The staff is second to none and completely top-notch from the time that you walk in where you get smiles upon entry and including placing your order at the counter. Both with smiles. Wow! The ordering process is seamless. The menu is clear. Not worky. Their pastries and snacks that they have displayed are absolutely stunning. An amazing amount of seating tables for communities or single set up spaces if you want to crank some out privately. The ladies restroom again, like the front of the establishment was spotless. The decor in the establishment is absolutely incredible. Very inviting not screaming white like you're at the dentist office but calm and peaceful. My sugar-free vanilla latte was absolutely amazing. To my understanding that is the only sugar-free syrup still they had it. I was on it. The connection I had at the counter was awesome. Asked me if this was my first time shared some background information about the coffee shop just incredible. Their efficiency is spot on you get a little red light flashy alarm that you take back to your table with you and when it buzzes your coffee's ready. I love that no screaming no loud shouts across the room. It's absolutely classy. I get it now. My husband opted for one of the house drinks, called the White House. It was delicious as well. Wanted to try the breakfast bagels but they were all out since it was later in the afternoon. What was frustrating was that people who ordered after me HEATED pastries had already gotten their orders yet I hadn't received mines that just needed to be bagged? I kindly told the cashier I was still waiting for my scones and I could tell she had clearly forgotten about them. She shortly gave them to me with no apology for the delay or anything. When I got home, one of the scones I had ordered was the wrong flavor. They were also extremely dry. If you're in a rush, be mindful that the pour over coffee takes a little longer to make. I am completely dissatisfied with the service today. I might give their other location a try but this one is a no for me.

However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car.
