This place was a little weird lol, I came here for the good reviews but I'm on a work trip and came for a legit pedicure. I wanted to get a great massage and upgrade so that I could add time and they started my pedicure without asking me what I wanted but the guest next to me got menus. Then I asked if I could choose and he said they close at 5 so there was so time for more. I got there at 4, but wish they would have told me that they couldn't do more because I wouldn't have come. They also had my feet air drying for 15 minutes so I left at 5:15 - the guy was about to leave without taking my feet out of the dryer. I asked if I could leave and he said my toes were dry so I asked if I could put my socks and shoes on and he put oil on my toes and sandwich bags on top and said i was good lol. Weird experience, not sure I would recommend. read more

After initially refusing to refund me until I removed or changed my review, the business has processed a $53 refund and asked me to update the review to reflect resolution. My original experience at the salon involved unclear pricing, being charged significantly more than the posted website price, waiting for an hour for service, and not being given a clear explanation of the final total or service changes during the appointment. The follow-up customer service experience was also disappointing. Rather than resolving the issue directly, the business repeatedly asked that I update or remove my review before proceeding with the refund. While I appreciate finally receiving the refund, both the in-salon experience and the handling of the complaint afterward were frustrating and poorly managed. I will never go back here and I could never recommend someone take their chances on this salon. Edit: I request a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was told the salon does not do no chip pedicures despite it being listed on their website and received a no chip pedicure, which is not what I requested. I also want to stress, the woman next to me requested and received a regular pedicure. When it was time for me to pay, I was told the total was $135. I was not show or given a receipt, I was not shown what services I received, and when I was up charged for a no chip pedicure I was not told how much more that would be than what I requested. The salon also did not tell me in the moment that they were short staffed due to emergency or that I would have to wait an hour for service. They brought me to a pedicure chair immediately, drew the water, then had me sit there for 40 minutes with no updates. read more

Are you seriously trying to imply that I'm lying, Viet? I have an autoimmune disease--hygiene isn't optional for me. I washed my hands multiple times and used hand sanitizer throughout the entire process, so let's not go there. Check. The. Cameras. I would absolutely love to see a video clip of me sitting there while someone magically opens something "new" for me. Honestly, if I'd known you were going to gaslight me like this, I would've worn my Meta glasses and recorded the whole thing myself (with permission from others of course) But sure... let's waste time going through some imaginary notebook instead of pulling up the footage that would settle this in two seconds. Bobby at Premier Nails is incredible. I've never had someone pay so much attention to detail. Every single nail is perfectly shaped, polished, and flawless. My manicures consistently last over 3 weeks without chipping or breaking - even when I'm rough on my hands. Wow. I got the the bomb spa pedicure and it was hands down the absolute best pedicure I have ever had in my entire life, no joke. They pull out all the stops and do a HIGH quality job and service. I stopped in, and the nail tech, who I think was the owner, was able to fix my nail perfectly in about 10 minutes. The salon was clean, bright, and had an extensive selection of colors. Absolutely wonderful experience at this salon! Family owned - the most thoughtful, attentive, and sweet people work here. I no longer live in this area, but I stopped in support the owner Tom, who opened doors earlier this month. I got a gel pedicure and Tom's wife (Julie) was the absolute best. She was so sweet the entire time and paid so much attention to detail, my nails were perfect. Prices are pretty reasonable for the city and they are in a great location. She was attentive and took extra time to really get a fill for what I wanted in my lashes. I went for the "flirtatious girl" look because I love my lash extensions but like them for every day work wear so I do not want them too full. She did them perfectly and custom shape to my eyes and taste! Now I am a regular lash extension enthusiast so I get my fills regularly every 2-3 weeks for pretty much ever. I hit my 2.5 week mark with my initial full set from Kelsey and they still looked beautiful so I pushed my appointment back a bit to 3 weeks. When I got my fill Kelsey did amazing once again and made them look like new! I am going on 2.5 weeks now with my fill and they still look great!
