The manager then explained that they are not accepting the Groupons because the price is different when you purchase in store.... I'm sorry, but isn't that the point of a Groupon? Furthermore, one of the staff members confirmed the appointment and it's never been an issue before. I understand the price difference, however if you offer a Groupon for customers to buy, that should be honored. If not, remove the ad/Groupon from the website. Personally I feel as though they wanted to buy a whole new service in store rather than accept what we already purchased. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
