GREAT shop!! My second favorite in King County!! (The first being almost 30 miles south of here - so not a real comparison.) Friendly staff, great little spot to stop and enjoy my coffee while on the motorcycle. I can sit outside in their very comfy chairs. They have this little bowl for anyone walking their dogs! And a rewards program (which my favorite is sadly missing.. so kudos to Sorrento's!!). Ask for a card, and they'll punch it every time you come in. It's not much, but when I do get the free cup, it always makes my day! read more

I finally decided to stop by after a year of moving into the neighborhood and I really enjoy their breakfast sausage bagel sandwiches. I have been there 3 times now (and I plan on many more in the future) and have tried their London Fog (so good!), white chocolate mocha (my fav so far!), and a crunch cookie shake. All the staff I've come across have been very friendly. And I appreciate their patience and smiles. I always make time to drop by and they're worth the wait! read more

I've passed by this coffee stand for almost a decade now without trying them out, but I finally did last week! I got a giant caramel caffeccino to share with my partner and we enjoyed the frozen treat together. The size of the drink was comical, but the price was right! They make a simple but decent frozen coffee, no bells and whistles, no caramel drizzle or decorations except the option of whipped cream. I didn't notice anything particularly special about the coffee itself, but it did the job and we got our caffeine in for the day. I'd go back if I needed coffee while in the area but I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to come here. They certainly make a nice pairing for the donut shop in the same lot. read more

I live very close to this coffee shop and have been a few times but each time I go, I'm disappointed. Overall, the coffee shop is not very good. Did you want lime soda? We don't carry lime. Been going to this stand for YEARS. Absolutely the kindest baristas and the owner is super sweet as well. They know my order and even the newer gals know my order within a few stop ins. The coffee always taste fresh and the shots aren't ever bitter. Love the white mocha powder here. Tiki breeze is good since they discontinued red bull sodas. It's only a minute drive from home which during the pandemic and working from home it makes it perfect for a coffee run right before work or on a break!! My husband and I started going to this coffee stand during the stay at home order trying to mix things up and I am so glad we did! I crave their iced white chocolate mochas constantly and the only thing that stops me from going every day is that I work in the opposite direction. More than that all the women who work there are kind and friendly. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it is one of the best I have ever had. It was better than Starbucks. And I frequent Starbucks pretty regularly. My sister got the vanilla latte and echoed my sentiments. The service is fast and friendly! Definitely nice to not have to wait around forever. I had been meaning to try this place cause I always drove past it here & there. I finally stopped by for an Italian Red Bull, but realized that wasn't the smartest decision since I just left the gym. Whoops. Anyways, I ordered a strawberry/ mango with whipped cream & it was sooooo good! Makes adding all those calories back so much worth it! Update: I STILL LOVE THIS DRIVE THRU. I have yet to find better tasting espresso anywhere in the Highlands. The customer service is amazing. They quickly picked up on my "usual order," and always have a little container of animal crackers for my toddler. read more

This is our daily coffee spot The 5 ladies who work here have come to know us and know what we drink and how we like it. I have a charge account here, that's how much I like it They even have went above and beyond to learn my 3 year old thinks her coffee tastes better with a pink straw..... Sometimes the drinks consistency changes a little amongst baristas- which is normal. All is good never bad- sometimes just extra good. They offer yummy bagels and muffin tops. The one bummer is they don't carry White coffee which I do like occasionally but overall we are very pleased with our daily coffee stop. (Sometimes twice a day) we feel very valued as customers and they move thru the line pretty swift. Happy to find Sorentos! Between this, Chucks Donuts & the gas station chicken we joke that it's the "best corner" ever. Seriously everything you need!!! read more

I come here almost everyday before work and on weekends as well. I Always order my usual; a grande triple shot macchiato. BOMB. I prefer this much more than Starbucks'. Very strong and not too sweet. Get a coffee card and get a free drink after a number of drinks purchased. I've gotten two free drinks so far =). The owner is very friendly and efficient and she always remembers my drink. She makes the drinks pretty fast too. Oh and on Mondays, an extra shot of espresso is free. Perfect for that Monday push. read more

Simply put -- a nice little coffee stand with super friendly employees. I was down in the burbs -- giving my sister a ride to work and was way too early considering there was no traffic. Went to grab her some breakfast at Chuck's & realized I needed a caffeine fix like whoa. Luckily Sorrento's was ~right there~. I ordered 2 vanilla lattes, it came out to be less that $6, took a total of like 4 minutes to makes them, the staff were super chipper for how early it was, and they gave my dog a cookie (always a bonus!). Don't know if/when id be here again, but if Im in the neighborhood there would be no reason to not stop by for a quick cup-a-joe. read more

Ok. I don't think people know what a real Italian soda is. This is supposed to be a raspberry Italian soda. I even had her add more raspberry syurp. It basically milk with raspberry syurp. An Italian soda has mostly soda and syurp with a SPLASH of cream. This is what one should not look like. read more

Of all the places in the Renton Highlands to get coffee this is my favorite place to go. The coffee is good and the folks who serve it are super nice. I only do the drive through on the way to somewhere but it doesn't look like they have much of an area to sit down and relax. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because their hours are a little shorter than other coffee places in the surrounding area. Granted maybe its a little much to ask for them to compete with the two Starbucks with in 2 miles on this. Still I love their coffee so much I wish their hours were more expansive so I could get their yummy goodness over the big name in the evening read more

My mom suggested that I come here since she goes all the time. Hands down, probably the best white mocha that can be made! The ladies that work here all know my mom and since she doesn't really speak fluent English, they are so understanding and patient! Extremely nice, it's amazing how great the service is here!
