I broke one nail that I went in there to have it fixed. She told me upfront even though it's a common light blue color that they couldn't match the color. That was OK I totally understood. The woman took 20 minutes and not only was the color way off but the nail length was almost twice as long as the other finger. She put this huge curve in it like a parrots claw! I already spent 30 minutes for her to finish this monstrosity and I wasn't going to wait a minute longer while they tried to figure out what was wrong with it! Not to mention I was willing to pay more than you normally would because it wasn't my nail salon, however they charged seven dollars to do one nail. I'm in my 40s and I've been going to nail salons for over 27 years. I've never in my life experienced such a botched job and no remorse for it. I'm pretty sure you could go anywhere else and have it done better. Update: same day I had the nail repaired she had made it so long and thin that it just popped off! I'm giving a two star which is more then I want to give but they made up in niceness. I came in to get acrylics and a pedicure. More then anything I hate to be rushed. While I was picking out my nail polish they asked me three times to come over and I had only been up there a total of 4 mins. Secondly I told her I had a picture of what I wanted and then while getting my nails done I kept trying to tell her how I wanted them done and she would interrupt me by saying I understand. She did not understand what I wanted or cared. I ended up asking for the file to so it myself... I mean how hard is it to do square.. Straight across right! WRONG! I came to Agoura Hills Nails with two friends on a whim one night and from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The people who work there are professional, thorough and they obviously care about their clients. Tina is honest - she is not out to get your money, she makes sure you get what you want and pay a very reasonable price. Being in the salon is more than just a manicure or pedicure - everyone talks to you, they show obvious care about your nails, and they leave you walking out with a perfect set of nails. My gel manicures last over a month with no chipping. Obviously it depends on your nail, but these are the best gel manicures I have ever gotten. I asked for a color change on my feet and a full shallac mani. Well, color change on toes was what was expected and super minimal, but thr MANI! utter BS. She started filing the base of my nails with the electric filer and dipping them in powder. I was like whoa what r u doing. She said it's a neutrint for my nails. I figured ok. I have been going to Agoura Hills Nails for 15+ years and they are the best. I feel like Tina is family. I go every other week, and if I needed to go longer in between fills, I easily could. My nails always look amazing and I never feel rushed. My pedicures last 4 weeks and I always get complimented. Tina is the best if you have an ingrown toenail. I especially love how they know me as a person, not a client. They share about their families and ask about mine. I've been trying to find a salon near my work so I can go on my lunch hour and I FINALLY FOUND ONE. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated so nicely. TINA WAS AMAZING. She gave me a great acrylic fill and I was done in 40 minutes. Her station was completely sanitized after the previous customer left. Everyone was masked and I needed to sanitize my hands and show my vaccine card. So happy with this place. I am very creative when it comes to colors and I demand (in the nicest way possible) a GREAT pedicure...I mean, I am on my feet for literally 8-10 hours a day. I just moved to the area and found this little gem across from Cafe Bizou. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and approachable. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure. My gel manicure lasted a really long time, probably more than any other salon I've ever been to. My pedicure was heavenly. I got the number 4 on their pedicure menu which included exfoliation sea salt scrub, callous removal, 10 extra minutes of foot massage, hot stones scrub, and hot towel wraps. I think I've had everyone who works here do my nails at least once and they always look great. My manicures and pedicures last longer than any other place (manicures last at least a week and pedicures way longer) and the prices are reasonable too. For a pedicure and french manicure (not the spa version and before tip), it's around 30 dollars. They also take credit cards, which I always appreciate. read more

I have over 2 decades of experience in nail shops. This shop was the worst I've ever experienced. PROS: NONE CONS: Witnessed (2) technicians use nail tools on themselves and then turn around and use them on clients. One was clipping her own toe nails. EW!!! Every single one of the nail tools that were used on me had been used on previous customers. Pedicures start at $16- and that doesn't even get you in the massage chair. ABSURD! You get your pedicure in a dirty chair and a dirty bucket. EW LOW CLASS. My fill was $19. MOST EXPENSIVE FILL I HAVE EVER PAID FOR. The nasty owner literally spent 30 mins on my nails. Rushed through the entire thing. They came out uneven and just horrible. I got a polish change on my toes - $5. The dumb lady literally slapped some paint on my toes.. and then wanted to charge me $1 for those foamy flip flops.. I was on my lunch when I went in and after such a disgusting experience I wasn't letting this shop scam me out of another $1.. so I was forced to put my shoes on and it ruined my paint! The "technicians" refused to correct! I already reported these guys to the board of cosmetology and the BBB- that's how horrible of an experience I had with these bimbos. I discovered that they have changed locations three times in the past 7 years due to their licensed being revoked for bad business practices.. Went 5 days ago for a gel manicure. It's definitely no frills, I dont think Tina (the owner) rubbed my hands for more than 30 seconds total. Here I am 5 days later, and my gel is literally peeling off my nails. I regularly get gel manicures (with the same brand used by Tina) and I have never had them last less than 2 weeks. I do not recommend this place. It's din-gee, and the quality of work does not justify $25. read more
