While having a surgical procedure is never pleasant, the quality of care you receive from the entire staff at Sono Bello is amazing. From the girls at the desk, the intake representative, the nurses, the doctors... the entire staff. I was extremely nervous about doing this. I'm sure it was the fear of the unknown but Everyone made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that I was going to be fine. The doctor was phenomenal. The nurse was phenomenal. Well, it's been about a year and a half since my surgery and I'm very pleased. Pain post surgery? Yes, but controlled. Swelling and leaking? Yes, but for a short period of time. Had to wear compression garments - uncomfortable, but necessary. Healing and results took a couple of months but worth it. No real side effects , still slightly numb in small areas but no worries at all. Got back to the gym...I'm 59 with a visible 6 pack now. Thanks Sonobello!!! read more

After being bombarded with TV ads, I made an appointment for June 6, 2025 before going to a cosmetic surgeon with his or her name on the practice. I say that because Sonobello does NOT tell you what doctor would be performing your procedures! Very nice offices. Maybe too nice. My gut started to tell me that Sonobello prices were going to make me pay for their artwork. Amy White was very cordial but she admitted sitting in her office for almost 15 minutes reading her emails instead of seeing me for my appointment. Based on my prior procedures with other cosmetic surgeons and their advertising, I believe that Sonobello pricing is completely misleading. In addition to their $1,745.00 fee for each lipo area, they tack on an additional $2,495 SURGICAL FEE. IMHO, that's like a car salesperson saying the price of the car is $XXXXX but if you want to drive it out of our parking lot, add another $2500. I want a GREAT cosmetic surgeon who charges you for his expertise and not fancy offices, artwork or TV advertising so my search continues. P.S. If you choose a doctor's office that you can't get on the phone (puts you on hold forever), that in itself should be a 'red flag" to stay away. read more

Do not use them. My 360 lipo was the worst experience I had in my entire life. If I could describe it, it will be like being in a nightmare. First of all they gave me a deal to do multiple areas of my body all at once so they charged me like $15,000 to do my arms under chin and a 360. They gave me a cocktail of drugs so I was awake while they took out 5 L of fat out of me and then put me on a waiting room sitting down, not even in a bed while I was bleeding and in terrible pain. I couldn't even move. But they wouldn't let me go with my driver because I had a friend inside that also was being slaughter. The recovery was hard, but I managed to survive it and now I am left with horrible dent all over my stomach that I will have for the rest of my life. I truly feel the staff didn't care about me or my safety. This was a few years ago now. So not sure who works still there. But I came across them now and wanted to leave my review. read more

I went to sono bello for a procedure while when I first went there everything was great then during my appointment for the procedure I found out that there would be only a slight local given. That if I wanted stronger I'd have to pay a lot more but if I delayed it or canceled I would be charged the entire procedure cost for that visit so I went with it. This was by far the worst experience of my life I felt everything every cut every suction EVERYTHING. When I told the dr it hurt I was to to stop complaining and he could stop but then it would ruin my body. So he kept going . My healing was rough after my second follow up they stopped calling back. Ok, so my daughter and I went to SB in Las Vegas to inquire about the ABex and smart lipo for both of us. I was surprised that we did not meet with a medical professional for evaluation, but with a consultant named Kasey. She was very nice and after she looked at both our tummies, she said we were both good candidates. I wanted to lose more weight, so my daughter decided to move forward. I paid the entire amount for her surgery that day on 4/27/24 and we went home. We then started looking up reviews for them on BBB and found many negative ones regarding post op satisfaction results. My daughter ultimately decided she did not want to proceed and on 5/7/24 we went into the office to cancel the procedure and request a full refund as Kasey had stated we would could get. We met with Summer, who is the program supervisor, and I have to say she was very understanding and accommodating. She did, however, say my full refund would take only 3-4 days, but that did not happen. I called the next week, and she stated that their policy is that refunds are processed and takes 7-10 business days. I decided to wait and my refund was processed and credited to my cc on 5/18/24. I found the staff very professional, except for not meeting with a doctor, but that is their policy. Summer followed up with their Director to make sure the refund got processed in a timely manner, and I appreciated all her help very much. All in all, even though my daughter felt that SB was not for her, I was grateful for the timely refund and understanding of her decision. read more

Literally called to schedule myself for a consult and they wouldn't schedule me. My son turns 3mo in 2 weeks so I wanted to set up a time after I returned from vacation in 2 weeks and after he was 3 months. They literally wouldn't schedule me. Not sure why me calling now and scheduling after he's 3mo is any different then me calling the day he turns 3 months and scheduling then. My schedule is tight and I want to get this process started ASAP so calling later on isn't an option for me because that pushes me way out. Y'all lost a customer READY to drop some good money on her body after having her 2 babies, cause of this. Wouldn't recommend coming here. She goes over medical history and then wants you to stand in front of a mirror to go over "what you want done". THIS PERSON HAS ZERO MEDICAL TRAINING! NONE! Why would I show a "consultant" what I want done? There is no way I'm going into any medical facility if the dr doesn't have the decency or professionalism to come see the patient for a consult. On May 27, 2021, I visited Sono Bello at 7455 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, unit 100, Las Vegas, NV 89113 for a consultation. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. Upon entry, the receptionist appeared to be frustrated with the person she was assisting and shoved a piece of paper on the counter in front of me and asked me to complete it. She did not provide me a pen. Fortunately, I had my own. The paper was a typical intake COVID questionnaire. After completion, she then asked to take my temperature, which I assume was fine, as she did not divulge to me the result. She then asked me to complete intake forms with contact information and medical history, which I had already completed in their entirety one week prior. Apparently, she could not find the previous forms I took time to complete, so she had me fill the forms out. AGAIN. The waiting room was relatively empty, with only 2 other women besides myself. My appointment was scheduled for noon, and my consultant did not call on me until 12:20 pm. She did not apologize for keeping me waiting so long beyond my appointment time. Once I sat down in her office, I proceeded to remove my mask (as I have done without issue during several physician appointments in the past few weeks once seated in a private office.) She then asked my vaccination status, stating that if I was not fully vaccinated, I would need to leave my mask on "per CDC guidelines." At this time, she was sitting several feet away from me while wearing a mask, with the desk and a thick plexiglass partition between us. Company policy, I get it. But, at this point due to my frustration and my negative impression with this facility from the moment I entered your lobby, as well as her unapologetic attitude at keeping me waiting 20 minutes beyond my appointment time and insistence I remain muzzled during my consultation, I informed her that I would not continue and left. The thing I took away from my brief visit with your business is the fact that I will not be returning or referring others. I don't care if you have the ability to give me a body like Giselle Bundchen free of cost. Besides the unorganized manner in which your desk personnel loses a potential patient's PERSONAL intake forms containing private and sensitive information (name, address, phone number, social security number, emergency contact, and medical history) that should have been kept secure prior to my appointment is completely unacceptable and does nothing to build one's confidence in your business handling. I can actually think of very few things worse than having my private data in the hands of just anyone, because the business I trusted to handle it securely didn't properly secure it in a designated location. I would also expect your consultants to set a higher standard of decorum for your company and look the part. Skin tight, form fitting animal print leggings can be unforgiving/unflattering on certain body types, and aren't exactly the typical attire one would associate with a professional business specializing in "weight loss" procedures. They could also learn to use some humility when they keep potential clients waiting and learn to apologize for running late. If I show consideration for your time with my punctuality, then please exercise the same consideration for me. Her tardiness was rude. Clearly, she didn't give a damn. That pretty much sums up my experience. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option for ZERO stars, so leaving one was a generous gesture on my part. read more

During my consultation I was taken to an office to discuss what I was hoping to accomplish and cost. I was taken aback when the office manager asked me to pull down my pants in her office to see the areas that I wanted treated. I assumed that this would be done in an exam room by a certified doctor. Also, I had questions regarding the procedure after the embarrassing undressing in the manager's office but she quickly printed out a cost sheet and rushed me out the door I guess so she could go to lunch? The cost of the treatment is in align with a certified plastic surgeon minus the professional consultation you would receive when visiting one verses Soon Bello. Not sure how the rest of the experience is because under these circumstances I opt to stick with a board certified plastic surgeon. read more

Warning!!! The following review has taken me a while to write as I have been suffering GREATLY mentally. I need you to please, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This is the worst business I have ever been to and has left me completely deformed and traumatized. I can't express this enough. They are a heartless corporate machine, a lipo factory with no empathy. Here's my story: I went in on August of 2020 for a consultation, I immediately noticed the Vulture-like behavior of the main saleswoman, Kasey. She took me in the consultation room and asked me what I wanted, then asked me to step over to a mirror and drop my pants, and lift my shirt, while my boyfriend sits and watches her point at areas of my body. I was only really interested in 2, but she begins pointing out other areas on my body saying "you could use some here too". "Your arms could use some". It made me feel ugly. And embarrassed. I had no idea my interest in feeling more confident would lead to her making me feel way worse about myself. She typed in all the areas then did some more "working" and said she got us down to a special price but only if we decided immediately. She talked me into doing 5 AREAS!! Bc the way she was changing the prices. It came out to ~ $6000. Looking back I see how manipulative this "consultation" is. The prices are fake, she just changed them based on what she thinks she can get out of you! She made it like we wouldn't get the deal if we left and thought about it, so I felt pressured into paying that day, in cash. She (Kasey) said she could get me in for the surgery within a week which I thought was insanely fast. I had so little time to think I didn't even know how I felt about everything. A few days later it's time for the surgery and I already had my areas picked. I'm in the pre-op room with my nurse and then the doctor comes in. He looks at my body and I tell him what I want. He immediately is like "you'll look better with this area" and squeezes in my sides to show me what he means. I'm so confused because it's minutes before the surgery and he just changed an area. I don't know what he means by that, because I finalized my areas and was ready to go. He quickly/messily draws out the lines and dots on me, ending up making the incisions completely uneven on each side. Then he leaves. I'm so confused by what just happened and his sense of urgency. He already had a patient before me so I guess we can consider this "sloppy seconds", that's how he made me feel. I sit down and have a panic attack, and nearly pass out and my body covers in sweat completely. It takes 10 min for me to calm down and they take me to the room. The doctor didn't put enough numbing stuff in my stomach, so as he starts on my front upper stomach it feels like I'm being burned on one side. But the other is numb. It was so painful on the one side I was nearly yelling in pain. The other side was fine, if he would have taken his time to numb me I feel like the other side would have been too. THEN, the machine stops working... he takes it out of my body and starts banging on it with his hand. That didn't work so he takes it to the side and starts messing with it. He continues Iipo for a couple min. until the machine starts breaking again!! He takes it out again and starts banging on it and takes it to the side to mess with it again. Shortly after the second time it malfunctions he calls it. I'm really surprised because it had been close to 2 hours and I was told it would be longer. I can't help but believe he quit early because the machine wouldn't work. After the surgery my mental state starts to decline as I notice what he did to my body. The area he changed... he took my hips. I DID NOT ask for the hip area. I specifically LOVED my hips. I wanted an hourglass shape and I said that and now I look more like a straight line. The results were also immediately lop-sided from the areas the machine didn't work during. He spent so much time removing an area I didn't want that the main areas I went in for were almost completely Ignored. And the area that he was burning, wasn't able to be fully lipo'd bc he didn't numb it and that was one of my main 2 initial areas. He ruined my body and I have been extremely depressed since this has happened. I made several calls to them within the 4 months after and they wouldn't return my calls. It took 6 months and 1 final upset phone call before someone finally got back to me but at that point the trauma I had experienced from being deformed and ignored left me unable to go back to this business. It's been over a year now and I'm still going through hell. I'm looking into getting it fixed but it will probably cost another $5k+. They offered me to get with another surgeon for a consultation but after the trauma I can't set foot in their building. PLEASE, I'm trying to save you the pain. I am 3 months post op and wanted to finally address what I had been putting off for 29 years. I am 51 and carried around over 50lbs of extra weight that settled in my abdomen and created the ultimate fupa. I had difficulty finding clothes that fit and always wore long shirts to cover my fupa. I actually had 2 consults a year apart and told myself that I needed to lose weight first, that they would tell me I wasn't ideal. Not at all! My second consult was the game changer! I remember being told that nothing will change if I don't act. I agreed to the procedure and had it scheduled. I was having the lipo along with the excision. It was also scheduled in 2 sessions because I was having so much done. First session was abdomen lipo and excision of excess fat/skin. I did everything they asked me to do. I weighed 277 lbs and needed to lose 7 so my bmi was within acceptable range. I lost 9. I showed up and was ready. I was awake but in a twighlight state throughout the whole procedure. When I arrived home I followed every direction. That included getting up and walking around for 10 min every 2 hours. I never skipped a step. I had constant communication from the team starting next day and they have awesome email videos of what to expect and what you should be doing along the way. I was back to work day 6. They removed 47 lbs of fat/skin! One month later I went back to have waist and bra roll done. Again followed all directions. I still wear my compression garment 12 on/12 off and massage my abdomen to decrease scar tissue. It has changed my life forever and I don't know why I put it off for so long. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk so I stood there for 7 minutes then a girl came and gave me paperwork, mind you there was only one other lady in the lobby waiting. By 10:45 I went and asked the girl if they were running behind and she said no that's just how they schedule it. ?!?!?!? My appointment was at 10:30??!!! Before, SonoBello even got to Las Vegas, I knew I wanted to have the procedure done. Learning a lot about them in AZ, I knew as soon as they got to LV, I was doing it. I'm a type I diabetic with extra weight that is not comfortable and wanted it gone. It was May 2nd the day they opened in Las vegas and on the 3rd, I met Mary. Mary, helped guide me thru the procedure the results and set me up for surgery. Price was pretty reasonable, it's all cash pay or financing available. The staff was so helpful and supportive even when I needed clearance from my Endocronologist, they spoke to my specialist and answered all questions. From start to finish, I've very impressed and supported daily by someone in the office. I had my surgery, 5/19 and I knew I was in good hands. After surgery, Dr. Saxon called to make sure I was ok, then Mary checked in. Eventhough, I had pain I knew my team was a phone call away if I needed someone. She explained what areas would be in my procedure and the entire process of this consultation was very professional! When one goes for a procedure like this, you first see a qualified consultant (Kasey!) and then the day of the procedure, you see the physician who will go over everything the consultant had explained!
