We've been coming to this Sonic for over seven years. Never had a problem at all. Sometimes the drive thru is backed up a bit, but it's not a big problem. The employees have always been very friendly and always thank us for coming in. The drinks are always great and They work hard to fill the orders and deliver them to your vehicle. Well whenever they tell you so and so is on the way out with your food and then 10 minutes go by and you go inside and you find it sitting on the counter and they tell you they had something else they had to do. That's a little ridiculous wouldn't you say. read more

Just moved to Taylor... and after a busy "settling in day" into our new home we were really hungry. We decided to try the local Sonic. We ordered 2 (two) item #1's. (Upsized). Tater tots and onion rings were hot and delicious. However, the cheeseburgers were ICE cold. They were just awful. What a disappointment. I ordered it at 5:17 pm... dinner time. No excuse to serve cold burgers (obviously they sat around a long time... and not under a warmer). Expensive $24.82 for two cold cheeseburgers. (First time EVER to complain on Yelp. The people are quick, and easy with my orders. I never eaten the food, but the few times I had it, it was good.

Every time I go, Katie is always working so hard, often times running from car to car, trying to keep up with the orders. Today I went with a group of friends, and Katie was SLAMMED running from car to car so fast I could hear the change jingling in her pockets. There was another employee there with a green-braided ponytail. The whole time, he was just walking around, not helping customers at all. Even went as far as to walk around by the trash can mind you if he was taking a smoke break, I'd be more understanding, but no, he was just pacing around talking to himself. Went to Sonic in Taylor and had the worst Hot dog and wife's burger was nasty. The bread was hard and the sandwich was just messy. We saw 5 employees total. The young girl in the drive thru was going back and forth to her car so she could smoke her cigarette. I watched her through the window of the drive thru to see if she would wash her hands when she went back in and she didn't. Nope, no soap or water. Hope the people don't mind a little smoke with their food. Also, the two male employees took turns going outside to smoke their ecigarettes. Again, no one washed their hands when going back to cook the food. Not going their again for a while. Hopefully, they can get their employees under control. read more

Extremely Pissed off....This sonic has always been very slow when it comes to receiving your order, specifically in the drive through but tonight they really out did themselves. Sat in line for 20 minutes for a sandwich and some ice cream. I asked for 3 small plain vanilla ice creams in a cup. Just as it would come in a sonic blast I just didn't want cookies or any candy in it, just plain ice cream. The girl hands me the "ice cream" right away but when I looked at it it was liquid. I was like this is not soft serve it's a shake. She agreed it was a shake but literally had the most dumbfounded look on her face when I said I wanted regular ice cream. But whatever didn't want the girl to hurt herself trying to figure out what it was that I was wanting. I wasn't going to send it back because i live right down the road and I was going to suck it up and just put it in the freezer when I got home given my food would be out soon and I could get the ice cream home. Well, after receiving the shake my sandwich took about 20 minutes. I tried waving them down and one girl just looked at me and walked away and acted like she didn't see me. All the while my shake is melting more and literally every stupid kid working in there was standing around talking and drinking their drinks, some were going outside to smoke. Literally no sense of urgency whatsoever. By the time they handed me my food I asked for new ice cream because I wasn't going to at this point take my cups of milk home. They did re-do it and actually got it right and handed me some actually ice cream. All the while a car was waiting behind me. If they did things right the first time and cared they wouldn't have to make people wait. Also, my sandwich was disgusting. I didn't bother calling the manager because I honestly don't think he gives a crap. Nothing has ever changed at this sonic I've never gone and been happy with their service. Slowest sonic I've ever been to. I hate to give a bad review but the service is ridiculous. Sat in line for over 20 minutes with one car ahead of us. They gave the car in front of us our order, which he left with then returned five minutes later. They then tried giving us the same bag of food and acted like it just came off the grill. Then top things off, we asked for BBQ sauce 3 separate times because they always neglect the sauce. The last time a young girl said confidently, "there's 2 in the bag." Yeah, two packets of ranch. Slowest Sonic on the planet! I've quit going there because it takes so long. The day time employees are nice and seem decent, although it's still very slow. The night crew is terrible. You can see them eating and hanging out while they take their time filling your order. Hate this location and won't go back. read more
