After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

They sell clothes from The Kooples, Lacoste, and other brands for men and women, along with a few pieces that are inspired by Korean hanbok. Mainly I went in there to look for hanbok for Lunar New Year, but didn't find something that would work for me. (In terms of hanbok, most of the pieces were for women with separate skirts and jackets and a few dresses that resemble the skirt and jacket combo. Sizes were small - not ideal if you are larger than a medium.) Pricing is comparable to what I've seen at Nordstrom's. Sometimes they have promotions and sales going on and the staff will let you know. They were polite and left me to shop on my own, which I liked. I haven't purchased anything, but it's been organized and well stocked whenever I've gone. Would stop by again when I'm in the area. There is ample parking for The Source OC. The structure has many levels and it's easy to find a spot.

I continued to stay in the store for another 2 minutes to look at some purses and another pair of mother/daughter customers came in. The worker approached them immediately, greeted them with enthusiasm but was sadly ignored by them. Karma I tell ya! Honestly her lack of service made me not want to buy anything. During this visit I found a pink Furla wallet and a unique matching black/pink bag that would have easily been over $600 in a 5 minute visit. However, her unfriendliness made me not want to give a dime to this business. It's 2023 and you're working in retail, you've got to be a little bit more helpful to your customers.
