I hate giving bad reviews so when I do it's because this business needs to step up there game. I know this guy will try to respond and somehow try to turn it around and day it was somehow my fault because by reading at another customer experience that I'd exactly what he did but I had pretty much the exact experience. So please do not pay attention to this guys response. If you need to see if I'm credible or not take a look at my past reviews I very very rarely leave bad reviews. So now to my experience I had talked to kenny on Tuesday of this week and asked him to give me a quote to fix some locks for 2 doors on my van plus I asked him to install a automatic unlock and lock for my van he quoted me and everything seemed perfect he told me he call me when he would get the piece and he would set me up on Friday. I got off the phone feeling relieved come Wednesday I heard nothing from him. So I called.him on Thursday. When I called he answered but there was a bad connection and he hung up. This wasnt bad because thinga like this happen sometimes and I understand that. Later on I tried calling and left a voicemail asking telling him about what we had agreed to and I wanted to see if everything was set for Friday, he didn't get back to me. I still wasnt to bothered by this because I figured he will call me when he has a chance. Latwr on during the day I sent him a text and told him about what we had talked about. I once again asked if he could let me know if we qhere still set for Friday, once again he didnt get back to me. Even though I hadn't heard from him I still cleared my morning on friday because I really needed to get this done on my van and I was hoping he would still come through. I called on Friday and still I heard nothing. I called again and I still heard nothing. Aftwr about 2 hours or so I left him a text and till now I have still heard absolutely nothing from him. Please dont waste your money or energy trying to use this person for your locksmith needs he may have the skills and when he wants he may provide good service but qhen he doeant want apparently he could care less about customer service or a customers needs. I would not want this situation to happen to you. If you are reading this kenny please work on your business skills and customer service skills alittle more. A business is not about making a quick buck. a business is simply providing a service to someone in need and exchange getting paid for it. It seems to me that you are only focused on getting paid and dont really care about the other part read more

My business door lock was broken. I called Kenny's Locksmith and he sent a subcontactor to my place for repair. He said the lock is old and need to change. Charged $480 for lock and $45 for labor. Now I found out the lock cost $50 on Amazon. The guy was dishonest. Stay away from Kenny's Locksmith. read more

I called because I was locked out of my home, got here in an hour (reasonable I guess since he sounds busy when he arrived), the guy on the phone told me the service call was $25 to come out, technician said it was $65, ended up paying $200 for about 20 seconds of work. Long review but so worth the read: Kenny was AMAZING! Not only did he have the best price to make a new key for my car but went above and beyond to help me. Mind you i had zero keys, he didn't make a copy for me or have to replace the locks and ignition but made a new key on the spot in minutes! But that's not all... he helped me jump my car to make sure the key would work in the ignition (turns out my battery was completely dead). It bets better.... come to find out, after he left I had an issue with my shift nob not engaging thus not releasing the key. I called Kenny, not knowing what was the issue and he came back out to my car and helped me fix the issue that had absolutely nothing to do with the key. We fixed the issue and all is well. I was a little bit nervous because we do need the key the next morning for an important showing. Kenny and his partner arrived on time and opened the door very quickly with a special tool. Kenny explained to me how it worked nicely but I just cannot understand the mechanism. That's ok cuz I'm just curious. He made a new key follows a specific procedure on an App (?) in the cell phone. That's something I had no idea too. All the machines and spare parts are orderly arranged in the trunk of a scion hatchback. Machines are fixed on a custom made base that shows his concern about the work. Everything is organized, that's very impressive. He then copied the key and tried it on the door. I recently broke my key in the ignition of my 2001 Buick Regal. I called Kenny and he gave me a great deal. He drove over to my house and was done fairly quick. He took the key out the ignition and told me that the key that i had wasnt made properly, he showed me what was wrong with it and made a whole new key that works a whole lot better than the one i had before.
