Had to take my boy here a few months ago since he broke a bone during practice. This building is located by the Monster building off the E-91. The staff is extremely friendly and their patient care is top notch!! The anesthesiologist comes in before surgery to explain the risks. There is a very nice comfortable waiting room you can wait in for the duration of the surgery. I didn't wait long (maybe about an hour), and then the surgeon notified me that the surgery went well. The whole process was surprisingly quick! We were in and out within 3 hours. In the evening, the surgeon called me to ask how Maui was doing. Very good service and compassionate care!! This place was great. Everyone was so nice and professional. I really appreciate how they treated me the entire time. I didn't get the clerks name as I was anxious and really into my head since this was my first time having a procedure, but she was very pleasant. I started to calm down as Megan the preop nurse took me back and was very thorough with explaining everything. Kevin the intraop nurse helped me forget what was going on by talking to me about the NBA Championships(I'm rooting for the Pacers, but not mad if Thunder takes it). Thank you Kevin. The recovery nurse, Marissa was very comforting after the procedure. Her discharge education was clear. Appreciate that. Thank you to the Anesthesiologist, Dr. Nguyen. Preparation for the precedure was good., ....but after the precedure, just wake up from amnestesia, they kick you out rigth away.hardy have time to put my clothes and the worth the "discharge" nurse ( hispanic) yelling at me not to cough, something i could' t stop because blood was goin into my lungs.From my wake up to be out of the front door maybe no more that 10 minutes.i don"t recomend this place. read more

My daughter had to have surgery here and I'm so thankful she did. It was about a 45 minute drive from my home but we'll worth it. Check in was easy, hospital team was amazing. My daughter was comfortable and I could tell she felt safe. I was walked through every step of her surgery and got to stay with her until they took her to the back. Surgery went great The only part of our experience that was a little uncomfortable or off was when my fauggter got out of surgery, she was crying while waking up from anesthesia (which is to be expected) but the nurse was very pushy for us to go. We were literally there maybe 13 minutes top after she got out of surgery and I just stayed in the parking lot hugging my daughter until she fully woke up and stopped crying from anesthesia. But that truly was the only off part of our experience . read more

So today's the day guys... the big Colonoscopy. I was a total nervous wreck. I am happy to say everything went good and they don't have to see me for 10 years. Let's get to the staff and the office... office was really nice they are adhering to social distancing. Very proficient from staff. I only waited about 20 minutes before being called back. My LVN was super sweet although we did have a problem finding the vain due to dehydration. No problem she called an RN in and she got it in. Next my surgical room nurse came in and introduced herself. Her name was Beige. Another super sweet person. I then met my Anesthesiologist. Friendly and helpful she put me out and the next thing I know I'm being woke up.... Not a bad experience at all... a little sleepy and groggy but other than that a good experience I would definitely recommend Dr. Saadi and his crew. read more

Sabrina, I appreciate how, cool, calm and professional you were, you explained everything so clearly while having so much patience with me, appreciate you. Then Dr. Wynn my anesthesiologist for the procedure, trust me when I say this, I did not feel a thing! My previous procedure at different facility was completely different, feeling the scope is not fun! All nurses and staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Went in for a minor procedure, but I was highly impressed with the facility and staff. In particular, Kimmy, Alyssa, Antoinette and Lauren went above and beyond to make my visit a positive experience. I don't know who needs to hear this, but the owners/share holders/doctors, needs to be commended on putting together such a great staff! this place was amazing.... everything was great until recovery... they had a bad apple who is cancerous to the team. my 3 year old was in recovery and this gentleman ruined our experience and traumatized myself and my son... first i want to say only he was the problem... i appreciate how everyone one else was so helpful and jumped right in to help us ... i did receive phone calls and apologies... im not stopping till he is fired... he had me leaving the recovery way too soon did not take any compassion towards my baby, blood was everywhere because he rushed the IV removal and had no skills... he told me take the devices off my son and would not help console my baby... he actually tried kicking me out of recovery, while i was holding my baby he swung the curtain open and it hit me he yelled at me because i was mad he gave me false information in regards to the aftercare for my son ... which he kept calling him a girl ... the surgeon and the other nurses and doctors were 100% wonderful ... i have no idea how this guy slipped through their cracks ... i literally felt like i was at a bar and he was drunk and angry.... two other great nurses jumped in helped me but my son and i were sent away too soon ... i guess in other words i recommend everyone here except the cancerous bad apple .... wish i knew his name .... tall, thin, dark, glasses.... beware read more

Hello friends, I just would like to let people know about a wonderful place to go if you ever need surgical procedures. Unfortunately I've had to go there twice now. Both experiences have been amazing. At least the staff that I dealt with. I've dealt with a second nurse now and her name was Antoinnette. They seem to be really good at hiring people that comfort you before you go into surgery people are super friendly and you would feel like you have known them all your life. I was so so blessed to have this nurse before I went under. Otherwise I would've probably been an exciting filled wreck. Praying never have to go but if you do need to this is the place that would make you feel safe and comfortable. Mine were just for surgical check ups but I still had to go under. Man, was I ever nervous about having surgery. I've been with Kaiser for over 40 years, and when I recently broke my foot and got a trimalleolar fracture of my ankle, I was already bummed to have to have surgery, but then I learned I would also not be having the surgery in a Kaiser facility. I read all these reviews and you people really messed me up, talking about rude people, a horrible receptionist, hours of wait beyond your scheduled surgery, and rushed out with no recovery time. Cripes. I was so nervous going in. However, my own experience was absolutely fantastic. Very, very professional and kind staff, friendly smiles, help at every turn with my scooter and accommodating my husband and son who were waiting for me in the waiting room. My nurse (Tori) was a doll, very sweet and spent time making sure I was comfortable and was made aware of everything that was happening. She stayed with me for a while telling me the story about her own recent break and reassuring me that I was in good hands with my surgeon and anesthesiologist. She seemed to really care that I was relaxed and reassured. She even laughed at my stupid puns and half-assed jokes. I met with both my surgeon and anesthesiology and MAN, were they nice people. They answered every one of my questions, found out answers for concerns I had that they weren't in charge of, and absolutely reassured me at every possible turn to be sure I knew I was going to be okay. I'm an ultra fast metabolizer on top of all my worries, and the anesthesiologist listened to my every concern and explained to me how exactly the sedation and being under general would affect me before, during, and after the surgery. I went in to the surgery very confident in these men who had my health and ability to walk in their hands and it went off beautifully. I'm now in a surgical splint and after the expected first few days of pain management, am doing just fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this facility, the staff, and the surgeons and medical staff. :) read more

09/09/2022 at 10:00am I was scheduled for my first surgery ever. All night and the drive there I had too prepare myself mentally because I did not know what to expect. I received calls leading up to my surgery date and Jasmine was so kind and helped me understand what I needed to do prior to my visit. Upon arrival the receptionist checked me in and in less then 3 minutes I was already headed back getting prepared for surgery. I really wish I could remember everyone's name because the entire team was so professional and showed so much care. Honestly, if it wasn't for them my heart rate would have been through the roof from nervousness. They all made sure I was comfortable and made me feel safe and cared for the whole entire time. Corona Summit Surgical Center staff all deserve to be praised for their exquisite professionalism, kindness and attentiveness. 10/10 experience!!! read more

I had a endoscopy/colonoscopy at this facility on 10/8/18. Upon arrival, the waiting room is packed leaving no room for patients checking in to sit. I check in with the reception desk and was given a consent leaflet to read. This leaflet is given to patients over and over again to read and never sanitized. I find that to be disgusting. Health care should be a priority and germs are passed from person to person with this leaflet. This practice needs to change. I'm finally called to the back after an hour of waiting and my wonderful nurse Lonnie assisted me with procedure preparation. She was the most pleasant person I encountered other than my doctor performing the procedure. I again waited about an hour before they began the procedure. During that waiting period, I had to use the bathroom. To my surprise there wasn't any hand soap in the dispenser to wash my hands. Really???? This is a surgical center, why would they not make sure there is hand soap in the restrooms??? This is unacceptable and this is the main reason I felt compelled to write this review. Hopefully they address these sanitary concerns I have posed. read more

From the phone call giving me my surgery time, to actually walking in the front door, Excellent kind caring individuals. I can't remember all the wonderful staffs names so forgive me girls, but the front desk girls (blue haired beautiful girl, and Half blond/dark hair beautiful girl) to the first cute little nurse that took me back, oh and sweet Jessica(Sweetest calming voice) who also had great IV skills, I wanna thank you all for a very relaxing experience. Also I think Sharon? Shannon? Wheeled me back with the wonderful anesthesiologist, she had great maneuvering skills and also sweet. Kudos to my Dr Choy who is also very Amazing!! I can't remember the name of the sweet nurse that helped me and gave me some much needed water when I woke up, she was equally Amazing!! The doctor we see is good, but the wait time here is completely unreasonable. Our appointment for eye surgery was 11:30 AM and it is 1:22 PM with no update from the staff. Another patient with a later appointment kept complaining so they took her family member first. I wouldn't normally write a bad review for one bad experience, but we were here two weeks ago and it was another waiting experience. They have all the paperwork on file from the last surgery so there was no need to have us come in early for that. My family may make a decision to come back here, but I definitely will not. You may want to beware unless you enjoy sitting in waiting rooms for hours at a time. Or, you may complain and get in front of others. read more

I love the entire staff at CSSC! From the front desk staff to the surgical team and Dr Lance. I get epidurals for excruciating sciatic pain and have a fear if needles but they all are so kind and comforting. They all have smiles on their faces and ease anxiety. Crystal has put in my IV each time and she's gentle and takes extra care to talk you through it. Thank you all so much! read more

Very poor customer service first of all they tell you to be an hour before surgery which mine was @ 10am so I got here a little before 9 am and here it is 11:18 am and still have not been called back. Appt was set originally for 8am. The day before they called me to inform me that it was changed for 9:30am. Upon arrival at 9am the waiting room was packed with no where to sit and some patients were standing outside. Finally was called in for my procedure at 12pm. And was the same delay for hours for all people there. Take in mind we were all fasting. Once in the recuperating room the nurses were fast to get patients dressed and out the door. Dr. Ku and the staff nurses did an amazing job with my surgery, pre-op care, and post-op care. The RN's did an excellent job in keeping me relaxed and comfortable before, throughout, and after my surgery. A special and warm thank you to pre-op RN Terry and RN Tori. I had surgery here to remove kidney stones and had nothing but a pleasant experience. My surgery was at 7:30am and I was told to be there at 6:30. I didn't have to wait at all, everything was right on time. The center was very clean and up to date. The nurses were so nice and cheerful, which I really needed to take my mind off the surgery. My husband came back with me for a bit before I went into the surgery. Before I knew it was awake and comfortable. The anesthesiologist must have done a great job because I didn't feel to nauseas or sick. I got to go right home and rest. Thanks for being so great and helping me stay calm and comfortable when I was so nervous. read more

The facility was clean, staff friendly. However immediately after procedure and barely conscious, I was nauseous and heaving. I had 3 girls trying to get me dressed as fast as possible to wheel me out to the car against my wishes. Turns out I'm allergic to the anti nausea medication Zofran given. Had they taken the time to contact doctor or anesthesiologist and given me Phenergan, I wouldn't have had to go to ER via ambulance a few hours later and running a fever. Apparently due to stress of surgery, allergic reaction or infection white cell count will jump. ER Doctor said way to early for infection. It's been 5 days, Did Corona Summit ever call to check on me as it says they will do? Absolutely not. I will refuse to be treated here ever again. I had absolutely no issues 15 months prior at a Kaiser facility for a complete hysterectomy + on an outpatient basis as well. Even talked to surgeon afterwards to be told how it went! That one deserved 5 stars. read more

So far we are an hour and a half behind schedule in a packed waiting room and they keep telling every new person that walks in The Dr is running a little behind. Why can't they call people at home and let them know how far behind they are so you can wait in the comfort of your own home. read more

I recently had surgery at this center. Upon entering The business, it felt clean and relaxing. I was greeted by a couple of very sweet young ladies who totally made me feel at ease. They asked me a few questions, had me sign a few consents, and didn't make me wait. Everything was done in a timely manner. When they called me in the back, I was greeted by more really nice people. Lonnie took great care of me, and explained everything to me in detail. She made me feel very comfortable. The anesthesiologist and surgeon came to see me and both explained everything and answered my questions. They both were very nice and welcoming. They also took excellent care of me. The surgery went great without any issues whatsoever. I think this was probably my first surgery center experience, and I was thoroughly impressed! I would highly recommend this surgery center. Dr Adam Beckler was my surgeon, and I also highly recommend him. He could not have been more perfect for me. He explained everything on three different occasions, and everything turned out exactly as he explained. I've had almost no pain since my surgery, and I expected a lot of pain. Just had my colonoscopy today. I was in and out of the surgical center in about 90 minutes. It was clean. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable. I have difficult veins and my nurse got an IV in with one try which is not always the case with me. The doctors answered all of my questions prior to the procedure. Asked specifically for nerve block instead of general anesthesia told "they didn't have the equipment". Wouldn't let any family members in to consult with anesthesiologist or surgeon. Two hours Late starting surgery. Very little recovery time from general anesthesia. Sent home with no post surgical pain meds. Told we would have to go through Kaiser for that. read more

I had surgery to fix my broken arm. The surgery itself was fine and the staff was friendly. However, the recovery department needs improvement. I was woken up from anesthesia and rushed out the door within 10 minutes. By the time I realized where I was I was already on my way home. My arm was in excruciating pain all day and nobody even asked me how I was doing or feeling after the surgery and I was given nothing to numb the pain. I understand they need to get patients in and out but I would expect some sort of care after plates being inserted into my arm. read more
