I personally prefer their wax over sugaring elsewhere from experience, but everyone's body is different. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars is due to my visit with them the end of July, one of the girls had a used stick on the floor. She did mention that she was the only one working that evening. Which is hard on her I'm sure -- but the cleanliness that day wasn't the best and seeing that made me feel icky I didn't say anything because I didn't want to give her a hard time. But also my skin was a bit more irritated from getting my wax done by her after that day. So she might have just been a less experienced waxer. Other than that, no complaints thus far with them.

AGAIN Rose is an amazing person has sooooo much potential! But her waxing isn't up to standard yet. I still cant believe I left patchy and or have so much ripped hairs that I can still feel :((( I really believe if she gets better she will go so far but she needs practice. Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. I had called a number of estheticians and it's probable I made a mistake so to be safe, the next morning I replied to all the emails confirming the appointment and also tried calling to say it was my understanding the appointment was cancelled. No reply to my emails and the phone number didn't have a voicemail, but because you have to enter a CC to make an appointment, they charged me a no show fee even though I could document all of my attempts to clarify if I actually had an appointment or not.

When I wanted my nail shape changed or felt the polish needed a little touch up, they fixed it right away, no questions asked, and even apologized. My granddaughter showed them a photo of what she wanted. Throughout the appointment, they checked in with her and made adjustments based on her feedback. The final result wasn't an exact copy of the photo, it was actually better, and she was thrilled with how it turned out (the flower was hand drawn not a jewel). What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and were willing to make changes along the way until she loved the result. In my experience, if you speak up, they genuinely want to make it right. They can't fix something if they don't know you're unhappy with something. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was a hot day outside, but the inside felt cool and comfortable the entire time. I occasionally noticed staff helping other customers while I was there, but I never felt neglected and the delays were brief. For me, a salon visit is a chance to relax, so it wasn't an issue at all. If I had been in a hurry, I believe I could have communicated that and they would have accommodated me. Overall, I found the staff kind, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction. They do, YES!! they got me in same day quickly. I arrived 30 minutes early they had me pick my color and accommodated me immediately. I worked with Kim in the beginning and then Anna continued my service. Both women were very nice. I will be back for all my builder gel needs, etc. Anna taught me builder and hard gel are the same thing. Essentially hard gel is the brand name. She also gave me a cute little trinket two gold pins with pearls on them and a rewards card. So nice!! Awesome vibe. It was my first time there and I enjoyed my experience. 10/10.
