Rainbow Limos was highly recommended by a friend and prices seemed quite comparable to other private transport. They picked us up at the Naples train station and drove us to Positano with a stop for a prearranged private tour (that they set up) of Pompeii, then at the end of our stay picked us up at our hotel and took us to Naples airport. If you have the budget I would highly recommend the guided Pompeii tour - I think we got a lot more out of it than if we had been wandering around on our own. They were efficient in communication ahead of time, very clear on details and prices via email, on time/ahead of time for pick ups, and we felt very safe with them. They were extremely kind when our train from Rome was delayed and helped make sure our private Pompeii tour could still happen. Would absolutely use them again!

So glad we opted to use Amalfi Coast Driver for our transport and Pompeii tour! We came into the Naples train station and Pepi was waiting for us with the signboard with my name on it. Hustled our bags out to the conveniently parked Mercedes and we were off to Positano - a one hour ride that will take your breath away. He was knowledgable, experienced, a great driver, and a lifelong resident of the area. Had a lot of info - and good English. We learned about the hillsides full of olive trees and the harvest process, as well as the grapefruit sized lemons - its why they have amazing Limoncello. Deposited us at the hotel and discussed pickup and our tour to Pompeii on our way back to Naples. He was early for our pickup (I like that), took us to the entry gates of Pompeii, arranged a meetup time, and was awaiting us on our exit. Off to the train station where he took us in, showed us where our train platform would be and wished us well. A fabulous experience. I wouldn't do this again without using them! We did a lot of research and ended up with Sorrento FIrst Choice for our tour. It is not the biggest company but they bend over backwards (not literally) to give you want you want. I mean, you pick the exact itinery, or you tell them what you like and they come up with something, and you can change it on the fly. Every place they suggested to us was excellent, and most coincided with my personal research into the area. The vehicle was roomy, new, clean, and comfortable with excellent views out of the windows. The driver, Stephanie, spoke English so well I could actually understand her without straining, and seemed to know just about everything. She kept up a running commentary most of the time which was like an audio guide without having to wear headsets. The price was a bit on the low side too in an area where full day private tours usually run about $400. Note: I am not connected with the company in any way; just had a good time on our tour.

One of the bigger things that made this a great experience is their driving. Compared to a city Bus this was %100 nicer and we did not feel that we were going to die. In every case, the driver was early and exactly where he was supposed to be, the cars were clean and well maintained and the driving experience was safe and calm. Each of the drivers were very professional and engaging. I worked with Luciano extensively before and during our trip as our plans and needs changed. Patrizio was flexible and accommodating, when our plans changed a bit. Greatly appreciated! We then inquired about hiring him for a day to take us to Ravello. I booked with GoEuro.com who sent our reservation over to Seahorse Car Service. Valerie contacted us to find out our travel and accommodation information. When we got to Napoli we were met by an assistant Jessica who walked us to our shuttle. We were picked up in a nice black van and during the beautiful drive the driver gave us the history of different locations we passed through. I'm not sure if this is apart of their typical service but the driver (unfortunately I didn't get his name) acted as a tour guide as we drove to Sorrento. He even gave us suggestions of places to see, things to eat, etc. He even told us when to get our cameras ready for beautiful photos. At one point he even pulled over and let us get out and took a photo of us with the beautiful Sorrento Coast in the background. He was very professional, and personable. He already knew where we were staying as he was informed by Valerie so he gave us information about our surrounding area. We were very very pleased with their services.

The taxi line was taking very long. They were charging $140 to go back to Sorrento and a lot of drivers did not want to go there. So one taxi driver suggested we go to his company store and get a ride from there. Which is this place for 4 ppl it was $120 back to Positano. We were so relieved we got a ride it was a nice Benzino too.
