I personally prefer their wax over sugaring elsewhere from experience, but everyone's body is different. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars is due to my visit with them the end of July, one of the girls had a used stick on the floor. She did mention that she was the only one working that evening. Which is hard on her I'm sure -- but the cleanliness that day wasn't the best and seeing that made me feel icky I didn't say anything because I didn't want to give her a hard time. But also my skin was a bit more irritated from getting my wax done by her after that day. So she might have just been a less experienced waxer. Other than that, no complaints thus far with them.

I worked with Kim in the beginning and then Anna continued my service. Both women were very nice. I will be back for all my builder gel needs, etc. Anna taught me builder and hard gel are the same thing. Essentially hard gel is the brand name.
