A young man immediately approached me and stood there for a few minutes discussing what I needed. We talked about a couple of the lanterns on the wall. He said he was going to the desk to check on the prices and measurements. He was gone a long time, I could see him. I thought maybe it was just taking him a few minutes to look it all up. After about 15 minutes I went to my car and got a measuring tape, came back in and measured the lanterns myself. He still never came back to me so I left without the measurements or the pricing info. I feel sure that my purchase will be pretty sizable but maybe they just don't need the business. Very disappointing. I can probably purchase online but hate to not shop local. What a sad state of affairs.

They helped us walk through step-by-step to see if we could troubleshoot it ourselves. Also, they offered to send someone out immediately to help us get it up and running if for some reason we were still having trouble. It was no problem at all. Their website plainly explained to us how to get them going. There is something to be said for supporting local mom and pop shops. I had a service appointment to get my washer checked out( I booked through the Whirlpool online portal). Accidentally, I selected the wrong address, so I take total accountability for that. I proceeded to call the company to explain what happened and to see if I could still get serviced( My appointment was from 3-5. I called around 3:40 because I never received a call informing me someone was on the way). The owner explained that the technician was unavailable for the day and that the service would have to be performed the following week. My mom called back to see why if we were still within our allotted service time range, and the owner got an attitude with her and said, 'You've called me four times already and hung up. She called back, and he proceeded to send her to voicemail. My mom and I have very similar numbers, but that's beside the point. It was very unprofessional to yell at a paying customer, and if that's how he handles business, if I were a new customer, I would take my money elsewhere.
