We are long time patients at Irvine Children's Dentistry, so they referred us to Irvine Tooth Cafe for my son's orthodontic work. The doctors and staff here are always friendly, helpful and supportive. When I was at one appointment, they staff sang a song to a patient for getting their braces off. So cute! They have a very modern and clean office and waiting room as well. They have a little complimtary coffee bar area with gourmet coffee, tea and sparkling waters for you to enjoy while you wait. I was very glad to have a place to transition my kids from Irvine Children's Dentistry (ICD) where their dental needs have been well taken care of since they were 2 and now have outgrown. After learning that this practice has been acquired by Dr. Lee, the founder of ICD, I know I can expect great level of care and service. I decided to transition as well when my dentist of over 10 years no longer seems to care for her patients and customer service was failing. I am so glad our whole family made the switch and are all under the care of Dr. Bui. She is very personable and took great care to explain the procedures. She always personally text the following day of any dental visit to ensure no issues. When work needs to be adjusted, she quickly helps made it happen. On the 2nd year, my daughter became undisciplined and we simply didnt want to argue and 'force' her to wear them. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I wish I could name one particular doctor or staff member but they make it merely impossible when they all treat you with the upmost service possible. I have both of my daughters on the first stage of Invisalign. I love that I don't have to come as often as if they had braces to tighten. I simply swap the Invisalign to the next case every 5 days. I come for routine visits throughout the year but they accommodate me since I have 2 kids going through the same phase. They typically schedule them both on the same day. I live in Downey and come all the way to Irvine because I simply love them here. My girls have never shown signs of distress coming here. I know some kids despise the dentist but the staff makes it hard to not like here. My kids always feel safe and secure in this environment. read more
