Non discript dark wooden doors welcome you into an inviting coffee shop with a lot more than coffee. Super friendly employee was quick and efficient. Drinks were delicious as was the pastries. Very cute place! Tucked away in an alley near downtown Tacoma. I had been eyeing this place for a while. I have seen it here on Yelp. I had been seeing some NA cocktails on my social media feed and saw that Soulberry Coffee House stocks them. Figured it is better to try them one by one rather than committing to a subscription order online. They have great coffee and pastries, from what I tried. I got a muffin, donut, and turnover and the latte of the month. Looks like their specialty is coffee and mocktails. I believe they roast their own coffee. They have a pretty good size mocktail menu. They sell packaged NA RTDs, as well as alcohol free/removed wines and spirits, bitters, syrups, elderberry syrup, fired cider, honey, teas and more. The folks at the counter were friendly and welcoming. They also had some alcohol free/removed wines out for complimentary tasting. The one I tried was surprisingly delicious. It appears they have some sort of loyalty program at checkout, but I am unsure of the details. I forgot to ask about military discount. I would definitely come back. read more

What an amazing find!! I was in the area and seeing a coffee shop described as a speakeasy vibe? I don't need to know anything more - I'm going to check it out! The building is a little bit off the beaten path and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door, it was so inviting! I decided to take a look around in their little shop section and found that they have a lot of amazing NA spirits for purchase - both for here and for home. The coffee specialty drink list wasn't doing it for me, so I asked the barista about some sort of "fancy mocha" and she suggested a German chocolate cake - SOLD!! She was very inviting and clearly knows her craft - I'll take her suggestions any day of the week! My mocha was fantastic and I will very happily be drinking more of those in the future and would love to come back in the evening to try their NA offerings. As an added bonus, on this particular day there were two other businesses in the lobby - The Sweet Spot and Hello Vegan. I ended up buying some great products from each of them and I look forward to seeing them again. read more

I ended up here because I wanted to get Curious Elixirs as an N/A option for a party I was throwing. CE doesn't offer any good way to try out flavors without a subscription so the company sent me here. Wow! What a find. It's got a basic coffeehouse set-up but has an entire N/A bottle shop inside. If you've gotten ads on social media for N/A stuff you'd like to try, it's probably here. And they let you taste test! This is crucial as N/A liquors are 100% about taste and if you buy one you don't like, you're sunk. I was amazed by the range of flavors. I drink alcohol but sometimes drink the N/A liquors I got here instead just because I prefer the taste. The location is kind of hard to find at first but is easily accessible by the T-Line. What a lovely place and what a great location. Went there on a Saturday as part of the bands playing that afternoon. The atmosphere was amazing and the diversity and good vibes were really happening. Cute in the middle of chaos. Adorable little spot with awesome service, drinks and food. We were visiting from out of town and searched for a spot like this for breakfast. First thing, ignore the maps, they take you to the wrong side of the building. It's on the a side, kind of looks like an alley. Second, try the pour over. Great flavor, low acidity. Third, the ciabatta sandwiches and bagels. So good and fresh. We didn't attend, but apparently they turn into a dry speakeasy at night. Really cool concept if you're looking for some non alcoholic cocktails. They have a full on bartender and live music. Will check it out for sure next time we're in town. read more

I've been in Tacoma for 3 years and have never heard of this spot, which is insane. The coffee is wonderful, i'm not sure who they use as their roaster but the shots of espresso are rich and flavorful, and the little cups are so cute! I got to chat with the owner of the business for a bit and she is so sweet, the person who made our coffee was super nice and guided us through the menu answering all questions we had. Very highly recommend if you're looking for a new coffee place to try!! read more

Super cute coffee shop! We were driving through Tacoma and needed to find a place to take a few hours of work calls and this place was great. Video chatting was no problem and there are outlets available. There's also a room that can kind of be closed off if you need a little bit of privacy.
