Oh man this is a great restaurant! Good quality food that's actually cooked to order and great service. Very clean and tidy. Also, they offer hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the restaurant. My family and I came here after running a few errands. We had never been here before and just wanted a quick burger and fries. Hopes weren't high, because the expectations were low. To our surprise we realized all three store fronts were connected. It's big, and open and very easy to social distance. The menu is cool because the mexican place next door has a menu all their own but can be ordered at burger broiler. Do you can get mexican and American food all in one place which is cool. My little got corn dogs and the rest of us had burgers and shared a shrimp basket. The prices are what you would expect for a combo meal from a fancy franchise with a drive thru but a few dollars less. It's giving very much diner with fast food prices. The food is good. Fresh hand made French fries. None of that frozen stuff. They don't skimp on the meat for the burgers. Very filling. I had a chicken sandwich and oh wow. It was filling and flavorful and almost familiar. It came out quick and piping hot. Only drawbacks and the reason they didn't get 5 stars is the parking situation. It sucks. It's very strange how the lot is set up and there's no signs saying that all that parking belongs to them. So if you don't know they are all one thing you assume there's no parking for that establishment. The bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing, but it had a funky moldy smell. So this place is not bad, but not good either. Let me explain. I went for enchiladas and my partner went for the hamburger. We asked for no sauce on the burger and the cashier excitedly said yes! We got our food to go and we were in a rush, because usually we check our orders to confirm accuracy. Well we got home and realize that there was in fact sauce on the burger, a ton of it actually. So that's a bummer. When it comes to enchiladas, If I am not mistaken, they usually contain sour cream, cheese, veggies, or a combination of them with choice of meat. These sad puppies literally had only meat and grease inside them. The only take away on this plate were the rice and beans that came with the enchiladas. This was a order for to go. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries with their Fry sauce. Gave them clear instuctions, such as cheeseburger with ONLY grilled onions. Got home, that burger had everything, pickles, onions, lettuce, so on. It had to be cleaned out. Also we ran out of fry sauce halfway through the fries. They filled up the fry sauce containers only halfway. It was disappointing for us, we love their Fry sauce and it makes the french fries worth it. We was clear on what we wanted. Also when I was waiting for the food, I was watching the counter, waiting. I watched the server pack up a to go bag, it was all ready. But the server stayed and chatted with the cooker for a full minute or more. Then she finally left with the bag looking for the person who ordered it, i was sitting in front clearly the whole time with the order number sign facing them. She walked past me, looking around in the room. Then she found me and told me it's my order, oh boy. 2 stars only because the food was good. Still the food was not what we wanted. Plus the two servers there was not focused or on "the job". First one took the order wrong obiviously and other other one is not attentive or considerate when it to comes to the customers. The burger joint that I regulary order from usually closes early so I decided to give burger broiler a try. I placed an order through doordash and ordered cheeseburgers and fries. I received my order in a sealed plastic bag. It was neatly and securely packaged. The fries were slightly soggy but this is totally understable because they came in a sealed bag. Great food, love it! We used to order from here all of the time. We only had one issue the last time we bought food here. We paid for 14 tacos and once we got home we noticed there was only 12 in the bag. We live a few minutes away, so we asked if we could pick up the other 2 or receive a refund, but they refused to do so. We even took pictures, but the manager said we were lying and was rude. Me and my wife really like the food here and would come here almost on a weekly basis. But Burger Broiler has gotten us to go out of the way for a good burger and fry joint. It's just good, classic burger making. It tastes like a fresh greasy spoon as opposed to a "fast food" place. The quality is a little better. And the fries are addictive! Nothing to it, but fresh cut potatos fried in oil. No extras, no breading, no flavoring. Just deepfried potato goodness. There are a bunch of mixed reviews on here comparing this place to In-n-Out. So I will be another one to agree that this place comes pretty close to In-n-Out! Which makes this my favorite burger joint in Washington. I really like how they have a little condiment station where you can get banana peppers, which is a total In-n-Out thing! Service is great, the ladies that I've encountered are all friendly and polite. I deduct a start because there are a few times where I had to wipe my own table. Also, the soda machine where you can customize your own flavors are very limited. I get super excited whenever I see a restaurant have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine because that means I can get a vanilla coke. But they didn't have that option, or much other options :( Other than that, I really like this place. Unlike In-n-Out where they have a small, simple, menu; Burger Broiler has other things like chicken wings, onion rings, and fish sandwiches. Their buffalo wings are pretty good, so definitely give those a try! They have their own parking lot, which is nice. However, be aware of your surroundings when outside because I've seen people stand around by cars or sitting on the curb in the parking lot. This place is very misleading. From the advertisement you would think this is a burger restaurant. Wrongo. Its a mexican fusion joint that just so happens to have a few burgers on the menu. Literally so upset right now. Asked for a double bacon cheeseburger meal and a double cheeseburger meal. They brought out a hamburger and double cheeseburger meal. We show them our receipt and they said the #4 doesnt have cheese or bacon. I said but we didnt say a number we ordered by saying double bacon cheeseburger. They continued to argue with us because they #4 doesnt have cheese or bacon. So I say ok can i just buy cheese and bacon then? They charge me $3.50 for bacon (the difference between a regular cheese burger and a bacon cheese is 1.50, so they charged me double) then they didn't give me cheese and again argued with me about the number 4 not having cheese. They then didnt want to give us our milkshake and sodas. We had to ask 3 times. I get it mistakes happen, but the rudeness is what really made me have to post this. Everything about this place gets an A+. The customer service is always pleasant and going above and beyond. The food is always great. I make a point to order something I normally wouldn't here because I know I won't be disappointed, and I haven't yet. I spent many years as a barista, so imagine my surprise when I ordered a coffee with actual espresso shots in it from a burger/taco place. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for Mexican food in Tacoma/Parkland. Its almost like THE taco bus in Puyallup (that was in the gas station parking lot that now has its own store front) frugals, and gravity coffee collided. Highly disappointed in this place. I called to place an order to-go, the phone took forever to ring, then finally a Hispanic woman answered. Since there was definitely a language barrier, I tried to make it very clear what I wanted to order & had her repeat it back to me. 2 cheeseburgers, 1 bacon cheeseburger, & a bacon cheeseburger combo. My co-worker & I go to pick up our food 20 minutes later & only half of it was made! She completely left off the 2 cheeseburgers, had to ring it up separately, & we had to wait for it to be made. My co-worker got a drink cup with her combo & when she went to fill it, only syrup came out of the water spigot of the fountain. Get back to the office, the burgers are just okay. They don't use fresh lettuce but the yellow, soggy kind. They don't bother separating the onion rings so every few bites are overwhelmingly onion-y. We thought the fries could save the whole ordeal but that just made everything worse. The fries were cold & hard, as if they'd been sitting overnight. Told the woman at the counter that I'd like a sourdough bacon burger and 2 orders of fries. She asks if I want the combo. I respond, no thank you, just a sourdough bacon burger and 2 orders of fries. She asks again if I want the meal or just the burger. Her response, "but do you want the meal or just the burger?" At which point I say you've already asked me 3 times. Man this place is about as good as it gets. I am stingy with my 5-star reviews, but the food alone here earns it. Best burger by far that we have found in the PNW. The beef burgers were great, but the chicken burgers (both grilled and spicy breaded offerings) were of high quality and cooked to perfection. Everything is seasoned well, and the produce is delicious and fresh as well. My significantly better half told me to specifically mention that the fries are delicious. Meh. It was just ok. I was not really impressed with the service or the food all that much. First of all upon walking in there was quite a line to order. Sometimes that means the food is good and other times, well... Anyway the line moved at a pretty slow pace but when we got to order Steve and I both ordered a Jalapeno Cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Steve also got a chocolate cheesecake for us to split at dessert. Our food came out within a reasonable amount of time but we had to remind the waitress after we were done with our meal about the cheesecake. As far as the quality of the food goes the hamburger was not all that bad but not amazing. The french fries were just average and not very inspired, a bit overcooked actually. In my previous review I wasn't liking the fries but since my standards are at an ultimate low right now I have given the fries a few more tries and developed a liken to the fries that is served. It's like eating day old french fries from McDonalds BUT it's fresh & hot. Burgers are still good as before! I have to agree that the patties are a little thin but just get the double patty or if your a beast the triple patty is calling you fat! I mean calling your name! Choice of raw onions (recommended) or grilled onions. Just be sure to let the employee know which you prefer. I'm old school so I go with the raw onions. Parking can be a little challenging for a few since parking is limited and tight. So if your trying to roll hella deep. Definitely try to carpool. Good old fashioned hamburgers! Friendly service! First time here. Saw good reviews so we wanted to give this place a try. The location was ok. It's on a corner lot so of course it's busy around the area. The parking itself is decent. They share their parking with a couple of other businesses but there were still a good amount of spaces left. A dude was standing outside the whole time. I think he was a worker that was in charge of trash, because he was dumping a couple of big bags when we came. He was there when we pulled up, and he was still there when we left. He waved bye to us as we were leaving, so I guess it's safe to assume he worked for them?! The atmosphere inside was very nice and relaxing. Great furniture and TVs everywhere (including the bathrooms!) The place was very clean and well maintained. There was a lady there literally walking around cleaning the whole time we were there! The food itself was good! I got the double cheeseburger, hubby got the double hamburger. The patties looked a bit thin on the picture so that's why we got a double. The grilled onions were on point and sauce was delicious. The fries were not the best I've ever had, but they were very tasty and fresh. Obviously soda is soda, but, hubby did mention that his Coke tasted a bit too syrupy. The customer service was great. The lady behind the register took our order, brought us our food, and got our trash when we were done. She was very nice and polite while doing so. The first thing you notice when you walk inside, is how spectacularly CLEAN and pin-sharp everything is. You can get a $5 combo, a $6 combo and upwards. A simple burger is just $2.79 and that includes fried or fresh onions, tomato, lettuce, etc. If you're from Tacoma and know Best Burgers, this is somewhere along the same line - you get that signature "char" flavor on the burger. The fries were good - nothing bad whatsoever, just not spectacular. And they WERE plentiful. I encourage you to try this place out, it is very clean, comfortable and owned by sincere, decent people, trying to make a go of it. I'm rooting for them and I'll be back. read more

BB resembles IN-N-OUT in a lot of ways... The french fries are almost identical, as well as their original cheese burger. The biggest difference is that their menu has a lot more variety. I'm more of a chicken kind of guy and their chicken sandwich hits the spot. My last trip there I had the chicken sandwich and the Flaming BBQ burger. The BBQ burger was not very great.. as it had far too much BBQ sauce on it. They have a lot of other items on their menu, such as coffees, frapps, cakes, and frozen yogurt. Fairly inexpensive, and a pretty clean restaurant. They definitely work hard. The biggest knock on this location? The parking. The parking can become an absolute nightmare. I was surprised how excellent their service was. I came in on a Sunday when the Hawks were playing. I was also surprised how tasty their California burgers were. They have In N Out style Cali burger combo and boy does it fill you up. Not only was it similar, but in my opinion I liked it more. You can add bacon into their version of the double double, and the ingredients were so fresh. Way better than the one hyped up in Seattle. For now, this place will do. And yes, I've been to In N Out several times. Fries were better here and the sauce was the same. If you want it really like InNOut, ask the fries to be a little softer cause I got them crispy but they were great.
