John is knowledgable, observant, efficient, and does excellent work. We had a window that wouldn't stay open and a screen door that didn't close all the way. He was able to quickly asses the issues, what parts were needed, and replace them all with about half an hour in total. He was very professional, too. He called several days in advance to schedule a date that worked best for me and promised to call again to confirm. He was even able to squeeze me in a couple of days earlier after a cancelation.
