The people who take your order are friendly and patient! The food is delicious my favorite items are the baked ziti and pizza. I love the fact that some pasta orders get a little salad with the order (nice touch). The pizza is a good size and filling, I buy pies not slices !! Garlic knots are not overpowering. I ordered a plain pie here a couple weeks ago and I still remember my experience from it. It was speedy service. The employees were nice and we're attentive to what I wanted by asking me questions about how I wanted my order. They had it done within 15 minutes. We went in just as the place was opening so there was freshly made pizza that just came out of the oven. They had pepperoni and plain. We got one of each and a drink. The total was $7. Not bad as far as price. The guys there are very nice and accommodating so good service. Now, the pizza. I'm an old-fashioned Italian girl that made homemade pizza w my grandmother on the weekends. I've tried many pizza places, and this was my second or third time here. When you walk in a place and the pizza just comes out, you expect a spectacularly amazing slice...fresh out of the oven. But there's something missing. First off, the pizza was super greasy- even the plain one... oil dripping from the somewhat flavorless cheese and onto the plate. I put a little salt on the slice which I never do but it just needed something. The sauce flavor is lacking a bit. I lived in neighborhood over 10 years and it's hard to believe that I needed world pandemic to discover this place ! First of all is very clean ! Their chef salad is so oryginal it is must to try ! Instead eggs they include grape leaves wraps . They serve vinegar dressing on side which is great . Chicken parm Stromboli is another thing I would highly recommended . Big , very tasty and dough is wrapped so nicely that is a pleasure to look at it and the best is only $7.50 . French fries are crunchy outside and soft inside . First off, this is a pizza/Italian place run by Spanish people. All the drinks are popular in Mexico. I don't say that to be disparaging, I've had really good Italian food made by Indian people, I'm just stating a fact. I ordered a chicken caesar, cheese steak, and meatballs. They told me 10 minutes. I was glad when the order wasn't ready that quick because the slices and knots looked amazing. Couldn't resist and got a like 5. This won't review the pizza, because I haven't eaten any yet. The salad was pre-dressed, but not mixed. That said, the crutons were a soggy mess by the time I got the salad home (15 minutes). Not good. Also, the chicken they threw in there was spicy. All kinds of wrong. Too much dressing... bottom like, just skip this. The cheese steak was ok, but the green peppers were almost raw and overpowered a few too many bites. Also, some bites were spicy? Like green chilies were used instead of green peppers? It was a little weird. The meatballs were the saving grace. Huge, 3 to an order, and DELICIOUS! I cut a few garlic knots in half, which were also huge and awesome, and made myself a few sliders. They should sell those- it was excellent. Overall, no rush to go back, but if you are local do yourself a favor and get the meatballs and garlic knots. read more

***1/2 1st person i spoke to (sounded like owner elder Italian) said usually doesn't deliver to my town but because had drivers available gave the phone to younger guy who said no problem(drive depending on how many lights you hit is 12-18 mins). As others have said very friendly & accommodating. Ordered 1/2 plain--1/2 pepperoni. Asked for thin crust. Arrived exactly on time; again friendly delivery person. Arrived lukewarm but that's ok 30 seconds in the microwave & it's like it came out of the oven(keeping in mind it was 35 degrees today & probably a bit longer than usual drive) Though asked for thin pizza was at least medium thick but plenty of cheese & toppings made it enjoyable though by the 4th piece i was picking off the cheese & topping as i like thin. Could have used a bit less oil & a bit more sauce. Was on the low end of well done; i prefer golden but only noticed it on a few bites. Total with tax/tip $17 which is reasonable. Will consider using again if mentioning to make sure pie is thin & a bit more sauce isnt an issue. read more

The pizza here is really good, by far in my top 3 around here. To make things better, my friends and I ordered 3 large pies and a sandwich, and in return got 6 large pies and two 2L sodas, with no additional charges. Hotel room delivery. I don't live in the NY/NJ area, but I stay in and around the area for work A LOT. Nothing is more disappointing than having to put up with New Yorkers and Jersey Meatballs prattling on about the pizza and said then pizza turns out to be supremely mediocre. Friendly phone manner, quick delivery, showed up hot (though the delivery guy had a heck of a time with the credit card reader). Limp, chewy, thicker-than-necessary dough; very little sauce and what sauce that's there is flavorless; average cheese; lots of grease on top. I'm a big fan of yelp, but every once in awhile it lets me down. Like today! The employees (on phone and in person) were very nice, so I feel bad not at least kicking it up to 3 stars just to be chill. But I got a cheese pizza and it's not even good enough to be average. It's hot but, and I hate to say it, I would have gotten more flavor ordering from a national chain. Let's just say that instead of cold pizza leftovers, I'll be having breakfast for breakfast tomorrow. $10 minimum delivery. read more

Our go to pizza spot in our neighborhood. We order Sorrentos at least once a week. Being from New York we know good pizza. My kids are super picky when it comes to pizza but when we order they devour their slices from Sorrentos. The best delivery pizza my wife and I have had for a while. We ordered the Buffalo wings and a Hawaiian pizza. The wings were not breaded, but had a nice roasted crispness to them. Nicely seasoned, and very meaty (seriously, they were pretty huge wings). A nice surprise was they included baby carrots alongside the usual celery sticks. The pizza was cooked perfectly, all the way to center (I'm looking at YOU Rocco's) and the crust was delicious. Real semolina flour underneath. I'm terribly picky about pizza crusts and I ate the whole slice. The sauce on the pie was great too, high marks all around. Delivery arrived just about the time we were told, and the driver was super friendly. My only regret was I couldn't give him a bigger tip tonight. I'll remedy that as we'll definitely be calling Sorrento's for our next pizza. read more

FIRST time trying this place they were late on delivery, called to see were order was after 60 minutes guy hung up my husband,wouldn't tell us his name or managers. I called on my phone he wouldn't tell me his name hung up and could care less on our order! Cesar is his name and if I owned this business he'd be fired. Ordered from them once and the pizza was okay but literally looked like it was cooked in separate halves since one side was cooked and the other was under-cooked. Tried a second time and even asked for it cooked an extra minute and the entire pie was extremely under-cooked, we asked if it could be put back in for an extra minute and after a few unhappy comments they did...and gave it back burnt.
