Very happy with SOS. We had all our screens replaced in our 2 story home. They arrived as expected. No hidden expenses. Kept us informed of any issues. Also, while they were here I inquired about replacement of our 20+ year old retractable front door screen. I was given advice and options right away. They advised against the retractable stating "they don't install them" I have to agree it seemed a great option at the time but ours never worked as expected. I took their advice and ordered a regular front door screen. It was installed the next week. I couldn't be more happy. I can't believe how long I procrastinated.
