My husband craved for a Sonic Drive-In fix. Everyone else followed suit for to go and consume in the vehicle orders. Not all of the parking stalls have menus with speakers. We chose the first corner stall that featured the entire menu with a speaker. Same worker walked over on foot with our orders. No roller skates. The worker promptly took and got all of our orders correct. I consumed Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger and a large Strawberry Cheesecake Shake. Both items satisfied my early lunch appetite. read more

Went there hungry for dinner. Ordered from the stall. Waited a half hour after ordering before getting out and asking about our food. The guy said they were busy. So we waited another 20 minutes before calling on the intercom, wondering where our food was. They said that they thought we went through drive-through and drove off?? brought out our food immediately after 50 minutes awaiting, but our food was freezing cold, and our milkshake melted. The food just sat there inside of the store for who knows how long after the girl made the mistake and instead of remaking it they just gave it to us like that. Never going back to this place. I ordered a chicken club with no tomatoes and the sandwich I received was stone cold. The chicken was rock hard. Clearly the sandwich had been sitting out for a long time and the staff felt it was ok to serve to a customer. Lesson learned. I will not ever purchase anything from this place again. read more

Tots were perfect crispiness. only complaint is they have a couple pick up stalls but the numbers are invalid. If I could give negative reviews I would. After giving the young lady (name redacted) who took our drink order a total of 5 times of "Sprite" she replied, "You don't have to yell! Did you want a COKE?!" Also she needs to learn to listen because 16 and 15 are 2 different numbers. She was the rudest teller in 30 years plus of me visiting a Sonic ever. No, "welcome to Sonic. May I take your order?" No, "How can I help you?" Or even , "Can I take your order?" It was a gruff, "Order when you're ready!" If I was the person who drove, I would have driven off but I wasn't. When we got our order, the drink carrier smelled just.like.weed.smoke. I don't even want the food now because I think they tampered with it! The workers are rude and unhelpful, we ordered sonic on DoorDash for pickup and they gave our order to someone else, then when we got there they refused to remake our order because they had already given it to someone???? They gave away our food that we paid for!!! And we had proof of our order on our phone, door dash kindly refunded it for us but the sonic workers are literally horrible and incredibly rude. read more

I've been here three times and this third time is the only reason it's not a five star review. Of all the Sonic's I've been to, this is probably the best. They usually have good timing and service and their food always comes out the right temperature and tasting good. Today, someone screwed up both my wife and my milkshakes. I ordered the Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake and my wife ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Master Shake. Instead of these, we got a plain Oreo Shake and a Vanilla Shake. Despite this, the staff was very quick to respond and then come out with the correct order, which is greatly appreciated. Whoever was on milkshake duty tonight is not a reflection of the restaurant, as a whole. read more

I just went to this Sonic and received good service for the most part in regard to customer service but was displeased with the items I was given. Blue raspberry slushy and they gave me a blue coconut slushy. I ordered mozzarella sticks with sauce, but they failed to give me sauce, even after I asked for it. I pulled up to one of the drive up station and we waited about 10 minutes before somebody said they quit taking drive up station orders and I needed to go to the drive-through. The only thing they got right on my order was my mom's milkshake:/. Was not happy with the items given and I didn't realize the mistake until after we drove away from window. They closed at 10pm, still had 9 cars in drive through waiting, it was 9:48 and no way I could go back and ask them to fix their mistakes because I wouldn't have been helped in time. We FINALLY got our Sonic fix after the first fail. I haven't had sonic in 11 years and so we were way over due. We went through the drive thru line instead of parking at those stalls. All 6 of us got our orders in and nothing was missing. Gosh the burger and chili cheese fries were so delicious! We didn't experience any horrible customer service during our visit but nothing too stellar to rave about other than the delicious food and correct order. read more

I've stopped in 3 times just to see if I was being picky. Every single time the food is mediocre tasting and not hot. Absolutely terrible service from waiting extended periods of time (20 minutes in a drive thru...), not answering the drive-in/park buttons at all, requiring you to end up going through the drive thru or the whole having folks skate out to your car is not a thing at this location. I'm from Arizona and Sonic was impeccable there. Kiddos, students, adults, etc went there for a nice experience and great food. As a former food service worker in places of business such as these for 20+ years, the service you receive is not work $15+ /hour, I feel comfortable to say the location would be best replaced with a drive thru that can function well and service patrons. Worst Sonic experience to date. I didn't think anyone could do worse than the Renton or Poulsbo ones. I'd suggest avoiding this place. The feedback I provided to the sonic website: I ordered a #2 and received a single patty cheeseburger. My tater tots weren't fully cooked. The corn dog was overly dry and chewy. I ordered the bbq popcorn chicken and received dry popcorn chicken with a small container of bbq sauce. The only thing in the order that turned out right was the soda. My thanks to the drive through guy that made my soda. As to the other stuff, I won't be coming back after that experience. I received an email response offering me a free single cheeseburger, WITH PURCHASE. That is the weakest customer service response ever. Called the 800 number. (Since the weak email suggested to do that if I needed more assistance.) The phone rep offered to comp me more food. I did not accept. I don't think the answer to being provided hot garbage is to offer me more hot garbage. read more

I see why this location has only a 1.9 rating.. i live close by and wanted to grab a bite to eat after church thinking it was convenient..SIKE. It took almost 30 MINUTES before i even got acknowledgment from an employee ( mind you this employee wasn't even clocked in yet, but he was the first person i saw). I work in fast food so i totally get being understaffed and at a busy location but to just be ignored because im not in a car kinda sucks. I wasn't nasty to any of the employees cause like i said i completely understand but those 30 minutes + waiting for my food is time i won't be getting back setting me farther behind on setting up my living space. I do appreciate the employees that ended up helping me and they also let my meal be free because of all the chaos so that was a good convenience, but unfortunately the bad outweighed the good this visit :( read more

Horrible, horrible service. I was picking up a Grub Hub delivery and they said they didn't have it. Called support and it turned out they did. Then they proceeded to prepare it (pretty good-sized order) all while playing grab-ass in the kitchen. That's what you get when you get teenagers working in a fast food place, I guess. Anyway I waited, waited and waited some more then one of the geniuses finally asked me if I was still waiting on the order! "Yes", I replied. "oh..we're still working on it"... About 15 minutes later I get the order in a dirty wrinkled bag and two milkshakes with loose tops. Perfectly unacceptable but I had to make the delivery. I was ashamed to have to take that crap to the customer, but at least it was complete. The customer was understanding and added an extra tip, though if it had been my order I'd have complained to Grub Hub. I truly wish Grub Hub wouldn't do business with this outfit. Bottom line, I don't see how this Sonic, or others where I've also had miserable experiences, are still open. If they came from California, may they fold their tent and go back there. Edit: Oh I almost forgot. Their drive through is a disaster. Most everything is broken. Their pay machine there wasn't working, so one of the "workers" was outside, taking customers' plastic, going inside and scanning them. Friend from LA said "I've Never had a Sonic Burger." I hadn't either, We were starving so we stopped. Drive-Up Stalls were out of order (but only half of them were marked). Person I spoke to at the drive-thru window seemed super rushed and irritated by my order. The food came quickly... but the Fries were cold, brown and chewy... like they'd been sitting under the warmer for quite a while. When I opened the burger, it immediately fell apart in my hand... sauce, lettuce, tomato... everywhere. The meat patty was barely warm and looked dry and old. Normally I would use this account to post a review coming from my dogs viewpoint, but this experience was so horrific that there is just no funny way to even try to put it. I work as a dasher, my husband and I pulled up to this location and pulled into a stall to grab an order for a customer because the Drive Thru was PACKED. The manager who responded to our push of a button gave a half apology of "Were not doing stalls right now we're extremely short staffed" of which my husband didn't quite hear the first time so we asked for her to repeat herself and got even more attitude of "Were not doing stalls" and straight ended the conversation. We then hear her tell someone else who just pulled in the same thing "NO STALLS" which the person started their car back up and the manager then got on again and said "Did you hear me? Thanks for acknowledging me". At this point were in the long line waiting to get our customers order so we call into the store and ask for a manager and get the response of "Only managers answer the phone" Which of course came from the same voice coming from the stall speakers. She went off about us starting our car in her ear and not acknowledging her (which wasn't us) and then told us to go somewhere else because "They can't help us" We had to contact Doordash about our customers order which Doordash was forced to cancel because of however their call went with the manager when they tried to solve the issue. Before I did Doordash, I worked in Kitchens and Kitchens only. I have done every type of fast food to full service kitchens and I have done everything from full staff to almost no staff. NEVER in a DECADE of doing so, have I ever witnessed a manager with such a piss poor attitude who chose to take their lack of work ethic and cares for their job out on a customer let alone a delivery partner. I have no idea how she ended up in the position she is in unless she is literally the last body standing and they had no other option. If this location (or any service industry job EVER) chooses to have her in a position of power any longer, they will continue to see a consistent rate of their ratings dropping because clearly, she will never have it in her to care about anything besides herself. read more

I got exactly what I wanted. A large Limeade Slush with "real fruit" strawberries. The staff was friendly and this was the perfect treat for a hot day. Side note that our screen was not working so the server had to go inside to pay since we were using a credit card. We weren't in any hurry though and didn't mind that one dingy aspect.
