Ok, so I first heard about this place because of the bourbon list. And it has an insanely large and affordable bourbon collection! But we're definitely coming back for the food. The menu of Indian street food was simply delightful, that all of us who tried it kept saying, "oh my gosh" as we had four different dishes. Pani puri was super refreshing (I would like to just drink the cilantro water), the Mumbai puri had so much flavor with the tamarind and yogurt, and the samosa chaat was the favorite, as it had samosas buried in toppings. Just delightful. The beer was good too, but the food clearly blew everything out of the water. Getting to finish off the meal with affordable 1oz pours of TH Handy rye and Old Fitzgerald 11 was a fantastic experience. You can tell the servers are very proud of their Indian food too. This place might be my new favorite brewery around Nashua area. I really love the open concept inside the brewery and the ambiance is relaxing. First brewery I've been to that has Indian food which is nice. The service was on point for a Saturday afternoon now let's get to the food. Smoked Chicken Wings- probably some of the best smoked wings I've had. My daughter really loved them and she's all about wings. This is a must try. Bhel Chaat- this dish was very delicious. It consists of Fried Chickpea Noodles, Rice Puffs, Pico de Gallo, Cilantro Scallions, Cilantro Chutney and Tamarind Chutney. We will be back to try more food and other beers. Our new favorite place in town with a great and unique beer selection, can you say a Stout spiced with Masala and a wheat beer with a habanero kick? The food is also some of the best in town. Ranging from bar food, wings and nachos, to steamed buns, Chaat and fish and chips. The wings are large, smoked and sauced with house made sauces. The pork belly steamed buns are some of the best I've had. The Bison Dan Dan noodles are phenomenal. Only made three trips so far ordering different things each time and nothing has disappointed. The prices are very reasonable, the service is friendly, James the bartender helps out with questions and recommendations. I can't say enough positive things about this place. Omnium Brewing has finally opened at the 300 Main St shopping center in Nashua. This spacious brewpub offers close to 30 Omnium draft beers, beers to go (coolers in front), wine, spirits and cocktails. They also offer beer flights here. For food, they offer pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, salads, bowls, fish tacos, several Indian food selections and desserts. The pricing here is moderate. The main level has a full service bar surrounded with seating & TVs, lounge chairs, high top tables and regular tables. There is also a basement level where they brew their beers and a future space for open air eating and drinking. I stopped by Omnium Brewing for a bite to eat. I headed over to the bar and took a seat. I got a water and ordered the Masala Spiced Burger ($17 plus tax) with fries, which was served to me in about 12 minutes. The burger was comprised of a thick grilled beef burger (medium well), melted pepper jack cheese, red onion, fresh jalapenos, Bang Bang sauce on a toasted potato roll. The side of golden crispy fries were decent. I finished my food and promptly got the check with Toast QR code, which was $18.44 with tax and before tip. Overall, the burger was pretty good and spicy, as advertised. The atmosphere is lively and on the slightly louder side with a variety of rock music playing over the speakers. read more

We were in Nashua for a show and came across Omnium Brewery. Beer and pizza with an Indian fusion seemed interesting. We were pleasantly surprised throughout dinner. It's a much bigger space than we expected. Lots of bar seating, regular tables, and an area that feels like a living room with couches and chairs. Many TVs if you want to watch sporting events. We never heard of chaat but gave the bhel chaat a try. Wow, it was delicious! We shared a couple pizzas including the chicken tikka twist. They were fantastic too. We each got a flight of beers. The descriptions made us nervous. Not the typical American beers. There were a couple that we thought were average, but 6 of the 8 were very good. 4 of the 8 were worth a drive to come back and have again. Hard to pick a favorite because those 4 were so good, but Mango Masti is a good choice if you're up to experiment. Oroasis is an excellent imperial stout. Weirdly big brewery in a strip mall. The theme is different... very Indian cultured. With lots of Indian inspired dishes that also means theres a good amount of nuts so someone with a nut allergy shouldn't come here to eat. Some of the beers were good but others were just OK. I guess its nice to have a brewery in the area. But Beer and Wine Nation own this and I always dislike going to their beer stores because they dont know how to run it and they keep old beer around. read more

I started with a flight of four beers (highly recommend trying the Mango Masti if it's available--bright, tropical, and refreshing). We kicked things off with the Nacho Appetizer, which was loaded with fresh toppings and super generous in portion size. Perfect for sharing. The Blackened Shrimp Bowl was another standout--packed with flavor from the roasted poblanos, bell peppers, pickled onion, and that sesame sauce... absolute perfection. Also tried the Dan Dan Noodles and wow. The noodles had a great texture, and the lean ground bison gave it a unique and satisfying twist. The Bombay Bhaji Dip is straight-up addictive--don't skip it. Dessert? Save room. The Chocolate Dipped Gulab Jamun Truffles were next-level. Sweet, decadent, and the perfect end to an outstanding meal. Cool spot, a lot bigger inside than I thought. Love the food there! Great variety of different types of food. My wife and I ordered a bunch of food to share, which I think is the way to go here since they have so much variety and easy to share plates. For drinks, I tried a flight of beers and my wife just had Tito's soda. I wasn't a huge fan of the beer besides the waterfall IPA which was ok. For food, we got the nachos, steamed buns, smash burger, Baja shrimp tacos, curry tikka naan, and samosas. We enjoyed everything. My favorite was the steamed buns, my wife's favorite was the samosas. They seem to be overwhelmed by big groups and haven't quite figured out how to run parties yet but they are still newer and working those things out I guess. The food menu is diverse, along with offering regular brewery food they also have a lot of creative Indian dishes. If you enjoy trying craft beer this is a must! The Beer selection is very wide, and their Spiced bear was quite a treat. If you are looking for a place to drink good beer and eat great food, this is the place. While I can find better IPA's elsewhere, Omnium is a better place to eat, and the beer is very good. read more

I love IPA beers. When I heard Omnium opened in Nashua (home town) I was pretty thrilled. I have friends that live in Somersworth and they would bring canned Omnium IPA's for my husband and I to try. Great Beer! Went there with my family of 5. Everyone ordered food. My husband and I each ordered a selection of flights. Later on my girlfriend joined who also ordered a set of flights and food. Atmosphere is nice I like how large and open it is. Service not so much! Hostess looks like she didn't care and wanted to go home. Her face looks like she's never seen sunshine. Bald headed guy kept removing our plates and cleaning up our table while I'm still picking and enjoying our flights. First few plates were the kids finished plates which was fine but then he reached for my plate that I'm still working on. I told him I was still working on it. Mind you the place was not busy. My waitress was nice and pleasant. We still had a full flight left and she came and asked us to cash out. So I couldn't get more if I wanted. (Of course I can open another tab, but I shouldn't have to). We were there for a total of maybe an hour. Im guessing itwas probably end of her shift. She could have said something if it was. Poor service. It doesn't matter how great the beer is but the service needs to inviting. We have quite a few options for Nashua ( Spyglass, Epigram, Kettle head) That's where my support will be. Sat down, silverware was wrapped with dirty napkins. Stayed anyway to give the benefit of the doubt. Ordered the Masala burger, made me vomit as soon as I left the restaurant. I have no food allergies. Came back to let the manager know and to ask for a refund, and was met with hostility and accusations of being a liar. The manager initially refused to refund me, implied it was my fault for getting sick, told me that she has no proof that I ate there and that it was her food, implied that I was lying so I could scam them, and took absolutely no responsibility for the quality of their food. This new brewery in Nashua is fantastic. A huge selection of beer and food to pick from. The place is huge and very open. I went on a weekday with my mom during lunch so it wasn't very busy but the service was good. I struck up a short convo with one of the staff members asking about the Indian dishes so that was a plus. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this brewery to others who enjoy good beer and food. I ordered a flight and a beer and split a couple of the Indian dishes with my mom. There are also American comfort options but we wanted something unique. The Indian Street Chaat was a great start to the experience. Almost like a salad and was very flavorful and filling. We also split the individual size Tikka Twist pizza, which had chicken tikka, curry sauce and onions on it.
