Wow even after 15 years when I first went there when it first opened had to wait in the carry out line space from the drive-through, (thankfully you didn't have to pay first after the order speaker or whatever) waited over 20 minutes and what would happen the girl or hop would come out and deliver a few cars THEIR ORDERS in front at a time instead of 1 by 1 before getting to ME and the two others behind me. so I gave up and thankfully they had a way to pull out of the delivery line space and LEFT! and I can't believe all the other low reviews still here to this day! After returning it and another long wait, it came back with bun, but with NO MEAT and it had items on it that I asked to be left off. When the third burger came out, it was cold. No excuse. I should have been cued in at the lack of cars here and the huge long line next door at What a Burger. Then I read all the bad reviews on Yelp. Never again will I come here. After speaking with locals, I learned that this location has been a joke for years. I hope the manager and district manager reads all these terrible reviews. I honestly don't know why I do this to myself; every time I come here it's the same problem, my hunger is in love with the drinks that makes me want to come back though, but every time I order something I question myself for coming here, it takes forever to get your food out, so if you are in your lunch break or want something fast, then don't come here, because you will end up waiting years for your food, unless you are willing to rush back to work and eat while you drive to make it on time, then this might be your place, also, let's hope that you get a decent person to take your order, because not everyone here is nice, they all seem so miserable, which I don't get why, they are working on slippers, or at least the girl that just brought my food out is, she should probably get new ones, those pink slippers are in need of help.... disappointing, of them, and myself for coming here all the time whisking that next time will be a better time read more

Extremely slow. We used the mobile app and waited for an hour because there was no cancel option and we had already paid. We pulled into a stall (as directed by the app) but when we pressed the red button no one responded. After thirty minutes of waiting we got in the drive thru line where we waited another thirty minutes. This was for two drinks. Somehow managed to have old gross fry oil at 9:30am on a Monday, so I'm gonna go ahead & assume Sunday's night manager didn't clean it out before the morning shift came in. Bummer because normally I love Sonic tater tots, but you could taste that old oil & it left a gross feeling in my mouth. The limeade had gone off too, like they'd left the limes in at the bottom too long. Plus there was a short black hair in my breakfast burrito. Yuck! It was a HORRIBLE experience the Black girl taking drive through ordering could only do ONE at a time !!!!! And was RUDE. Then when I got up to window she wouldn't lean down to where I could hear she was talking to me,,, and she said. "HELLO I am talking ". I couldn't believe it. HORRIBLE!!! Saturday evening @ 9:00. Pull into a stall, push the red button and wait a FEW minutes just for them to come on say they're only serving through the drive thru. Fair enough. Circle around to the drive through and after a couple more minutes of waiting (we were the only car...I see why now) they come on to say they are only serving five different menu items. Could they not have told me that while I was in the stall? How are you out of food on a Saturday evening?!?! NO food + NO workers = HORRIBLE Sonic! WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!! People do not come here. There is a bunch of teenagers on their phones and fooling around wile they have just one guy doing the delivery of food. They always claim not to have the drink or that we cant get the size of the cup. There is a white Caucasian girl who takes your order tru the drive thru whos always very rude to the customers. This place is convenient because I love sonic and it's super close to work so it makes for a great little lunch stop. However that's the only good thing about this location. Their service is the worst I have ever received, and as a person who works in restaurants (going on year 11), it takes a lot for me to post a review. I stopped here for a gift card ( for a family in need) and was " greeted" by what they call their manager! She was so rude. First off she tells me to get out ( I was standing in where they make their orders) because I wasn't allowed I there, which is fine but please have some professionalism when talking to your customers. So o stand outside but it was taking a while so I open the door and ask if everything was ok and this " manager" is telling me how their machine is having issues but doing so as if I'm an idiot. I have been to this location twice and BOTH times the service was horrible and the orders are wrong. Sat staring at the menu for 5 minutes before anyone came on the speaker. Ordered our food and go to the window, was not even told the total just had a hand placed outside the window waiting for the credit card. The food came out fast but the young lady working the window handed the drinks and the food and shut the window without saying anything. We had to knock on the window to get sauce for our food and even that seemed to be an inconvenience for her. When traveling through we stopped to eat. Took a while to get food. My burger had a nasty smell, my daughters burger had something hard in it (she said hard like a bone), and the fries looked super old and gross. 2 drinks should not take 30 mins to get. This is possibly the worse sonic I have ever been to. Go to the other Sonic in Tomball or the one off spring cypress. I don't know how this place stays open. I've ordered the same milkshake the last 3 times I've come here, a peanut butter blast milkshake with Butter Finger and Reese's Cups. Simple enough, right? What do I get every time after you charge me extra for my crushed candy bars (that are never in the milkshake)? Peanut butter ice cream with whip cream on top. Every. Single. Time.
