REVIEW FOR THE NY QUEENS LOCATION (since it's not on Yelp) Horrible service with very disrespectful employees. I'm coming from Long Island where I'm used to high quality service. I received a hat from this store from my sister who is a regular customer here. My sister did not receive a gift receipt because they didn't want to provide it to her (red flag) The next day I came in to exchange for a different hat that was more expensive that I was willing to pay for. I didn't have the gift receipt obviously while tags were all still on and never worn. The manager was so rude and wanted the receipt only without even trying to see what we can do instead. As a leader of that store, customer service and being flexible is key. She had no leadership skills and even the employees were so ill trained. While shopping for a different item, the employees kept staring at my husband and I...not even asking if we need help. This is a very LOW class store...never again as I'll be telling my friends and sister to never go back. After the holidays I plan to speak to the owner as to understand how the service of this store functions as I've never received such horrible low class service before. read more

My daughter got me 3 golf shirts for Father's Day and received a $30 voucher. They're all top quality and great design. I went there the morning of Father's Day to exchange one shirt. I was greeted with smiles by all the ladies and the manager. All of them were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. All their golf apparels and shoes are top quality and beautifully designed. They have plenty of items on sale and the price is right. I just love all Louis Castel golf apparels. If you want to look like a pro and sharp on the golf course, wear their apparels. read more

This store is a tiny bit pricey! But a great place to get your dad, grandpa, old friend a gift! Not going to lie, I was so tempted to get of the the big ajjuma visors! I was feelin it! They take your temperature before you go in the store and they're pretty strict on how many people are allowed in the store at one time. If you're on a slight budget but want to get someone a nice gift, make sure to check the clearance rack! Still really nice stuff! The Irvine location is smaller but provides better customer service. shop here regularly because I do like their clothing line and have spent quite a lot over the years. even when you're dropping three to four hundred dollars each time still get no service. I don't use yelp well, but I'm writing a review because I'm so grateful for the really good service I received a few weeks ago. I stopped by the store to buy a birthday present for my mom. There are so many clothes, it was hard to choose. A young employee came over and kindly helping me what I was looking for. She explained the clothes very professionally and showed me the clothes with so much care even I, who don't play golf, wanted to buy a lot of them because I liked all the clothes she showed me. I received really good service by coordinating my mom's clothes so that I could chose them comfortably. The customer service here is amazing. When I first entered the store, I was greeted immediately by one of the employees, and they asked me what I was looking for. I picket out some options, and they let me try them all on. The ladies were very kind recommending me clothing and telling me which clothing items didn't suit me. They were extremely honest. I don't know what marketing tactic they did, but I ended up spending a few hundreds of dollars there. Some of the clothing are very expensive, but they are very high quality. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place had the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. To begin, I came here to purchase a Father's Day gift for my dad the ladies working there mixed up the prices of my items and never confirmed them with me. I went back to my car, double checked the codes and noticed that they had charged me incorrectly. As a result, I went back in to confirm the pricing on my items. They completely disregarded my opinion and made sure to state no returns although I have bought it these items 5 minutes ago. Terrible service; no apology. Will never be coming back here again. I visited this place 3 weeks ago to buy golf clothing, I would definitely recommend this shop. Huge variety of items to select from and especially great service. A very friendly young woman helped me find what I needed. She showed me many of the different clothing sets with matching colors and they were perfect for my style. I spent a lot of money buying clothes from different shops, but thanks to the staff I really enjoyed shopping here and I will be coming back a lot more. read more

This Louis Castel has some pretty good sale selections. The dressing room is super spacious and the sales people were pretty friendly. It might be because I'm Korean, though; they're middle aged Korean ladies. My guess is that if you're not Korean and you come in, you might get a colder reception. Most likely, it's not because they're trying to be mean, but rather because their English skills are limited and it's embarrassing. Parking can be a little competitive since there are so many shops/restaurants in this plaza, but it's pretty easy to find a spot fairly quickly. It's a breeze if you come during off hours. read more

Worst experience. I had an issue with gift I received. Nice staff lady told me only manager can decide but she stepped out and should return soon. I waited 30 minutes, but she didn't return. Since I was late for my appointment, I left. I visited couple more times following week to see the manager, "Clare", but both times, she stepped out and not available. I have to wonder if "Clare" really exists or that's what they were taught to say. I ended up trashing the gift. Not worth my time for some overpriced, outdated Korean Brand golf clothes. read more

I went inside for about 5 minutes before I was told the store was closed at 7:41 pm when their sign clearly stated that they close at 8:00 pm. I told the lady it wasn't closed yet and she started trying to speak English and giving me her reason which made no sense. I'm not Korean and don't look Asian so I'm guessing by the reviews on here they they don't welcome people that don't speak their language. Needless to say I'm never going back. One of my neighbors (a Korean lady) is a golfer and she always as the best outfits - colorful ones and also just classy ones. I asked her where she gets them and she referred me to this place. The vibe is very different if you're not Korean but it's not like they are mean, just a little stand offish. which is totally fine with me. I don't like people bugging me when I shop. One lady was super helpful and friendly though. She helped me pick out two outfits that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Those are now my two favorite outfits! The prices are in Korean and I don't know the exact ratio but the pants I bought were marked at 128.00 and that came out to roughly $60-$70. Totally 100% worth it for me as these are now by far the best pants I own. When you're small it's hard to find pants that aren't too big or aren't too tight. These pants fit absolutely perfect! And they are super light. I only bought two pairs but I'm definitely gonna go back and get more colors. Golf shirts were nice too and I bought 3 pairs.
