i ordered an Italian calzone about 1 year ago it was terrible, I posted a review on google and I don't usually do that . I believe in second chances a friend of mine said he recently got a large Italian calzone from them and it was good . So I went ahead and gave it another shot tonight . i ordered a small Italian calzone cause I'm only 1 person I don't need the large . only thing that changed was they actually cooked the dough this time . still only 1-2 slices of meat once again not all the Italian meats and mostly dough and cheese. How dare they charge so much money people buy Italian calzone for the meat not cheese and bread . if that's what I wanted I'd order a pizza. shame on them 1 year later still ripping the customer off . I gave them another chance 1 year later and still same trash Italian calzone! Take it off your menu it's not what you claim it is to the customer. read more

I really enjoyed this pizza that you could order by the slice or a whole pie. I got a cheese pizza and added bacon & olives to the slice. The light crunch on the bottom mixed with the fluffy dough on top just brought everything to life. The pizza came out fairly quick and the service was friendly. Definitely not just a pizza place! We ordered Italian food as takeout, and were really pleasantly surprised with it. We got a chicken parm dinner, spaghetti dinner, and a side of mozzarella sticks. We were a bit hesitant of the mozz stick price at first (as the website didn't seem to list an amount), but the sticks were huge, numerous, and also excellently cooked! The chicken parm had a crispy breading and was very tender, something that can be difficult to do with takeout chicken parm. My boyfriend got the spaghetti dinner so I can't speak to it, but the spaghetti in my dish was cooked well. Food aside, the wait was a little longer than I was expecting (we were quoted at 40 minutes), but it didn't make much difference to us. We arrived probably 5 minutes before the estimated time and it was ready to be picked up, so it might have just been a safe estimate. Great experience overall! read more

Was in Nashua for the weekend. Found it on Yelp and tried and on Friday night. It is really good pizza, thin crust charred around the edges. The 18" is huge thought we were going to have trouble eating it but it was too good not to consume the whole pie. Was so good we actually went back on Saturday night. Tonight we ordered Parmesan garlic fries, spicy fries and 2 subs... let's just say I could ward off 200 vampires with the amount of garlic that was dumped on top of my oil drenched fries. One of our top 2 pizza places in southern NH area, and we've tried a lot! Way better than anywhere in Nashua. Don't recommend the fries to go, but that is true anywhere. Their pizza is incredible, our favorites are the 4 cheese and the meatball parm. We also LOVE the homemade pockets as subs. The BBQ chicken and chicken parm are our favorites and are always STUFFED with filling and delicious homemade dough. Definitely recommend as a classic pizza shop to get good food for a good price! Always reasonable pickup times and we've never had a problem with our orders in our years coming here. We only wish they were open later! read more

We've frequented this place for years. Pizza was always pretty much on point, and then we discovered the calzones. They used to be a slam dunk. USED TO BE. Someone came up with the "brilliant" idea of using diced chicken (which they use on pizza) instead of actual cutlets or even chicken tenders in the chicken parm calzone!! Totally makes sense on pizza, but calzone? Try picking up a piece after you slice it. Half of the chicken pieces will fall onto your plate, or the floor! And talk about dry!! Soprano's is an order at the counter place with overhead menu boards which serves up NY style pizza pies & slices, calzones, subs, wraps/pockets, salads, appetizers, wings, bagged Herrs chips, dinner plates (pasta dishes, steak tips), and bottled Coke products from the cooler. SPECIALS are offered here including "all you can eat pizza" on Tuesdays for $5.95 and 2 slices of pizza and 20 oz soda for $3.99 (cheese)/$4.49 (roni). The dining area is very bright with hardwood floors, table and booth seating, TV in the upper corner, and Neo Geo and card video games. I stopped here on a quiet Sunday night for some dinner. The happy staff greeted me as I walked in, and I was able to order the 2 roni pizza slices/20 oz soda deal ($4.49), but I had to wait 7 minutes so they could make some fresh pizza. I watched the kitchen staff make pizzas and hand stretch the fresh dough thin. The wait was well worth it since the huge tasty slices were fresh out of the oven piping hot (each slice was about 1/5 of the large pie). I had to fold the huge thin crust slices from the center out NY style! The crust was crisp just right on the outside and soft and chewy inside, good pizza! The food has always been really good and then people have always been nice. But last night we called for delivery and I was asked 'Can you hold for a half hour?' and hung up on. I figured I must have mis heard. My wife called back and when she was also asked if she could call back in a half hour she said 'no' and was also hung up on I understand we are in different times but rude behavior towards the customer should not be tolerated. If the shop was super busy they could say so. Maybe ask to take our order but say it will be 'x' minute wait? This is the very best pizza in Nashua! It reminds my of a slice you would get on your way to Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. So good!
