I was told they get that from the other store the next day. I left my name and phone number. Never heard back. They were unhelpful. They gave me the feeling that they really didnt want my business. I gather their online store definitely has a much wider selection, but it was disappointing to find nothing. All the sections (boots, athletics, heels, etc.) were very small, and I'm doubtful they had a wide range of sizes for the shoes they did have. It was not exactly a welcoming environment. Granted, when I came in I was the only customer, so that may have factored into it. I was greeted when I came in, but afterwards, the employees just talked to each other. That's totally fine, but I felt a little awkward being there. I felt like an intruder in their conversation. I think they're used to it being kind of slow. For what it's worth, the store itself was pretty clean, and the displays were well-organized. To be honest, I never even looked at the prices because of the limited selections.

They have a variety of nicer stores and restaurants to choose from with ample parking throughout. The place is clean, well maintained and easy to get in and out of regardless of what you're here for. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of experiences you could have here. Toledo is really trying to revamp their image and I'm glad this place is around. No more Franklin Park Mall for me!
