I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

Lip & chin I'm not as particular with who does those. But for brows grow-in and shaping, I get pretty particular & protective of. They're open 10-6pm all days and Closed on Sundays. Walk-in are welcome! if they're too busy to keep lobby area from over crowding, they will have you sign in with your cell phone number then call you when to come in from your vehicle. They are friendly, good at what they do and reasonably priced.

They also provide lash services and hair as well! But certain services are on certain days so make sure to call ahead to book your appointment / ask! I've gotten my lashes done here as well as mani and pedi, all turned out so nice! The pedicure felt so good with the exfoliation and hot stone, so relaxing with the massage chairs as well. My manicure also turned out exactly as I wanted! Lashes was exactly as I asked them to be. This place however has always been consistent and I walk out with feeling great with my brows every time. They are quick and I never have to say what I'm looking for or give suggestions - they just know what to do to make your brows look good! Price is currently $6 for threading and I think around an additional $8 or so (can't remember exactly) for brow tint. There is an additional $.50 charge for using card on purchases under $20. If I ever move away from Kent I will make the drive here regularly for threading/tint - they're so good!
