After a stop at a previous fast food joint that was uber nasty, this place takes the cake! The wait was short, the food was piping hot, and the young ladies working were quite pleasant!! Both girls - the one taking the orders and the car hop - were polite and very courteous... Not the least expected, considering it's Christmas and I'm sure they don't make much monetarily.. For the extremely pleasant experience and the fresh, hot, & prompt food, 5 stars for sure! I'll stop here on my trips out when the belly calls for some good Sonic.... Indeed! I don't know what the deal is with Sonic. The number 1 I got didn't have any flavor to it. The produce on the cheeseburger had no flavor either. I thought that maybe I was just confused so I had my husband take a bite and my son. Same response. Also the fries ate terrible taste like they have been sitting under the heat lamp too long. I also ordered a hot fudge Sunday with added oreo toppings. Of course the gave me the Sunday with not hot fudge just oreos. Even though on the receipt it clearly shows hot fudge. Confession time: For the past year my wife and I have lived less than 5 minutes away from here, so when we haven't had time to think about dinner or just need a quick lunch, which is probably about once a week, we come here. This has added up to more times than I care to admit, and in those countless visits, I have never been disappointed. Service is always fast and friendly, food is consistently good quality and our orders are never wrong. This is an impressive feat considering I don't think anyone who works there is over the age of 16. So, kudos to you, Splendora Sonic. You could've rested on your laurels, turned out mediocre food with crappy service, and still made bank just by virtue of being one of two fast food choices in town (let's be honest, Subway doesn't count). But you didn't, and we appreciate it. Now, fix that one screen that never works (you know the one, third one from the end on the highway side). read more

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food served at this Sonic Drive in, except that the burgers were not exactly as ordered, although they had very good flavor. If we decide to eat at Sonic again, we will make sure our food is as ordered. read more

The food was hot and fast and the car hops were hustling. The order taker heard plain 6" hotdog instead of foot long coney. Otherwise all of the extra topping I ordered were correct. When we asked for additional ketchup the carhop said it was in the bag. One packet isn't enough for an order of onion rings. I would give them another chance. read more
