By far one of the best coffee shops I have visited on my road trip from Alabama to Pittsburgh. Love how quaint it is. It's on the main st, so they have out door sitting, there is also indoor if it's raining. If you're pulling a trailer there is a parking lot behind the coffee shop. I ordered the tiramisu latte breve, and the coffee cake. The Tiramisu has a mascarpone cheese whipped topping with cocoa powder and they give you a lady finger to go with it.m, I did ask for two pumps of hazel nut to make it a smidge sweeter. The coffee cake was bake to perfection moist and the right amount of cinnamon. Would definitely come back if I was coming back through Ohio ! Highly recommend read more

This coffee shop was way smaller than I expected! I must have hit them during a little early afternoon rush. There are a couple tiny tables to sit at but unfortunately the benches were covered in crumbs and were pretty nasty. I thought the pricing of their coffee was reasonable, the specialty drinks were a little pricey. They also were still running their Valentine's Day specials (I visited end of March). I was going to order a vanilla matcha latte but they were out of vanilla, I think they just use Torani syrups, nothing house made. My lavender matcha was pretty good, I believe they use Milky Way matcha. Next time I stop in, I'll have to try an espresso drink. read more

Cool little coffee shop with tasty lattes! We stopped in to explore a new coffee shop and glad we added this one to our list. We were pleasantly surprised with our lattes that were steamed correctly with latte art. We also got a baklava that our son loved. The only thing I would change is the latte syrups to be made naturally in-house without the chemicals in everything these days. The service was very friendly and helpful with all our questions and even told us about Westerville Dave. The atmosphere is cozy although the space is small and has very limited seating. We were exploring old downtown Westerville on a Sunday afternoon. We found only a few shops open, and were thrilled that one of them was Espresso Air! Delicious coffee and tea - we had a wintry mint mocha and a London Fog tea. Both were delicious, but I was jealous of the London Fog. Wow! The taste I had was fantastic. But my minty mocha had stellar foam art by the helpful server, so it all evened out. Next time we're in Westerville, we'll stop by Espresso Air! Small shop with just a couple tables. How did it take me five years to walk into Espresso Air? This is a great local coffee shop. I completely recommend it! I ordered a honey latte with cinnamon. Not only was the coffee perfectly pulled and the milk was nicely steamed, the owner made a beautiful tulip coffee art in my cup. (Thank you! That makes me smile). If you are looking for a place to sit and work for hours... this might not the place for you as its small inside with two cafe tables but.... If you want a great cup of coffee, with beans locally roasted by the owner and a true local coffee shop feel, this is definately the place for you! If you like fresh baked cookies, bagels and savory flat breads... this is the place for you. The owner's family also owns the Tulip Cafe, which is a Turkish bakery and wow, the baked goods are fresh and they're good! The shop is in historic uptown on a cute corner entranced building. He has few cafe chairs inside and a few outside. The decorating and merchandising inside really adds to the aesthetics of his space. Its just such a nice, well done, locally owned business. We had a short break and decided to drive about 20 minutes from Columbus to check out Westerville and have some coffee. The spot was on a street corner and looked very cute as soon as you opened the door. They had a glass case of pastries and nice signage of their drink offerings. The barista was very friendly and explained some of the drinks we were interested in. When the guys were debating on what to order to snack on, I commented that I was gluten free and couldn't eat what they wanted. The guy behind the counter pointed out the selection of gluten free goodies. I was quite excited to have options. While waiting for the spinach pastry to be heated, two of us talked to the guy working there who happened to be from San Diego, California. We had a nice conversation with him about the Westerville area. There are two small tables along the windows so we sat at one of them to enjoy our coffee and goodies. The guys liked the Spinach pie they split as well as the gluten free Turkish Delight. Two of us had the Island Breeze Lavender espresso drink made with Coconut and Oat Milk and one guy had the same one made with Whole Milk. The coffees were fine though I didn't taste much lavender in mine. The guy's shift was over and he said goodbye to us on his way out and let us know someone else was coming to work the Third Thursday evening. An older gentleman watched the store from outside while waiting for the new staffer to arrive. Two customers patiently waited to be helped. read more

When I'm in Uptown Westerville, especially Fourth Fridays, I enjoy stopping in to Expresso Air for iced coffee drinks and their pastries. Great variety of drinks and I love snacking on their baked goods. Quaint corner coffee shop at Main and State Street. Service folks are always so nice, especially after I split my plastic cup trying to reattach my lid. I spilled iced coffee all over the counter and the counter person quickly gave me another plastic cup and cleaned up my large spill. A very small specialty coffee shop that serves excellent coffee at a fair rate. I ordered a cortado. It was excellent. The milk was perfectly textured and the espresso tasted great. Totally recommend this place for an excellent espresso drink. The drink menu is a typical menu of a small specialty coffee shop. They serve the classic espresso drinks and include some seasonal and unique drinks. I stayed at the coffee shop to drink my cortado. There are just a few seats and they are close together so be comfortable with getting close to friends and strangers and hearing other's conversations. I didn't mind overhearing other's conversations. The guys who were there when I arrived and when I left must have been local and regulars. They respected my privacy and when I got up to leave they said to me, "Have a great day, brother!" I returned the blessing and felt a warmth of neighborliness. It's a little cold inside for me. (I write this in January when the weather is 34°). The barista even had on warmer clothing. I had a hoodie and jeans on and was comfortable despite feeling a tinge of cold. I really enjoyed the friendliness of the patrons and barista and great coffee. If I'm ever in town again I will return. read more

Their offerings of Lavazza specialty coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, fruit smoothies, Turkish pastries, and even T-shirts make for a delightful visit, both visually and culinary-wise. The inside is small, but cheery, with large windows that are good for people and dog-watching. There are outside tables on both sides of State Street and Main Street too. My go-to order is the legendary Blue Sky, hot and large, and it's profile of espresso with lavender, vanilla, and milk brings a smile to my face with every sip. Yum! read more

Super cute shop in the center of downtown Westerville. Dark chocolate cappuccino and my husband opted for a latte. We hit it up mid afternoon on a Friday so the shop was to ourselves. Lots of fun pastries to choose from and their menu was EASY thank you so much! Demystify and help your customers loved this so much probably my fav part next to my cappuccino which was so good! What a gem! A friend and I stopped in yesterday afternoon to grab some iced coffee before a walk at Inniswood and I'm so glad we did. The interior is super cute and the staff was really friendly. She recommended some of the speciality drinks to us and said they can make any of them less sweet. I went for the choco-cold cloud (less sweet) and the foam was PERFECT. It tasted like a Frosty but not as sweet...the cold brew coffee under was fantastic as well. My friend opted for the iced blue sky latte which had lavender and vanilla syrups and that was also great. Apparently we got the last of their ice too so it was perfect timing :) We didn't try any of their Turkish pastries this time, but I would definitely go back! read more
