I tried to figure out how I could've missed an appointment because they said they would be giving me a reminder text. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She insinuated I was lying about not receiving a text and she said she was sure a text was sent. While on the phone, I searched for a reminder text on the dates in question and found no text. That seemed to make her even more angry. I remained very calm and polite and explained that I'm sorry she's having a bad day, but I am no part of the problem. I felt like she was the paying customer and I was trying to keep her from losing her cool and being super polite to her while she was being rude and angry towards me. It seemed to make her angry that when I searched my text, there was no reminder text from her office. It's too bad when the bulk of an Office team are polite and friendly, and the behavior of one of the employees brings down the customer satisfaction and reputation of the office.

We (the bass player and moi) decided to get some custom made ear plugs with sensophonic ear filters. These filters let you hear the music without damaging your hearing. I am a patient for life. To start with the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always on point. I've never had to wait past my appointment time and always greeted with a smile. The audiologist, Beth Lee is exceptional. I've had past issues with poor fitting hearing aids and poor sound adjustments but not here. Beth was extremely focused on proper fit and sound adjustment and quality. Even after a problem with an ear piece from the manufacturer she took the time and extra effort to make sure the fit was perfect. Even following up days later to see if everything was still comfortable. She is truly a gifted professional. I'm 100% satisfied with the Hillcrest Hearing Center.

Scheuer fixed that and my breathing was much easier. But it also unveiled other issues that where masked by the broken nose. He looked at the issues, recommended another Medical Hospital to get the procedure done. After the first visit of a misdiagnosis. He did a follow up with the other Hospital and insured they looked at the issue. 2 operations later, the issue is fixed.
