you're wrong. This is not the experience I had today at JJ's in Springdale and I'm not sure I'm willing to give it another chance. Also, I must add that watching the manager pull down his mask and eat food that is coming out of the kitchen window TO BE TAKEN OUT TO TABLES (sitting at the bar gives your direct sight into the area where the food comes out)...Just gross. I went to this restaurant for my first time ever on Dec. 1, 2018 with my daughter and her service dog. We waited for seating. The dog was wearing her service dog gear that was clearly labeled and the hostess still asked if it was a service dog. Then stated that she would have to check with management because she thought policy was that we would have to be seated outside. When I stated that my daughter has environmental allergies she stated she would still have to check with management and told us to wait. Food was barely ok, certainly nothing special. I had a burger with fried egg. The burger itself had no flavor and was obviously pre made and most likely frozen. The egg was overcooked. The yolk should be runny, that is the whole point. I didn't even finish it. The menu prices are in cents, example 800 cents. Stupid gimmick I thought.
