We had the soaking tubs, sauna and pools pretty much to ourselves and the food and bubbly were exactly what we needed. The only negative was as that one Caesar salad, two glasses of bubbly and one shrimp quesadilla was somehow like 220.00??? That seemed excessive and exorbitant. We had vouchers from TravelZoo which gave a pretty decent discount but then the total bill ended up being like $550.00 with the food and drink... the math wasn't mathing so I think they need to work on that. But everything else was exceptional.

There's a small lobby and gift shop. The changing rooms are downstairs and there's a waiting room upstairs where the treatment rooms are. The lockers might be slightly confusing - press clear before setting your code. Lou and Julia were our excellent female practitioners. Five stars for them. The massage comes with use of the spa amenities. I was surprised there was a small coed sauna outside by the pool. There's no steam room but there a couple of plunge pools, including one with heated jets. I'll use the spa again the next time I stay at the Lodge.

Whose birthday is in March?! Even without staying at the hotel, the day pass was worth every penny. Check-in is seamless, and the locker rooms are fully stocked with easy-to-use lockers, plush robes, slippers, and luxurious bath products. It feels indulgent from the start. The amenities are what truly set this place apart. Outside, you can choose between two large heated pools at different temperatures, plus a hot tub tucked away in the far corner for a quieter soak. Inside, there are two additional hot tubs, a spacious sauna, and a steam room. There are showers with a signature scrub, too. If the weather doesn't cooperate, there are plenty of comfortable indoor lounging areas, including dreamy zero-gravity chairs that make it impossible not to relax. Both visits, we treated ourselves to bottle service, which made the day feel extra special. While I didn't order food, the portions looked generous and the pricing felt fair for a luxury resort experience. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, and a few team members truly went above and beyond both times. We brought cash on our second visit to make sure we could tip appropriately. One thing I will say: if you're looking for a QUIET and ultra-peaceful experience, I would avoid Saturdays. The first time we went (a Sunday), it felt very zen. The second visit was on a Saturday, and there were larger groups celebrating birthdays. Some guests were there to party, and it got loud, specifically at the hot top and indoors. Obviously, that's out of the Fairmont's control, but it's something to keep in mind depending on the vibe you're hoping for. There's honestly no better way to spend a winter day, especially when you can follow it up with a meal at El Molino Central right across the street. Note that parking is validated for a set amount of time (then around $3/hour after), which makes it easy and convenient. I love everything about this place. It's the perfect reset during the colder months, and I can't wait to return.

We did get some time cut out of our service which is expected. But I cannot rave enough about their staff and their level of service. Rodney was amazing, welcoming and so friendly. I really needed that. The whole service was great and I felt so at peace. The refreshing snacks are among my favorite and i have experienced spas all over - luxury properties, small businesses, hidden gems. The amenities are also worth it. There is a plunge bath, a jacuzzi, steam room, etc.

Both times I called I reached a voicemail but they quickly returned my call. After speaking to someone on the phone I got an email confirmation with additional details like parking or arriving 15 minutes early. I had no trouble rescheduling the appointments for later in the day when something came up. The resort is beautiful! It's like a little cottage. The landscaping is immaculate. When we arrived there was a wedding going on. It was a little confusing how to find the spa. One of the employees told us to follow the brick path and take a right. A less scenic but easier instructions would be to head back out towards the street after dropping off your car with the valet and make a left. As you're walking along the street you'll easily find The Spa/pool area. Checking in we were given a pair of slippers and shown the locker room. Instructions on how to use the locker are easy. You get to choose a 4 digit code. I recommend bringing a swim suit so you can enjoy the hydrotherapy garden (jacuzzi and steam room) afterwards. I was told access to the pool is available for an additional $5. Very clean facilities! Someone must be attending to the locker rooms constantly. Nothing was out of place. Plenty of clean towels. Lots of personal care products available. In the waiting area for the massage even had cookies from the restaurant. There's also water and tea available. After the 50 minute MacArthur massage I felt like I woke up from a good nap. It was very refreshing. My friend said her massage targeted areas based on what she did for work repetitively. Fantastic communication from all of the staff! It was a wonderful experience with the Spa at MacArthur!

It's hard to pick a favorite part of the day but breath work and meditation with Ben in the sound healing room was so centering and a perfect way to start a lovely sequence of restorative treatments. All treatments were next level and the environment very intentionally curated and sacred. Blush's practitioners all went beyond to support the refreshing day I needed for so so long. Plus the official snack break was elevated-- a generous multi cheese platter with fresh veggies, hummus, nuts, fruit. Just refreshing and absolutely lovely. Dolores is also a very talented intuitive. She introduced me to cacao ceremony as a method of manifestation and guided me through an extensive oracle reading. I can't wait to visit her and Blush again for another reset & restore. We thoroughly enjoyed the s'mores + hot toddy night and the hand-painted ornament workshop. We may need to return again during the holidays. You are never more than 100 yards maybe from the pool, I had a view of it from my room. That pool (heated) and the gym are great, clean, not too many people (at least on weekdays in February), plenty of equipment. Plus of course there's the hot tub. I measured the length of the pool in Google satellite view and it's about 20 yards so you can get some decent laps in. There are seating areas in and near the lobby; my team had a spot to play board games in the hallway one night. We had a meeting room right off the bar for a small 3-day conference. We had some natural light coming through frosted windows but no direct. There was another room in a separate building with natural light that looked really great, but ours was fine too. All the drinks and food we got were great, as well as the coffee shop!
