I would have come back on a different day if I knew from the get go. After waiting 20-30 minutes someone finally started working on me. Water is VERY cold at this point. I asked for a standard pedicure with no polish since it was taking so long.. my toes look horrible, cut super short, so I cannot have them fixed elsewhere, they are irritated, and cut skin in serveral spots. Still made to pay $40. This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten and a waste of $40. Would not recommend coming here.

Lynn was helping this location out temporarily as she works from a location in Naperville. She is a gem & made my entire visit pleasurable. I came in two different days. Bring cash to tip ideally. You can Zelle it but you can't add a tip to your debit charge. They offer water or pop. I already had my coffee with me though. Fairly busy but you can do appointments at this location as well as walk ins. Vibe is relaxing, music isn't too loud or the actual people inside so it was soothing to sit and just give myself a bit of pampering. I will try another technician when I come back in June for my visit to IL but I wouldn't be surprised if I called to ask for Lynn to come down to Diamond or even me going to see her in Naperville, that's how nice it was to have her provide my services.

I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. The massage chairs are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with my pedicure and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back!

For my last pedi, wet towels and dead skin underfoot for the duration of the service felt unsanitary and lazy. I will not be returning.
