So many times this place has messed up my drink order. And if you don't remember to say "light ice", they will fill 60% of the cup with ICE! I don't want to pay $6.00 for ice! I came for coffee. It's Starbucks so you know what you are getting into. What I am disappointed with is that I've gone here so many times and they have messed up something in the order. This Starbucks is staffed with the most incredible people you'll ever meet! Not only are they dog lovers which is shown by the way they treat their four legged visitors but why the way they go above and beyond to find out what you had at that one random Starbucks in a city you drove through. This shows love and commitment. I would especially like to shout out the sweet heart of a woman, Alisa!! She went above and beyond to help me out and was very very sweet about it. If she is not a manager I would highly recommend making her one as she is a great asset to any company! read more

Ok but have you ever encountered Bella at this location? She is the nicest barista I have ever had. Including myself, I was a barista for 6 years Anyways Every time I pull up to the window Bella gives me a compliment. I noticed she does this to the cars in front of me too. She sees the good in people and makes their day. Not in some forced awkward for customer service or tip type way but in an authentic loving way. Well. Not only has she told me she likes my makeup or my hair. The shirt of the person in front of me... Today, my birthday, she sang me happy birthday. Actually sang. This is maybe my only 4th? Time seeing her and she sang me happy birthday. I don't even have friends that sweet. REDEEMED. I swore off the green after a rash of bad experiences. But I was in a rush & came in to use you like the McDonald's that most SB's have turned into: listless zombies & all. This place is unbelievably slow! It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive thru around 4pm on a Saturday. There were 2-3 cars ahead of us and each car had just one to two drinks. They must have been slammed inside because I've never had service this slow. The parking lot has a weird layout as well. I don't mind that they were out of the croissant that I had originally requested. I don't mind that they accidentally gave my alternate choice away to someone else, so I had to ask for it again after a 10-15 minute wait. WHAT I DO MIND: When I finally get my replacement morning bun, I notice a long hair wrapped ALL AROUND IT. So now, I have to ask for my food for a third time. Everything's great about this location, but my goodness, this wi-fi is slow. Friendly customer service. My drink was delightful. Nice layout & a pleasant ambiance. The temperature's not too hot or cold & there's a good amount of power outlets. But I'm here to work, and this wi-fi is killing me. I had to disconnect from their network just to post this from my phone. I hope they fix it soon. If they don't, I'll be forced to go back to the Starbucks off Sunset, where all the teeny boppers from Hazen High School encircle you like a pack of hyenas, and I don't want that! Very bad experience with customer service, Starbucks still owes me $2 for overcharging

Walked in before going to the gym and try the peanut butter cup cookie. Anyone who loves chocolate and peanut butter should try it. The nice barista offered to toast it for me, which made it even better with the chocolate layer inside melted. Next time I'll bring it home so no one can see me if I get chocolate on my face! This is the 4th time in a row that I've either payed full price or wasted a star reward using their mobile order and pay system only to find out that the item is unavailable. The baristas made little to no effort to amend the situation, offering far lesser items. When I tried to call the store and speak to a manager, no one picked up. I've tried multiple times to contact a manager about this lazy and inconsistent service, but it's difficult when no one can be bothered to even pick up the phone. My coffee order is nothing spectacular and yet it manages to taste differently every where I go.... After I was able to get over that I started to enjoy my drink and let my taste buds enjoys the adventure that the kind barista stirs up for me. We walked here from USPS and arrived to a cozy/industrial traditional Starbucks lobby. We paid about $11 for it and then I remembered that it was $3 for grande and the barista did not let us know. When arriving to the window we asked the barista if it was $3 for a grande and he apologized and said he couldn't do anything about it. If you don't love Starbucks, you're officially banned from Washington! This location is 1 out of the 5 I have within walking distance from me (crazy, right?!) but closest with a drive thru. I usually stop by here every morning before class/work and pick me up a different drink everyday + extra extra extra shots!! I also love to throw in some extra add-ins like whip cream, chocolate shaving toppings, etc and my sweet tooth loves it. Unfortunately, at this location always forgets to add them in! I usually order through the app which sends it over to them with my full order which they then print the sticker out. I just never understand why they skip the steps after the drink. It's my favorite part and some extra add-ins do cost extra $ so I'm not even getting the worth. :( They've been opened for less than a year so work still needs to be done and I hope they eventually get the hang of it (doing it right of course lol). read more

Judging by some of the other reviews on here I guess I'm not the only one with an issue. Here is mine. I go in today b/c I need to get a sandwich to take an advil for my ailing knee. First issue: Hardly any sandwiches left & it's only 12:30PM. I pick one of the three meager selections & I ask the young man behind the counter to heat it up. The young man seems put out to do that. Let me stress that it wasn't busy AND the Starbucks sandwiches you aren't supposed to eat them cold anyway. I asked for some water. He didn't provide any for me or even communicate the fact that my water was at the other end of the bar. I can appreciate working behind the counter believe me I've worked behind that counter many, many times. However this young mans customer service was below par. It was not great. As the teachers at my former school would say on those progress reports : Room for improvement. I'm so glad that I've moved out of the Renton area at any rate. read more
