She knew what she was doing, every step of the way, and explained everything we were doing in a way I could easily understand, including anything I needed to do or bring. And it all paid off, because we won our case! I feel safer now, and I couldn't have won without Ms. Pedicini. Legal Aid has a small but bright and clean waiting room, with a table full of leaflets on any imaginable legal issue and services from other agencies in Sonoma County, as well as a small play area for young children. I spied one client being allowed to charge her phone while she waited. It's typically very busy. But despite being busy, the staff were always kind to me, and helped me with what I needed. At each visit, Ms Pedicini offered me a light snack and a drink (water, coffee), and she was accommodating to food sensitivities. I will ALWAYS recommend Legal Aid to anyone I know that is in need. They're an organization with a heart of gold.

The intake attorney at Legal Aid would not listen to me nor look at my documented proof. She was very hostile & nonprofessional. I went to Rural Housing & they took my ironclad case & we won. Now they are worse. If you disagree with Legal aid, they become angry and are not helpful at all. Very unfortunate for low income seniors who do not know their rights (as I do). They are not the "charitable, helpful" people that their website displays.

You sent Caesar, Mauricio, and Francisco. You told me that it would be $35 dollars an hour each and that they would use their own tools at no additional cost. When they got to my house Saturday at 9am, I explained what I wanted. I was told that it was too much work, but they would do it for $500 each per day. They said they could get the job done in the two days scheduled. I already had everything set up and supplies delivered. So I agreed because spending $3000 on labor didn't seem unreasonable to me and I figured they could use the money. Those two days became a 4 day nightmare! My roof still isn't done, Ceasar and Mauricio did nothing but fight with each other, and they demanded more money to complete the roof. I paid them another $500 each on Monday but refused to do so on Tuesday. They told me on Monday that they were coming back on Tuesday to finish the roof. I thought that meant they didn't want money because I already paid each man $1500 to do the job but was wrong. Tuesdays evening when they packed up to leave they demanded another $500 each. I refused and demanded that they leave. I now have an incomplete roof and was swindled by the three guys you sent. You need to correct this by sending someone to finish my roof at your expense and giving me back the $2500 dollars I was swindled out of. These three men should not be used as laborers again.
