I love the decor and cleanliness of this spa. It was so relaxing and surprisingly it didn't have a strong odor like most salons do. You can book online which is also super easy and much appreciated! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. The massage chairs are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with my pedicure and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back! read more

I'm conflicted leaving this review but overall my experience left me very frustrated. After a hard week, I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. This place has excellent reviews. I called and they were able to accommodate me. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, they have an excellent selection of polishes, and the pedicure was good. Unfortunately, while plugging in the steam machine, the nail technician knocked the deep purple bottle of nail polish off of the arm rest and it shattered on the floor and splattered extensively on my shoes. It was an accident, accidents happen. I was disappointed as I really like these sneakers, but I wasn't angry. I even offered to help clean them with nail polish remover while I got my service. Someone who I assume was the manager and/or owner took my shoes and tried to clean them for a few minutes before leaving them to attend to another task. When I checked out (after being there for almost two hours) I asked the woman at the front (who I also assume to be the manager and/or co-owner) what to do about my shoes. She advised me to try bleach or nail polish remover and it would come right now. The shoes are white leather and grey suede: which would be ruined by bleach or acetone. I was given a 10% discount for being a first time client and left with my staineshoes. In total: I am out $200 between the cost of the service, the cash tip I left, and my ruined shoes. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience ended up being uncomfortable and awkward and now I have to decide whether I want to devote a couple of hours to the futile task of trying to get the dark purple polish out of my shoes or whether I should just throw them out. I think this is probably a good place to get your nails done but I can't help but feel that the customer service and accountability for their mistakes is lacking. Listen to me very carefully... RUN do not walk. RUN to this place. They treat you like actual royalty. I was visiting from New York on a work trip and wanted some me time (have been on tour for about 5.5 weeks) needed a self care day. They didn't miss a beat I got the deluxe pedicure and a gel x manicure. I was offered water and snacks. Not just once and not an annoying amount of times. Literally a perfect amount of times. Now, Im super particular about my nails and my nail tech Jessica had the patience of a saint. Told me to my face that what I wanted was a waste of money and she was 100 percent correct. We ended up doing something super cute and very me. The prices are so reasonable. Again.. I'm from the over priced hell hole that is NY where a Gel X manicure easily 150 dollars.. the entire serve plus tip was 140. Thats a manicure, spa pedicure and tip. Just had a fabulous pedicure at the beautiful Moncheri Nail Spa! The pedicure was called Oat Milk and Brown Sugar pedicure which had a luxurious steam treatment for my legs and feet - so moisturizing and relaxing! The staff is great - Myra was wonderful! Moncheri is not your ordinary nail salon - it is an extraordinary spa salon! Can't wait to comeback. It's also a wonderful place to book for a girls night out as Moncheri has a beautiful bar - the whole place is very high end and beautifully and tastefully designed. My nails always look great when I get them done- natural nails with a dip. I go every 3 weeks due to outgrowth. This was my first manicure at this shop, manicure started peeling two days later, but by that time, I was out of town. I called and was told I had to return within 7 days, but I told them I would be out of town for the week, and they said they would not do anything. By the time I got home, the polish was peeling from the tips of several of my nails. I have no idea why, and this is the shortest-lasting manicure that I have ever had. On the plus side, everyone was kind and the place was very clean. I would not recommend having your nails done here. read more

Tried a deluxe pedicure for the first time. Big color selection for polish. The vibe is very chill, high end and relaxing. They offer you a nice selection of beverages at the start of the service. The owners were really nice. I was looking for a new nail salon and Moncheri has been only opened for 6 weeks. The place was very inviting. They offered you beverage if you would like one. They did a great job. I had a new employee who started that day and he was attending to me. He was a little too precautious and the owner took over to show him exactly how much pressure to use with the tools and massaging the feet and legs.
