I can tell why it never leaves the menu. So simple, but perfectly executed. Finally, the pork belly. The star of this dish was the celeriac cream. So refreshing next to the heavy pork belly. The food was great but what really stood out was how nice everyone was! The service in the well-appointed dining room was top notch with wine advice and care to describe each ingredient, but the folks at Belè went even above this. In a careless error, I left my phone at the restaurant and it was too late to retrieve it before an early flight the next afternoon.
