The food was decent, but the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere alone made it worth the visit. The next day, however, we found out that the wine tours and tastings were actually closed on Mondays, which was disappointing given the information we were told at check-in. Still, we didn't let that ruin our trip. We went out to a nearby steakhouse for dinner and returned to the resort for drinks at what had quickly become our favorite spot, Louis'. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff, Manny, Anya, and Cole were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and really elevated our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and are already looking forward to coming back, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

For years I've shopped at Total Wine about once a month in the hopes of picking up a couple of 1.5 -litre bottles, along with my usual wine and beer favorites. They've seldom had more than one or two bottles (often none) of ANY size Taylor Dry Sherry, much less the 1.5-litre size. I spoke to a manager about it once, and he says they don't stock a lot of it, because not many people buy it. (Duh. They don't buy it because it's NEVER IN STOCK!) He then suggested that I order it online and just come to the store to pick it up. So I tried that. I went online to order it, and it said "not in stock". After all this time, I'm finally giving up -- they haven't had it in stock for over six weeks now! Although Mink's Liquor Store on Delk Road is a little more of a drive, I've finally switched over. They had plenty in stock, along with the other beverages my household usually drinks, and I've found that it's even cheaper there!
