my massage therapist was Stacy who was phenomenal! She came in 15 minutes early and brought with her a table, sheets, a heating pad, essential oils, and music. I was lucky enough to get Jean-Pierre M. on my first session and three sessions later, could not be happier. He pays so much attention to both what needs to be done and the temperament of his client. He always arrives in a timely fashion (and apologizes if traffic causes a delay and never deducts time), is super friendly and accommodating. While it cost a little extra to have someone come out to you... your first visit is a good chunk off, and their legit high quality therapists are worth it. So then I had one comfirmed, and as I work a late shift I decided to go to sleep and wake up at the new set time of 12:30pm. Well while this happened they canceled without even informing me at all. So there is no sort of customer gurentee that they will come. They will just waste your time and leave you to find another therapist at another time "if even possible." They said there were were problems with app (engineering was on it) and manually tried to book my massage, but I didn't see the ad in Facebook anymore and they wouldn't honor the code so I tried to find it again and I couldn't.
