The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? My driver did say it was an Isuzu box truck 350 with cab over engine. Don't know how you can get that mixed up. Just think they're very dishonest.

Have you ever needed a tow in a parking garage? Apparently, most tow companies now have only…read moreflatbed trucks that can't negotiate the turns in a parking garage, so getting towed out of one is a huge ordeal. I had a dead battery that hospital security wasn't able to jump, so I asked State Farm to send a tow truck in case the battery wasn't the problem. They connected me with two companies that declined because they only had flatbeds. I found Rudy Smith on my own, referred by two other companies I called. They only have one smaller truck, but Timothy came to my house, picked me up and took me to my car within half an hour of my call. Turns out, all I needed was a jump with good equipment by someone who knew what he was doing, so the truck wasn't necessary. But he was so nice and reassuring, it was a pleasure to do business with him. If I ever need a tow again, I'll just call them again and turn the receipt in to the insurance company myself.

They got to me in under an hour, despite all of the above. They called and updated me every step of the way about where they were and what I could expect.
