I've been bringing my son here for a year now, and I really like his pediatrician, Dr. Doan. He's great with my son and always patient, attentive, and genuinely listens to our concerns. He offers thoughtful recommendations and valuable insights that make us feel confident in the care we're receiving. I also appreciate that the office almost always has same-day availability when my son is sick, which is a huge relief. Most of the staff have been friendly and professional, but I've had a couple of experiences with one assistant that made things...a bit uncomfortable. She came off as cold and disengaged, especially during moments when I was undressing my crying infant. A little empathy or even a few kind words would go a long way in easing the stress during those situations. It felt like she lacked the warmth and presence needed to work with young children. Especially when my son was getting blood drawn and she made no effort to interact or comfort him. That said, one thing that really stood out to me, especially as a new mom was the postpartum screening they did during my early visits. I didn't expect that level of care, and it meant a lot that the doctor took the time to go over my responses and make sure I was getting the support I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this pediatrician's office and truly appreciate the care Dr. Doan provides. It takes a lot of patience and a gentle approach to work with little ones, and for the most part, that really shines through here. read more

Everybody in the office staff and some of the other clinicians were fantastic. My family saw Doctor Mulcahy because everybody else was full. I would NOT recommend. We have moved on to a new pediatrician since and we now feel that we are being listened to and not scrutinized for every word that comes out of our mouths. read more

Today was my first time at the clinic let me just say Dr.Meadow was the best she listened to my concerns of my daughter's Health, and didn't brush me aside like other clinics I have gone to and the nurse that took care of us wonderful and such lovely people and the receptionists were very nice and helpful read more

If there was a zero star I would select it. First, nobody answers the phone, had to drive Friday to take an appointment and register her, they said I cannot take an appointment unless they confirm my insurance- although my insurance has them "in-network". Received an email on Friday that my insurance is confirmed- called to get an appointment 3 times- no answer. Had to go in to take an appointment and fill forms, can't book me till 9 days from now- although the first visit i stated that my daughter needs to get her vaccines before Monday- which gave them 6 working days as a minimum to squeeze me in as I was told when i walked in the first time. Horrible customer service. read more

What pediatrician would send a 1 year old to get blood drawn at a Quest Lab? What Pediatrics would not offer an antibiotic after 5 days of a continual fever of 103? Then have an inexperienced person try to cath a 1 yr old girl for 30 min for a urine sample? After a week - baby ends up at hospital with infected lymph nodes and neck is swollen double the size!!! I am so upset and irate. Good sense - NO - this is nonsense! This practice says they don't over use antibiotics. However, a low dosage of antibiotics would have been the less invasive practice before urine and blood samples were needed. Now, after 8 days of fever and numerous calls and visits, baby is on a very strong harsh antibiotic prescribed by the Children's Hospital ER. read more

I've been taking my little ones here since they were newborns. Dr.Yu and Dr.Muecher are amazing! The staff is so welcoming and sweet. I never had an issue getting an appointment even if I called late in the day. My daughters love their doctors and nurses. I recommend them to all my friends and family because they are that awesome. They always take their time and give my kids their full attention and listen to all of my concerns. There's a bucket organized in the rooms with any diagnoses you can think of and how to treat it or what to expect. If your looking for a good doctor I recommend you try this place. read more

Not sure why some put such low ratings on this office, but we've been going here for going on 3 years and I absolutely love this place! I moved from her old pedi after because I thought she was not "personable enough" and it would be always a looong wait for appts. Here, I never have to wait long, ALWAYS have a welcomed feeling when I come and they treat my little girl like a "Princess"... So glad that we were referred to this wonderful place!! You won't regret it!! read more

Dr. Meadows is great. She is very caring and sweet. She takes time to explain everything and never rushes.

As a child I came with a simple problem and the doctors completely disregarded it. Over the years I chalked it up to my anxiety and feared having any other doctors not listen to me so l just accepted my condition. Thankfully later I went to receive treatment. If you are parents of black children beware I've been dealing with an issue that could've been dealt with for years because of racism in the medical community and unfortunately it runs rampant in this office. We need to start holding establishments accountable and hopefully other black parents will see this and take their children somewhere where they will be properly cared for. read more

This is a terrible pediatrics place, I took my baby when he was 12 months old there because he had high fever and they claim there was nothing wrong and he was perfectly fine. That same night his fever spiked up so I took him to the hospital, turned out he had a severe infection in both ears. I called the doctor the next day to let them know and then they say the doctor would call me back, after they send me a letter letting me know that my son had been released from being their patient and they refused to see him again. Apparently they can do that. read more

We love Blue Fish!! They work so hard at keeping a clean and safe environment especially during covid. It's very easy to make appointments and the entire staff is very kind. We can't say enough lovely things about Dr. Yu, she's fantastic and always puts my mind at ease. We will continue to recommend Blue Fish to all our friends and family! read more

I recently moved to the area and called this place to schedule my son's 2.5 year check up. Well, it is a month or so away and as I have been waiting, it has become clear to me that I also urgently need to get him an allergist lined up. My son has multiple life-threatening allergies and severe eczema, which recently got out of hand and I didn't have an allergist to call and I was struggling to find one to see us. I called to set up an urgent appointment, but the lady doing the scheduling was not wanting to schedule the appointment for me because my son is not currently sick. I said, "Ok, then can the doctor give me a referral without an appointment because my son really does need to establish care with an allergist right away?" Of course I need an appointment! So that was frustrating. I guess she was really not liking her job that day or something. Well, we went to the appointment and I thought it went pretty well, although I could tell the doctor (Dr. Dao-Albert Ho) was not expecting an appointment at that time and was really squeezing me in. I felt bad and he was courteous and polite anyway. I do appreciate that he took the time to meet with me and my son and I hope to have a less rushed appointment next time. Oh, and his recommendation for an allergist? Absolutely stellar. She saw us the SAME DAY. read more

So disappointing! The "old" pediatrician is not in-network anymore with my insurance. So, in search of a new one, firstly I dropped by the office and asked one of the lady in the front office if the doctors still accepting new patients and she said yes. I asked if I can make an appointment immediately for my daughter and she said I can't until I registered by E-MAIL or FAX. I did that, then the staff called me about my insurance and they seemed okay. They sent me email, said that the doctor I prefer is not accepting patients. I replied okay and to get my daughter any other doctor who's available. Second email, they told me that the doctors are not accepting any patients older than 5 y.o. They should've just told me from the beginning! OMG.. read more
