In other car washes i stopped going because the cars were too close together. I rather pay a bit more to have this peace of mind. Went in before they closed and bought the upgraded $19 wash. After we came out we noticed several scratches from the rollers in the wash. This is a brand new car and the FIRST car wash we had. David took a report and pictures of the hood, mirrors, trunk, etc that shows clear scratches to the clear coat. Was told the managers Jason or Kris would call me first thing in the morning. I called 6 times and left messages, finally getting someone on the phone. They took my info and told me someone would call me in 30 min. A few minutes later, someone called and told me they were denying the claim because it was inconsistent with their brushes. Despite the fact that it was the only wash the car had. Apparently I wasn't the only car damaged that night as well because he asked me if I was the white corvette, I told him no, so it wasn't just me. I now have to pursue small claims court actions. I don't like writing reviews but I have been coming to this wash as a member for 3 years with both of my vehicles. The staff has always been friendly. With every wash the staff provides a towel and scent wafer. This time I asked for a different scent and they refused. Stating policy is you get what we give you. I thought they were kidding and with an upset tone the staff member reminded me it "policy". I will be canceling my memberships and looking to take my business elsewhere. read more

This place is in a very busy place being next to the main costco entrance, but I'm sure they get a lot of traffic for these shoppers. Pulled up and was greeted by a nice guy who helped to purchase the carwash that I wanted. Quick and easy, there weren't a lot of people in line, despite being a huge rush at costco. The attendants doing the pre-wash was quick and efficient and even handed me the car scent and dash wipe. Great location. read more

Brought my Ram 1500 through on an Express wash, a few days ago. The wash was less than effective at doing more than rinsing off the dust. Every other car wash I've ever used has happily sent it through a 2nd time. Not these guys! I was informed the wash level I chose doesn't come with any guarantee. If I'd spent $5 more, no problem. Of course, that's plainly stated NOWHERE on the kiosk screen. I've used this wash a bunch but no more. Buyer beware!! read more

Just went there today and the price for the basic wash is now $9. The $9 does not get you a pre-scrub. It did in the past but not now. As my car is going through the wash, the brush on the left side was not working. Upon getting out, to vacuum my car, the car was not clean at all. I went to the office to have the manager look at the car. He asked what level of wash I got? I told him the $9 wash. His response, that level will only remove dust not road grime and what you have is road grime. I pointed out that the brush on the left was not working. He replied the motor was burnt out. He did offer to send it through the car wash again but at the $9 wash rate. I stated to him that I would take my business elsewhere as in the past, the lowest rate would get the dirt off that was worse than this and you would get a pre-scrub. Clearly, the new management has no clue on how to do a car wash. I do NOT recommend this business at all. read more

I asked otis to sign me up and the process went well a good price for the vip service and you get a lot of clear coat and waxes.

He was more concerned with flirting with some senior lady making a recording of his conversation with her as she was going through. very unprofessional. when i initially went through the two tunnel attendants were not thorough. the one on the driver side just did a quick spray on the windshield and not the areas needed.the chemicals didn't even have 5 seconds to penetrate the areas in need. the attendee on the passage side did a quick swipe with the brush on the upper passenger and rear passenger window. his efforts were Little as possible. I decided to go with the up scale one because of what i was told by the employee whom immediately dismissed what he told me. almost a dozen spots that are removable with a proper wash that could have been easily accommodated had he not been pre occupied with flirting with customers. at first he was hospitable and educated me on the differences between the washes guiding me to choose the more expensive wash because it guaranteed the full removal of bird poop and bugs. as i pulled through the wash, the first attendant did a sub par scrub., as i inspected the thoroughness of the wash i noticed bird poop and dirt that was not removed. Because i was told they guaranteed the full removal of bird poop, i pulled through the wash again to point out the car wasn't cleaned as promised. I was challenged immediately by a visual instruction. the attendant stated "well it looks clean to me" in a very condescending manner. "as i stated before we only guarantee the removal of bird poop and bugs" after some more verbal disputing of what i could see and what he could see i left without my car being washed again. This is an update I am extremely pleased to write, and I'd like to draw attention to the fact that this business is run by a very attentive owner who TRULY cares! I can't say I've ever spoken with someone so adamant on making things "right". It was somewhat unexpected, but left me humbled & sincerely wanting to return to give it another chance! First, he read my prior review- and immediately reached out via reply. It wasn't even 24 hours after corresponding & I received a personal phone call from Loren (sorry if I misspelled that!) the owner this afternoon. Not only was he apologetic about the experience I had, but he opted to take the time to explain some things I may not have understood, as well as hear my thoughts & response to the matter. I will definitely give credit where it is due- technology glitches happen! That isn't the fault of a certain person or anyone, which is why I don't feel like anyone should be thrown under the bus for how their system may have acted up just at the particular time I went through the wash. How it was handled on-site (without a manager or owner being present) was a learning experience for constructive criticism on the business end. And I truly appreciate him wanting to get the very details needed to make necessary improvements going forward. I also feel very grateful with the offer to come back for another wash whenever I am able or in the area. Would I like to go back and try again? Absolutely! Especially after witnessing just how genuine this business is taken & run by the owner- I think he deserves recognition for the professionalism & topnotch customer service. I will definitely update this to a 5-star upon return, hopefully experiencing a better day for technology (and probably not opting to go on a BUSY Saturday afternoon when it's a bit hectic, lol). But I do want to recognize & applaud the fantastic follow-up & customer service I received. Visit the car wash during first half of the day and you'll most likely find two people attending to your car for pre-wash mopping\scrubbing of windshield, grill, doors, and back of car. Don't forget to put your car on neutral! Mom and I bring our cars here for their weekly washes and occasional self-vacuums. As time of day approaches 6 pm, you'll more likely find only one attendant at the entrance of car wash, and I noticed that one row of self-vacuum stations will have their vacuum houses taken away (the row with the handicapped spot) at this time. If you want a more-thorough cleaning of your car's exterior, visit before 6 pm. One caveat to having a spotless car every week is I've noticed our cars' paint finishes are not as shiny, and I see more and more s areas of paint being washed away. Took my car in for a wash paid the 10.00. After my car went through the wash there was still a big bug splatter on the windshield as well as a large amount of dirt on my bumper. I asked the guy if they can re-wash it because It was still dirty and he told me no. He said the upgraded packages cover the wash for bugs. Lmao! So I guess because I didn't buy the extra package that took care of bugs it's perfectly fine to drive away with a big big splattered bug on my windshield? Absolutely not! That is unacceptable. Unfortunately, several weeks ago. I purchased the extreme car wash (The most expensive one) and my car has low profile rims and tires. The wash left my tires and rims full of a greasy black mess. I notified the attendant that day and he took my name down on a napkin as management was unavailable. Days later Lawrence called me back and told me to come back Monday-Friday and he would power wash my rims and tires and run my car through the wash again for free. He also informed me to tell attend to turn off tire shine when I go through the wash. Basically, acknowledging he is aware that the wash puts greasy material on low profile rims and tires. I attempted to return on 4 different dates to resolve my issue. Once I waited up to 40 mins. No management has been at the car wash during my last 4 different visits. Needless to say on my 4th attempt I asked attendant to call Lawrence and he stated he didn't know who I was and that I needed to come back another time. I literally had to manually clean the greasy mess off my rims and tires. So I called and left a message about the poor customer service and not fulfilling his promise. I would have thought a business that CARES about their customers would had written my name down with date and time of incident No one ever responded. Unfortunately, I have been coming to the wash since it opened. Now that you are busy with customers you really don't show that you care about your customers. Very disappointed!! read more

I paid extra for a car wash 11.00 and when it was done it was still full of bugs so I told the attendant .and he said You have to pay more to have the bugs washed off. They are the truthful car wash, they have 5dollars on their sign and they have a $5 express wash, they have always been $5. I never went because of the 3$ near my house. Now the 3$ car wash have all gone up the beginning of the year. $2 up is a big increase. This place has stayed the same. They had two workers one on each side, spay our car as we pull up for wash. They do not give you a wet wipe for dust inside car or air freshener as one of the other $5 car washers did recently. They got most of the bugs off with wash, free vacuums and clean area. I have been here several times. It has gone up in price, guess that's to be expected as it's always busy. For a conveyor belt car wash it gets the car decently clean. The vacuums are very strong. My problem is that every single time I've been there it is so incredibly slow. There's always an incredibly long line to get through the wash! Treated myself to the unlimited monthly washes. On the second trip there I found out that when I purchased the unlimited washes they were supposed to give me an access pass. Oops. Guess the attendant that day was to busy in her argument with someone to take care of the other customers. However, even though it's inconvenient for me to come out here at a certain time to get my pass, they claim they are willing to make it right.  Will post later in the month to update. Update number 1: Went there this morning and the manager took care of everything with getting me the tag. Found out that they don't tell you it's a automatically reoccurring monthly payment. Not please how the manager tried to pressure me into giving a higher star review. Update number 2: My truck and I both like those happy little dash wipes we get, but not really please with the quality of the wash. Seems like more of a gimmick with the flashy lights. Final update: Over the course of my monthly membership I've found out a few things: Usually they are understaffed so the prewash gets cut short. Truck is usually still soapy after the ride through. They do honor their policy to cancel the monthly contract, no questions asked. They have free vacuums which work good. On the last day of the contract when the carwash was shut down due to mechanical error, they were not willing to give a free wash to make up for it. This means the unlimited washes I purchased came with unknown strings attached, it's unlimited only when their carwash is working. The was and the staff aren't bad but they're not five stars. The quality of the $15 carwash really seems like a $10 carwash anywhere else. I will come back, but I won't buy the monthly pass and I'll only buy the cheap wash. read more

Honestly was super upset the other night when I went in! I always go here as it's close to home and go to Costco and car wash together. I always pull my car in to vacuum first and then go through the wash. The employee that night wearing all black with hoodie over head stared at me while I pulled in. I pulled up to the vacs and started to throw trash away. I noticed the employee walk to side around me and when I went to use vacuum he had shut off the vacuums and then walked away. There was other people there cleaning there cars and no cones in the wash line saying it was closed. I tried to get his attention and he just walked away from me. Need less to say I will NEVER be coming back to this location with any of my vehicles and have let my friends and family know to stay away from this car wash!!! This is my favorite car wash! I always get the $12.00 and that always gets it pretty spotless. You basically get for what you paid for. Most of the other washes aren't as detailed which makes sense when you read what each option entails. I've been to several across The Valley, they always lack attention to detail and never seem to fully clean my car very well. Their staff that pre-cleans do an incredible job (which is included in the $12.00). I wish they had a tip option when you pay for a car wash! They deserve it!
