I've never had kombucha on tap before, but I'm totally sold on this concept. It's amazing, and seeking kombucha makes some of the most amazing flavors of kombucha ever. And did I mention they are minority and LGBTQ+ owned small local business? We got the 32oz of the Orange Remedy and Northern Lights. Their flavors rotate and they had about 8 options on tap. They use reusable glass bottles and you can exchange them for a discount on your next purchase. Both were absolutely delicious; my favorite is the orange remedy but my partner likes northern lights the most. The owners were so kind and let us sample flavors and talked with us about their flavor profiles. It can be difficult to find parking in the SLU area. there are tables to sit at and board games to play. It's in a food court style building, but currently a salad store is the only other occupant. read more

Absolutely one of my favorite spots to get Kombucha. One of the best things about Seeking Kombucha is that they deliver out to the Eastside, and more specifically for me, Issaquah. They always show up every Saturday at the Issaquah Farmers Market and I love doing a bottle swap for a new 64 oz. growler. What I love about their kombucha is that they always offer a different variety of flavors to choose from every time I stop by. Their kombucha is on the sweeter side, which I enjoy. Sometimes, other kombucha brands are just too sour or add too much vinegar, but not Seeking Kombucha. I've probably had over 10 different flavors from the more floral to ones that are fruit centered. So far, my favorites are probably the Peach Bellini, Tropical Dream, Berry Tumeric Soda, and Pineapple Switchel. If you head to their taproom in the SLU, they also make mixed drinks wither their fermented beverages. At the taproom, you can make any drink concoction with alcohol using champagne, White Claws, or hard kombucha, but I normally prefer to stick with the non-alcoholic versions myself. Next time I visit, I want to try one of their Booch Floats with sorbet ice cream. Make sure you go and check them out if you're in the SLU or at one of the many Farmers Markets in season. I love a glass of fresh cold kombucha. Seeking kombucha was on my list of places to visit and it didn't disappoint. They have some interesting flavors with a few ingredients I've never heard of. You can sample all the flavors then get a bottle or a glass. I liked that they were able to accommodate my request of 80% kombucha with 20% sparkling water. (I like my kombucha on the drier, less sweet, more bubbly side.) The location looked like a lunch only destination at "The Deck" as it was completely empty and Seeking Kombucha was the only place open, I'll save my comments in a review for The Deck. :) read more

I have never liked kombucha, until I came here. I think it's hugely because of the fresh ingredients and quality that are used to make each batch of kombucha. This place is in a great location in SLU and is dog and kid-friendly. They have outdoor and indoor seating with games to play, that are cleaned after each use. You are able to order drinks to enjoy at the location and to-go. They have glass bottles in varying sizes to bring home and you can bring it back for refills. I enjoyed that you can get kombucha, kombucha in a cocktail, and beer. My favorite drink here was their "This is Us" cocktail that came with calamansi/lychee kombucha with champagne, calamansi, prickly pear syrup, and sparkling water. I love how they add fun candies to the drinks and the taste is also great. I would highly recommend checking this place out when in the SLU area of Seattle. read more

Delicious kombucha and appreciated that you can sample the flavors. The menu is a bit confusing because it's the mixed kombucha drinks and both times I visited their monitors for the actual kombucha flavors were turned off. If you return with the previous bottle, you get $1 off the next one! There's an Evergreen salad bar next to it so a good place to visit and also grab a healthy lunch. Enjoyed checking out this new kombucha shop. This past summer I've been experimenting with making my own kombucha cocktails and I was pleased to see that they offer this as an option as well. They have 5 to 6 different kombucha flavours on tap as well as some other drinks to choose from. I tasted a few and the one that had more tang / carbonation was my favorite (the healer - Ginger, tumeric and something else that I can't remember). I bought a medium jar of this, but may need to buy a larger growler next time since I drank it so fast. (They offer some different sized bottles with cute designs that you can buy and bring back for refills). I also appreciated that they have some indoor space with plenty of fresh air, high ceilings etc so you can sit inside to stay warm and enjoy your drink. Some patio space was also available outside but it was too cold to sit there at this time. I really hope that they are successful in keeping this space as I know foot and work traffic may not bring many through on a regular basis, but I was happy to see that they had plenty of people stop by in the short time I was there. read more

We had so much fun here. Ordered a pitcher of kombucha mimosas and it was an AMAZING deal. Only $22 for a ton of champagne and kombucha. They let us try a few flavors before picking which booch we wanted. They have a variety of games available, all clearly sanitized really thoroughly. Nice atmosphere. Can't wait for when they have hard kombucha- the woman who helped us said that's the goal and they're working on making it happen. In the meantime they have cocktails and other alcoholic beverages available! Only thing is we wished the kombucha had a stronger fermented taste- they all were pretty mild and not super bubbly. Most creative kombucha I've ever had! The different options (non-alcoholic, alcoholic, mix-ins, plain) is what I like most. They're also the first to incorporate chamoy and tajin into some of their drinks!! I've never really been a fan of kombucha but they have turned me around. They have great flavors, mine is Purple Rain, and they are always experimenting with new flavor combos. If you don't like kombuchas that are very tart, no worries because their's have different levels of tartness so that anyone can appreciate the complex flavors and health benefits.
