These were specially molded for each employee. My ears did not do well with them. We worked 4 -12 hour shifts. My ears would weep daily. On my days off, I'd try to soothe them. I had asked friends for recommendations but found most audiologists were in large practices or clinics and I preferred an independent so Dr. Hoffmann was an easy choice as her credentials, experience and reviews are outstanding. She is friendly, gentle and very patient. I was in excellent hands. She worked with me in thoroughly explaining and demonstrating the technical aspects of the aids and how the sounds would work in my ear canals.
