I had a moment of weakness and went to Sonic this morning to get a super sonic breakfast burrito. 2 bites into it I bit into something hard. Thinking that it must have been an extra crispy hash brown, I almost swallowed it. I decided to see what it was and thank God I did because IT WAS A RUSTY SCREW. SERIOUSLY?!? We went to get slushies from Sonic and drove out of our way. They told us that someone had ordered 84 slushies so there was no way that they could give us anything unless we wanted watery slushies. We were going to take advantage of the happy hour, but after not being able to buy slushies we decided to get milkshakes. However, the employee did not mention that milkshakes were not included in the happy hour. We watched them give slushies to everyone in front of us. We ended up with our food after waiting 20 minutes. They forgot the ranch which was listed on our receipt so we had to take our business elsewhere to get ranch for our meal. They also walked away from the window with my card for 3 minutes which made me uncomfortable. read more

Stopped in today, as I was craving popcorn chicken like no tomorrow. I purchased the Popcorn Chicken meal with Tots. I also thought I would try their Ched R Peppers since I was on a role. I chose the drive thru instead of the drive up since I was alone and in bit a hurry. I was highly impressed with the Ched R Peppers and of course their tots are always good, but I was so disappointed when I popped my first chicken popper and it was so dry!!! I tried a few more in hopes that it was just one or two "bad ones" but the whole thing was that was, I didn't even finish half of my order. It was like eating deep fried cardboard. Pulled into a stall, noticed the credit card reader was broke. Whatever, pulled into another stall. The screen on that credit card reader was broken as well. At this point I look like a complete moron trying to find a stall. 3rd times a charm pulled into that stall and the card reader was broken but I was able to read the amount on the screen... Ordered food. Wait time wasn't long. They gave me me food in a bag? What happened the the drive in trays? Twenty five minutes to wait for three drinks that were sitting on the counter in our view (at the drive thru) - and five of those minutes no one even acknowledged us at the window. I've been here twice. Both times it was in the evening and both times the deep fried items we bought (a chicken sandwich and a corn dog) tasted of old oil that's been stretched out as long as they could take if. First time I called and complained and they said, "yeah, we just changed our oil. You'r welcome to come back and exchange your sandwich for a new one". This second time I'm not even going to bother. They clearly have bad process control for managing their deep fryers to keep the oil good tasting. read more

Things go bad to worse very fast here. Ordering is like pulling teeth. And paying for your order takes forever, because they either loose your order or are so confused that no one can complete it. The only time I recommend actually going here to get a decent meal or ice cream is after 10pm during the work week. Preferably Tuesday, when they've only served a handful of customers throughout the day. Anymore than that, they mess up on everything. read more

Sonic used to have the best beef hot dogs made just the way you like em but the last three times I've been to Sonic it Sucked! The fries are wimpy, flimsy, soggy, yuck and the burger was not good either. The new cheesy garlic hot dog was good though. They need to work on their soft drinks because they are syrupy, fries not good, and regular buns are dry and taste old. What happened to our Sonic? read more

Literally can't believe what a cluster it was just to use this for Uber eats. I ordered a milk shake with butter finger and extra butter finger inside the milkshake with 3 extra butter finger containers on the side I paid for all of it, when it arrived it was a vanilla shake with maybe in ounce of butter finger in it and that was all. I tried explaining to the driver that that is not what I ordered he told me I had to take it up with them so I called and spoke to the manager whose name was Ashley and she told me that she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. She never offered to make it better, never offered a coupon, never even apologized. It was only after I told her I wanted to speak to the general manager that she started to try and warm up to me but by then I was so furious with the incompetence that im going to wait and call the owner. So, a few minutes go by and I wanted to give her one last chance ro make things right or else i would be in contact with the owner (whos information I actually know) but, when I tried to call, she blocked my number. That's how afraid this woman was that I wod eventually get a hold of upper management that she'd literally blocked my phone number. Its absolutely the worst retail experience ive ever had and I used to work in retail! Long story short: I will never ever ever go there again and I encourage others to do the same. read more

My boyfriend and I had an interaction with the assistant manger and she was so incredibly rude and talked down to us like we were her children who got in trouble. Horrible experience tonight. Arrived at 5:00 and it took at least 10 minutes to order (that should have been a clue), and then 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Meanwhile the drive through seemed to be moving right along. When the food arrived we did get an apology and a "we are just really busy". Then, we discovered our order was wrong. Two Jr Cheeseburger deluxe WITHOUT cheese became one double cheeseburger and one single WITH cheese. Plus, we were shorted a tot. And the food was not overly hot or fresh tasting. The carhop did bring us the missing tot, and offered to remake the burger, but we were "fed up" at that point. Meanwhile in the drive through they seemed to be cruising..... They were obviously short staffed, on a pleasant early spring Saturday evening, but this was ridiculous.
