Worst food and customer service that I have received all year. James was extremely rude and walked off mid sentence as we were asking were the other half of our order was. We had to flag him down just to get told that the ice cream machine was broken and what did we want him to do about it. We could not get a refund or a replacement as James would not stop long enough to talk about the order as if they were busy when they had only one other car in the entire parking lot. The food we did get was soggy and half missing. Also why is the chicken in the chicken sandwhich cut in half and falling out the side? What a nightmare. read more

We waited for over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and the only reason we got to order was because they saw us pulling out and heard us say we were going to leave a bad review. The food order ended up being completely wrong anyways. The server was very rude and disrespectful towards us. I do not recommend even trying to come to eat here. The service has improved a ton in the last couple months. The owner was running food the ensure quick service and was very kind.

My mother and I stopped to get a drink and some chicken after her radiation treatment. She wanted coffee and I wanted a coke. After about 20 minutes, we ordered popcorn chicken and out drinks. They were out of the chicken so we ordered something else. 30 minutes later we received our food and drinks. The coffee was cold. I called back in and asked for another cup and again waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. The food was ok. Nothing to brag about. I felt sorry for the one waitress who was working hard. At least four cars drove away while we were waiting. We finally got the coffee and the girl said they had to brew a pot. It was so full that my mother spilled some on her when she tried to open the lid to cool it off some. It was one thing after another. We won't be back for a while. read more

Me and my daughter was excited for the 'revamped' Sonic to open in late October or early November of 2016. When it was finally opened, we drove and parked and ordered our meal. We wanted the 'half price shakes' and was well within the time when it was offered. When I tried to place an order, we was-literally-yelled at and told that "Sonic, no longer offered half price shakes" and that our meal would take over 30 minutes to fix".
