I've had my fair share of dentists and none come close to Dr. Traina. First things first, the girls at the front desk are as kind and sweet as can be. They prove that patient attention and service is not completely lost in Miami. They were so kind and attentive. Made everything so smooth and spoke kindly. My hygienist Luciana was not only kind, but super thorough and gentle! I said it...THOROUGH ANNNNDD GENTLE. Those two things are hard to find in one hygienist. She took her time to answer my questions and patiently explained things to me. She's amazing! Dr. Traina makes you feel as if you've been her patient for a lifetime. Few dentists have ever gone the extra step to ask about me about me! She gets to know her patients as people not just names on files and screens. She makes you feel so comfortable. I realized today how important that truly is. She was also very kind, patient and thorough. I am the most delighted I've ever been after a cleaning. I will recommend this place to EVERY PERSON I KNOW. This may sound dramatic but this place is a hidden gem! Lucky to have found them! I definitely found my forever dentist! Ps. Just a few examples: We received letters where we were all promised Free Whitening Kits after scheduling appointments for 2021. So after the appointments were scheduled and completed, the complementary kits were like getting a pot of gold... whereas they stated that they had run out. I called several weeks later and they said that patients had to finish their treatment prior to getting the kits (which they did)! During the last call, they were attempting to charge me bogus copayments trying to extort money and scam my dental insurance. At the end of the day then they told me that the kits were only for adults as they were running out of excuses. Please see the attached description so you can see that I am not making this up. I will never return to this place again because they are complete scammers!!

Every year they force me to have a consult with the dentist or every six months like they say. The…read moresame thing when it comes to the X-rays, they want X-rays every six months. I don't want the radiation from the X-rays, they don't use a shield to protect me from the radiation. There's no radiation safety for the patient here. I know it's minimal but I'm still getting a radiation dose to my face, eyes, NECk and rest of my body I just want a cleaning and go. I don't want to be here any more than necessary. So they told me they can't see me next time if I don't do the X-rays next appt. But I guess they want to cash in my insurance. Just like the other town care dental I went.

I was scared it was going to be a bad experience since the staff was horrific, but thank goodness the DR. was amazing. Its such ashame because he is so amazing and the staff around him is rude, and unfriendly. Plus i receieved a bill a month later after my visit of what was left that was not covered by insurance. The bill seemed way to high so i called. Of course they were rude to me as always, so i called my insurance company (who is great). They told me they are trying to bill me $200 more than what i really owe. So my insurance lady called them to break it down for them becauase they couldnt figure it out. They werent even apologetic.... So watch you bill..... The only way ill go back is if the doctor gets a WHOLE NEW STAFF.
