It is so hard to find a reliable florist these days that don't cheap out on your floral arrangements. I often order flowers online just to see the actual arrangement which is smaller and disappointing. This is not the case with Sonny Alexander. I found an arrangement I really liked online and I connected with Brad at Sonny Alexander to recreate the arrangement. Brad was so attentive and patient and offered excellent service. He reassured me that he would create an arrangement based on the example I showed him and the current flowers he had available. He also promised me that the flowers would be delivered on time. I asked him to text me a picture of the arrangement before he delivered and when I received the picture, it far exceeded my expectations! When I called today, the person (refused give her name) told me I don't understand the reality of the flower business and i am crazy because I was expecting to have fresh flowers for my friends for the same day delivery. Her sound was like I should appreciate that they delivered it on time and sent upgraded old and different flowers. But I don't appreciate it at all because I should be the one who decide what to do. I could order different arrangement with a fresh flowers they have a lot. Or I may not ordered a flower from a different place. The person who answered the phone told me they will refuse my order from now on and they will take back the flower that they sent to my friend and bringing a new flower to my friend. I asked to send me a picture of the flower before they send it to her by email as a courtesy. She refused to do it and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I called back to her to know more information when she will send a new flower. She continued to just hung up on me in the middle of the conversation and I don't know what I should expect from her. She said we live in America. Yes, we live in America and I think we need to respect each other. I was upset because they mistreated me first. The store sent a old but upgraded flowers and different flower arrangement ( I did not notice until she mentioned it) without notifying me. I refused to do business with me and I don't need to support their business at all. I emailed to them to refunded the full amount I paid and do not send me another new flower to switch with the flower they sent and Just take old back if they need it. It's a terrible business manner and service. Before I called to the store I sent a picture of the flower they sent. I ordered from Sonny Alexander Flowers before and I loved how my delivery turned out so I was expecting the same this time around, but I was a little disappointed. I loved how the flowers looked on picture, but when it was delivered to my mom and she showed me a picture it wasn't quite the same. There were too many leaves on the roses and the Beau Jour Dried Eucalyptus Branches were not standing upright the way it showed on the picture. If it's not going to be exactly as pictured, the price should be deducted because you're paying for what you want on picture. read more

I got a small round vase I see listed on their website for for $100. Nothing special! Their were 15 people there in Marina Del Rey. First they couldn't find the location which is a landmark.
